Progas has 10 'key' personnel, and probably alot of underlings to do the grunt work:

I agree that the TA 'requesting' to be gagged is complete BS. There is clearly something going on behind the scenes that we are not meant to know.
Doh! Sorry forgot about that....well there goes that theory :) Thanks Tree
Is there any reason to believe they gagged the TA to keep the price down until the buyback is finished?
If you add up trades at or under .0231, there's more than 500K, if I added right. If CC's order was a limit order then he should have filled at or under .0231 by now...it'll be interesting to see what happened when he gets back.
The message I replied to had the same banter that some other poster puts in his posts, and it appears now that the message I read was edited after my reply. If it wasn't, it may have been an iHub screwup, but I know what I saw, and the message that is there now is NOT the one I read when I posted my reply.
If there was some kind of screwup on iHub's part, I do indeed apologize. However, my reaction to what I saw was legitimate, as some posters (whose accounts were created solely to post on PBLS) come out of the woodwork with blatant and baseless pumping all the time.
Because I didn't quote your message I am at a loss for any proof, and thus retract my statement.
Tree, feel free to delete my posts regarding this at your leisure. -Griz
you're probably right...but will they give full disclosure? They have not done so in previous acquisition PRs....
I'm inclined to agree save the TA being gagged and no details of the financials in the original PR. I'm sure that is partially why buying interest is stalled...of course, if you believe the posts that claim the MMs short 100% of pinkies, then the MMs are shorting now, will short during all PRs, and will not cover before the filing. Which means...accumulate as much as you want, sit on it for 3 more months, and kick back with a cold one when it's all over :)
a fella from SI said Ameritrade is listing it at .85....can anyone confirm this?
PBLS changed to "Buy Confirmed" by American Bulls (for what that's worth)
whatever.
maybe a partial fill unless he changed his limit price at the last second...but I didn't see 500K worth of shares at .0231
headfake....eom
it's amazing how fast buys on the ask go through. I put a buy on the ask just to see what would happen and it filled faster than it took to reload the page I confirmed with.
I talked with E*trade this morning and they said they are waiting to receive the shares from the Transfer Agent. 1-2 business days...I imagine the stock isn't trading during this period while the brokerages get their shares straightened out with their clients.
If my calculations are correct, only 55K shares of today's volume was on the bid....does Level II confirm this?
why don't you put it at .024 instead?
LOL pokerdv8, put the coke lines back in the bag dude...either that or tryout for the NO Saints cheerleading squad
signal isn't following through so I guess the pumper lackeys need to be called in....you know who you are!
I'm really getting antsy...I want to see the financials of the ProGas deal....!!!
can someone give me Level II quick before I hit my meeting?
wtf, did anyone do a quote from iHub on IGTG? blblblbl I don't get it....
that should tell you something...there was alot of volume pushing this upwards without news. I'll bet something is coming and I wish I'd bought today :)
Level II? TIA eom
I have never received a reply from the official Phoenix address. I occasionally get replies from Mulshine, though...
PPS thought:
Most of us have either posted or thought about testing .02 again. I, for one, have a GTC buy in .020x range because I believe we'll bounce. Is it safe to assume alot of us do also? If I'm right, then it's possible the reason we haven't gotten there yet is that the MMs won't let it drop that far unless they know it they can short it at that price without having to cover higher up...
just a thought...
my only comment about that is that since it was *clearly* obvious that Progas was not the bankrupt party, his post looked like a blatant and groundless bash...thus the reaction everyone had.
No matter....this was a document cached in Google and was not advertised or published today in anyway, so really no harm done.
wouldn't a headfake be illegal?
we all want the price to go higher, because we all want to know that our intuitions about the stock are correct. I don't *want* the price to drop, but *if* it does I will buy *again*. I think alot of people are in the same boat
by the way serf I hereby accept your nomination. I will peacefully non-campaign on this board for my new position until such time as IGTN gets its head out of its proverbial arse or my therapeutic needs are met, whichever comes first.
In the meantime, it's X-Mas parties and beer for the lot of you!
So, if it doesn't reduce the number of calls (which I think shouldn't matter because that's their JOB), why gag the TA?
Obviously they don't want people to know the current O/S and float count. If they did, we'd probably discover something we don't like and sell, dropping the price of the shares. Which would be good for a buyback UNLESS the acquired company (or someone else) needed to dump their shares first to get promised funds. After that process is complete the TA can be 'ungagged', allowing the price to fall to buyback levels.
Some have said that Mike told them some dilution might occur. Well, to me that means it is a certainty. Which means the 100M buyback may occur after the O/S and float have gone UP.
But I agree with Mike2112, if they are doing this to acquire new companies that is fine, as long as they don't pull any BS on top of it....
Exactly!
The point is that 'gagging' the TA does not reduce the number of calls, because we can still call and ask them even if they won't answer. In fact, when I called the TA (Atlas Stock Transfer 801-266-7151) and asked, they didn't sound annoyed, and had to type up the company on computer to look it up. If they were getting pounded with phone calls about PBLS the answer would have come quickly and probably with a hint of irritation.
Have any of you tried contacting the TA? If so, when you called what did they say to you?
There is good News coming today...
u sure?
I'm not sure I believe that Mike doesn't know. He's investor relations, that information should be right under his nose, shouldn't it?
btw why didn't you ask him what the O/S and float were? I mean, since the TA is gagged because of the numerous phone calls, perhaps Mike could tells us?
Level II anyone?
tough question...I put in to get my certs but then cancelled when I realized that if I need emergency money selling them on the spot would be virtually impossible. It didn't occur to me that flippers would tell people to pull certs so that they would rid of the competition, but that makes sense.
I remember IR saying that you should pull your certs....however I don't see how this prevents naked shorting.
Every one of my boards is so quiet today you could hear an ant fart.
yep, like I said...party's over on that one. Someone got a fat paycheck out of it though!
