What will be new in there 10q I would guess will be the amount of shares Hirsch was given or could receive to lead the company. His leadership was requested by other firms before deals were made I'm guessing. I would also suspect he could receive around 7 to 12 million shares for this. Most importantly, that's what he gets to make the company fail or succeed. So if you received that many shares, you would definitely be interested in getting out of penny land and heading into multiple dollarland.

This is all just my opinion, but watch the 10q, if he received that many shares or could through options, there are massive things coming!

A partnership can or could involve just one study, it doesn't have to involve everything like the tablet or cream. GTBP has an active MM study going is where I'm going with this.

I think it will roughly end up to be around 3 million shares. Don't hold me to that number, but it will be in that ballpark. Pretty low float here with a company that has some pretty good potentional with there research.

Our CFO and Chairman that were added to our team solidified my thought process from a year ago that this company has the potential to be a leader in this industry. We are also based in Isreal which gives us total freedom to do research, unlike in the United States. The scientist, other leaders of the company, and location is why my DD has led me to take a longterm position here.

We are not at all dependent of what our gov. does with mmj. That risk is gone by investing in OWCP.

Would MMJ legalized in the states be huge? Absolutely it would, but it's not needed for our direct success.

I've been a firm believer this is a $4 to $7 stock with everything we currently have going. Add MM study to orphan drug or the IP protection MR. Hirsch says and this will definitely increase the pps from those levels and also increase a buyout potential.

Things are about to get heated up here for good this time. Many states and most importantly other countries have made mmj legal starting 2018. I expect deals to be announced starting in November to fill these countries needs. It will only take 1 mmj company to make a multi million dollar deal with anywhere in the world and this sector will get red hot! Owcp is positioned well to be the leader of some of these first announcements to start trickling in! Longterm investment here, sell what you must, hold what you can! And take a position your comfortable with if your sitting on the fence!

A little in that 8-k how the company is progressing:

On September 19, 2017, we entered into a contract with a contract manufacturer with significant expertise in pre-clinical and clinical trial development and regulatory approvals to develop an injectable formulation for our drug candidate in the Kotzker Development Project with the objective of applying for FDA approval. It is anticipated that the drug candidate will be developed utilizing the new drug application 505(b)(2) regulatory pathway for use in the treatment during and immediately following exposure to organophosphorus nerve agents. The formulation of the drug candidate will be based on a synthetic cannabinoid (Marinol) and a blend of terpenes in an injectable formulation. We paid $75,000 to the contract manufacturer upon signing the contract, which further provides that we pay an additional $20,000 upon completion of the drug formulation and $20,000 upon completion of Phase 1 development. No payment schedule has yet been agreed to upon completion of Phase 2 and Phase 3 development stage and the contract may be terminated by either party.
Because of the implications of a nerve agent drug candidate for homeland defense, first responders and military applications, we may also seek government grants for funding the pre-clinical studies or clinical trials for this drug candidate.

Well, I gave OWCP this whole past week to come out with an 8-k and deny that last Wall Street whisper claim about looking into the Nasdaq like they immediately did after the Pfizer one. They did not, which tells me this Pfizer claim is probably the real deal. Very interesting to say the least!

There are several disciplined, successful investors here that realize the real potential of OWCP products. Most of these disiplined investors believe that run was a tip of the ice berg. But, this group is here for the long haul, so this investment may not be for all if instant gratification is needed.

It would seem to me an outside company, whether it be Pfizer or Fomx, is going through things with a fine tooth comb and requesting some of these issues get addressed.To me and I think others it seems irrelevant, to another business looking for a Jv deal it probably matters. All my opinion as usual, people need to come to there own conclusions.
