Thank you I don't see that quote anywhere. In fact, I see no indication that validian paid anyone for this article.
Uhh, yeah. The tire pressure monitoring systems on most our new vehicles have what we call a "Smart Fill" feature. While filling your tire, there will be a beep and a flash of the emergency lights when the tire is filled to its proper pressure. If someone were able to hack the onboard computer, can anyone see how the tire pressure monitoring system (not just the sensor) could be made to cause an overfill of the tire? Would this not cause an explosion creating limb injury, concussion, or even death? The sensor itself is not the issue. It's the onboard computer which determines and reacts to the readings of that sensor.
But I'm sure that a guy like myself or Michael Falcone has absolutely no credibility regarding such matters. After all, it's only MY industry. It's only his industry. Guys like Falcone, as the head of a capital investment firm, get paid a lot of money to be wrong, don't they?
That's not what that means. Not even close. One has nothing to do with the other. Zero.
I'm not surprised that you're surprised that VLDI is mentioned. After all, they supposedly don't have a working product with no third-party verification or institutional certification.
Looks like another head of a capital investment firm has been duped by the smoke and mirrors of a guy with zero cyber-security background that can't get a real licensing agreement and can't commercialize his non-existent product. Is anyone else as amazed as I am that Bruce is able to continuously come across these dolts? It's like they're everywhere! Every last one of these guys is a moron. That has to be the answer since the answer can't be that the product is not only viable, but everything that Bruce says it is. We all know that can't possibly be true.
Can't wait to hear the puffery and smoke and mirrors comments on this one.
Since the recent press releases have been entirely ineffective in moving the price of the stock, perhaps it's time for you fellas to conclude that the purpose of these press releases is not to pump the stock after all. I'm hoping that engaging in some level of common sense might lead lead you to conclude that there is a more pragmatic purpose behind these press releases.
By the time you see what you consider to be positive results, it will be too late. This is the last time I make this recommendation. Get on board. If you don't, I can promise you you will have an enormous amount of regret.
It's easy to establish a fairly strong position in this company as of right now. A few thousand dollars is a minimal risk and will bring forth an enormous return
Yep. You are proving to be the enemy of the oblivious, Pip.
So the question becomes: does the writer have any interest in Validian?
Of course he does! You don't write an article unless you have some interest in the company.
It's really fascinating to hear some describe the article as a pump when they themselves have an interest in depressing the stock. Irony.
I agree with you. Why would anyone in their right mind buy a company with an unproven product? And yet negotiations are continuing regarding licensing agreements, exclusive rights that fall within a particular sector, and an ACQUISITION. So the question is: why would these companies be having such discussions if the product was unproven or ineffective?
Now if you believe that Bruce is simply lying regarding these ongoing negotiations and discussions, then there's nothing he could post in a press release that would convince you anyway. You could simply fall back to the default position that he is a liar even if he says that the company has already been acquired. If there's nothing that can convince you that he actually tells the truth, then it's back to the "smoke and mirrors" statement.
I will admit that I'm not crazy about the Strategic Partnerships phrase, but I'm also struggling to come up with an alternative.
So these discussions with strategic Partners include licensing agreements, exclusivity, and acquisition.
So are we to understand that these discussions are over a product that doesn't work? I'm interested to know exactly how that washes.
It sounds to me like a revenue-generating agreement is a foregone conclusion and we are simply waiting to see whether the agreement will be exclusive within a particular sector or weather there will be a buyout
Been....hearing....sham...smoke....mirrors...man...behind...curtain....bullshit.... pos....lol...lmao...roflmao....saic...ran....for....the...hills...for even...longer!
Wow! Somebody out the is looking to pick up some shares!
I don't suppose you'd like to post the list of CEOs and CTOs and their excuses for what happened to Target, Sony, Equifax, and a myriad of other large and major corporations.
They've all been taking the same approach to cybersecurity for decades and have utterly failed.
The people they've contracted with to ensure the security of their data have made claims ad nauseam. They continue to claim that they've solved the problem with peer-to-peer and end-to-end encryption. They've made outrageous claims of complete data lifecycle security which have proven to be anything but true. Yet no one seems to be concerned with holding them accountable. Bruce is the only one being criticized. In my view, No other company can make any greater claims then Validian can.
My concern with that press release has always been in the way it was worded. Bruce commented that the technology has now positioned Validian to complete strategic Partnerships with large or major corporations. The press release goes on to say that he has already commenced negotiations as well.
Sounds promising, but any one of us is positioned to form strategic Partnerships with large and major corporations. We're all free to do it, so that positions us as potential partners. Speaking with a major corporations executive secretary can also be characterized as negotiating. If this deadline comes and this recent August 2nd press release turns out to be a fresh nothingburger hot off the grill, Bruce will really be up against it with his investors at that point. I know some of you will have a lot to say about this, but I won't be able to engage any further and since I am limited to one post per day.
11-12 days until what? What's going to happen?
Yeah, I'm sure there are no other possible contingencies regarding the product.
Awesome!!! I've been hoping for this day!
Honestly, that looks like an attempt to lower the bar of expectations and change the narrative of what Bruce's last news release conveyed to investors. Is that purposeful? It seems as though you might know something and are prepping the group of investors in this forum for something less than spectacular.
That's not going to work and the vast majority of us will not find it acceptable.
This is the place to be to hear tons of negativity when your stock goes up 21%.
Haha! AND I'M THE ONE THAT GETS BANNED OR RESTRICTED
Haha! Lol. Lmao! Rofl! The soft tyranny of Lowered Expectations. Beautiful
So investors have been fed up with Bruce b******* for a very long time, and yet they continue to finance the company? Seems highly unlikely and counterintuitive.
That still doesn't answer my question. If we witness another round of financing, will we conclude that the investors are a bunch of dolts easily fooled by Bruce, or will we conclude that there really is something to the product that they themselves have seen?
Am I to understand that the existing preferred shareholders know that failure is coming even though they chose to provide this last round of financing?
What specifically could have changed from the last round of financing to this round financing?
The stock price was already in a downward spiral as proven by our due diligence gang. Our due diligence gang has also pointed out that nothing has happened of any significance during that period of time.
I guess the premier Financiers of Validian have just been fooled year after year after year. It's impossible to conclude that there may actually be something to the product since they keep financing, isn't that right?
One key question. If they finance again this time around, will we conclude that they are a bunch of dolts easily fooled or will we conclude that there's something significant going on? That Validian is indeed a viable company. Just wondering...
Looking good for picking up a big chunk tomorrow. Can't wait.
"Stark raving bullshit" referring to someone else's post. We'll, at least that's not a personal attack. Definitely not a clear violation of TOS.
Who's the third party? Who says vldi isn't in the mix? Is your question a serious one? It's been about a week since this happened.
Uh-oh.... Wickedly quiet out here
600,000 shares on the bid? Good Lord
Really? What future did they foretell?
Well, that made it more comical. A bit premature, but there it is.
It's definitely conical. There's no arguing with that. It's about to get even more comical
Whether he has a career currently or not is not the point. The man will go to jail if he posts falsified information on his website and lies to his investors. Not too hard to figure out is it?
Yeah, you're right. The flat denial by Bruce Benn on his website regarding the saic poses no risk to him whatsoever.
Bruce is 65. You characterize him as a fossil. That's a wonderful and very efficient job of characterizing senior citizens as fossils. Nice work
He was right then and he's right now. Validian as a stock is a bargain whether it's at $0.07 or 7 tenths of a cent.
Nobody believes the spinmeister. But we believe Bruce.
The true spinmeister no longer visits us
Yessir. I'd be happy to p.m. with anyone.
Let me see if I have this straight:
We expect Bruce to have independent third-party verification that his MIDDLEWARE security platform actually works? Absurd
But at the same time, you didn't need third-party independent verification to believe Davy's lies regarding the SAIC issue.
At the same time, we are to conclude that we don't have any proof that he lied even though Bruce posted completely contradictory statements which could have him prosecuted.
ON TOP OF ALL THAT, the purveyor of those lies has disappeared Without a Trace. Give me a freakin break!
I can't PM either. Do you have JS contact info? He can give you my info
Well, anyone is free to believe what they want in terms of Truth Versus Fable. However, we all know that the technical aspect based on saic was a complete lie. But let's go ahead and continue to ignore that
That's a good point. You really don't need a technical argument since cybersecurity isn't really technical at all, right? You especially don't need a technical argument if it turns out that your technical argument turned out to be a lie the entire time. I guess not having anything truthful on the technical side eliminates the need for a technical argument.
