I'll blame it on poor translation.
Why do I always do that? "It's EAS and not AES"
Who can translate German? (Video from 2016 -AES)
It seem large format batteries take longer to build than I thought.

I did call the CEO of WTAF.
He said that the debt in that company was so large that he could not obtain loans and to restart. But I am still a stockholder!
1plus1 - Yesterday I was cut off for too many posts. ????
I hate to say it but this was not the only stock hit that I have taken. During Desert Storm and the California drought I invested (much less than I am invested in now with LTHUQ) in a Atmospheric Water Generating Company. Wataire Industries. WTAF. Stocks traded and became WTAR. I was left holding a stock that now has a market cap of $96.00 and is still listed on the Pink Sheets. You can read my discussed posts from 2017.
LTHUQ will never fall off of this exchange and will continue to trade. Just keep an eye on the market cap. It will continually drop lower and lower, year after year. We have no value, no product. We just have a lot of shares sitting on this exchange.
Remember.... We don't even have a website.
LTHUQ CEO would never come forward. We would need to go to him.
You are 100% right. But.....
By reading old and unseen articles, particularly from Europe, we just might shed some light to the directional point that our LTHUQ stock ended. I believe that our stock is "DEAD". What I would like to learn is when and how did it die. At what time did it become worthless. What direction did our patent take off to and what S.O.Bs are now getting rich off of my dreams. So... I will keep reading and continue posting. Someone might get an idea and branch off and find something else.
Here is more aerospace news with AES

Who would be willing to just pick up the phone and call our old CEO of LTHU and just sit down and talk to him about the last 5 years. What does it mean for our stock? Is there a LTHUQ stock at all?
If anything, it would out to be a pay-off.
That still does not sound financially good for us.

Or is it taboo and has already been discussed years ago!
LTC Management should have pushed this stock as having Kinetic Energy.

We combined the operations of Lithium Technology Corporation with GAIA
Akkumulatorenwerke GmbH, a private lithium polymer battery company headquartered
in Nordhausen, Germany, in a share exchange in 2002. In the share exchange
Lithium Technology Corporation acquired a 100% interest in GAIA through the
acquisition of 100% of the outstanding shares of GAIA Holding B.V., a
Netherlands holding company. Subsequent to the share exchange, Arch Hill
Capital, NV controls us. Lithium Technology Corporation, GAIA Akkumulatorenwerke
GmbH, GAIA Holding B.V. and all of the subsidiaries of Lithium Technology

Lithium Technology Corporation - business backruptcies
https://www.seenews.com/news/bulgarias-monbat-buys-two-lithium-ion-battery-businesses-in-germany-573573
MonBat has merged both German entities into Nordhausen-based company EAS Batteries.
So did Monbat just purchase the German portion of the company, (LTHUQ) or purchase everything? (Stock Holdings) If so, is or stock EAS Batteries?
I would not seem to think so.

Unless someone can prove to me otherwise,
LTHUQ is a stock with no substance.
GAIA and EAS belong to Monbat AD.
EAS had control of 100% of GAIA prior to June 2017.
EAS would fill contracts to LTC for lith batteries prior to June 2017.
The remainder of what was left went into bankruptcy.
Including all of our shares.
Please, someone prove me wrong.

With Monbat AD investing 5 million over two years,
Will the future profits go directly into the Monbat AD account or
will profits increase "LTHUQ" market cap for the stockholders?
Has Monbat taken control as the major stockholder of "LTHUQ" or did they carve out the "Gaia" patent/license (alone) during the bankruptcy and leave us with a stock with no substance?

Was never good with proof-reading.
Correction EAS and not AES.

My condolences go out to Goldshield's family. I included him as a good friend in my life, even if we only typed words back and forth through these posts for years. When not on line, I continued to hold his comments in the back of my mind. Over the past year, I have lost 3 close family members. So Gold, please teach them a thing or two about our stock.
Has anyone come across this article? What I still don't grasp is how we lost our connection between Gaia and LTC, LTHU or LTHUQ.
