What will be new in there 10q I would guess will be the amount of shares Hirsch was given or could receive to lead the company. His leadership was requested by other firms before deals were made I'm guessing. I would also suspect he could receive around 7 to 12 million shares for this. Most importantly, that's what he gets to make the company fail or succeed. So if you received that many shares, you would definitely be interested in getting out of penny land and heading into multiple dollarland.

This is all just my opinion, but watch the 10q, if he received that many shares or could through options, there are massive things coming!
