The meeting materials will be released on the 17th or October, so that may give us a understand of what may be discussed at the meeting.
Well if anything the meeting materials will be available on the 17th, so we might be able to see what it is about later.
Don't pull a bush on us now lol
yeah who is it?
I feel like consolidation is pretty normal for this stock, and for stocks in general. no movement up or down is okay.
what change your mind? we didn't really have significant news today really.
you believe now?
I'm gonna say he's vague about it because wouldn't that be insider trading if buyouts are kept secret, and not announced publicly? technically he said stuff COULD come from working with big companies. If he announced this info to some random shareholder, it could land him in hot water.
but what does it mean? Could it mean just anything or something specifically?
news about a meeting=Panic! Damn son, this is why filings sorta freak me out.
this should clear things up.

nice ask :D

And all 3 companies are purposely infringing?
Wait zpaul, how do you know they wI'll try to get the courts to accept that willful intent was the case? Is treble damages a dream or reality?
Mobiles trust is 42 bucks, guardedid shows 29.99 for me still.
nobody said anything about knowing if there is a b/o or not. We're more focused on what we do know, and that in itself already has alot of money behind it. Please stop all caps.

I thinking more of a partnership, not to rule out any buyouts because they wont tell us either way. They are getting themselves out there, which is good for a starting company with product. Only time will tell if it is successful.
this means that there is some sort of deal going on right? As some have posted before including Zpaul, money could be involved and could reflect upon the next 10q.
clicking on the highlighted encryption software sends me to the strikeforce website lol.
Someone mentioned a potential rumor that the companies have made settlement talks, but the question is it true, and if they had stopped fighting strikeforce yet?
If the rumor of settlement talks isn't true, then i guess we'll see.
That's why sales, and working with other companies, seem more stable in my views than just suing left and right. if they are to be judged accordingly by a jury of their peers, then we can only hope it goes in our favor based on the patents we own.
So where is your stance on these lawsuits? If anything we also have the next 10q to look towards as well, so it'll be a double month.
I've kinda bothered him alot already, I doubt i can get info on these deals because he didn't mention it when I asked about other things related to it. Gotta let the man breathe, he's done alot for me already.
there are lot of filings, is it like a 10q or something? I'll look if you give the right onnnne.
Trust but verify, how can you know that they're working with Intel? Gimmie da proof.
Oops
Thanks but there is nothing I can say about the lawsuits. You all shouldn’t concentrate on it so much. As we announced we are suing all three companies. If anything changes we would announce it and make it public. The rest is not to be discussed and therefore don’t please. Keep in mind it can take years as I said before or months or something in between. There is no way this case can conclude on Nov 7th. Even if there is a court case that day, it can still be any length of time with a lot happening in between.
Please no more questions about the court cases, since as of now there are no more answers.
Thanks
Mark

ChecKS out with my email to Mark.
That should be easy. Here are the patents of which we now own all six with 2 pending. The three for ProtectID that we are currently litigating in court and are for Out-of-Band Authentication (ProtectID) that we won a mediation for against Phone Factor (owned by Microsoft) are:
US Patents 7,870,599 & 8,484,698 & 8,713,701.
The other three we own are the ones Cyber Safety (ACS) just bought the option (for which we own them until they take the option) for that we have no court cases, but did use these patents for one court case we won, knowing we have these patents a few years ago as well. The three for keystroke encryption (GuardedID) are patents: 8,566,608; 8,732,483; and 8,973,107.
We also have a patent pending for Out-of-Band Authentication and another one for MobileTrust that are in process.
The 36Million shares we had show up as additional common outstanding, where the ones I mentioned we have that were preferred shares that were able to convert. That leaves anther 14million preferred shares that can convert, but so far aren’t and that is all we have. None of these are selling and are from friends that invested in our company at a time we needed them.
There are no plans as of now for any buy outs and if there were I could discuss that. We are working many deals with large companies and buy-outs can come out of these deals, of which I will not discuss.
Thanks

I don't think there is a beach bar involved because you've been saying that for the last hour or so. Lol
Multiple patents can go into a single product though, complicated machinery could take from many sources. Like cars for example. The car company will make most of the car, but the parts may come from other places like car batteries for example. Car companies don't have a monopoly on car batteries, and probably have to pay someone to use car batteries in their products.
Say nothing about cyber security owning protect ID . And in fact they say under certain conditions, cyber security will have to pay more to strike force due to protectid. Reason? Because maybe protectid is integrated into the software, and thus they have to pay more because protectid is still owned by strikeforce.
Nice cherry picking of information, you missed the other half where mark pointed out what cyber security had an option on. Let me refresh you memory.

Let's clear this up in one fell swoop email from mark about patents, the o/s, and buyout.

it could even be this one, not being sold to Cyber security.
