Will the future profits go directly into the Monbat AD account or
will profits increase "LTHUQ" market cap for the stockholders?

Has Monbat taken control as the major stockholder of "LTHUQ" or did they carve out the "Gaia" patent/license (alone) during the bankruptcy and leave us with a stock with no substance?
