"Would make a lot of sense for Merck to partner with a company capable of producing DCVax to get those combo trials to completion quickly. Hm..."
You thinking what I'm thinking FeMike? ;)
I wonder if this is the same guy:
"Jerry J. Jasinowski (born January 4, 1939) is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of Manufacturers and Founder and Past President of the Manufacturing Institute."
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerry_Jasinowski
Wooo Nelly!
We talking kiloton big, or megaton big?
I don't know. This question was brought up last week, but I'm not sure if an answer was given.
I can see it going both ways though. Regardless, asking for a 500m A/S increase doesn't give them much head room for a company on the brink of manufacturing. If that is an indicator that a golden parachute is on the horizon, and the company didn't change how much they want to increase from the pre to the final proxy, then we should be fine.
Hmm, I'm not so sure.
I saw the pre as a formality, and was glad that nothing major changed. That told me that if there was a plan, nothing deviated from it.
Also on the flip side, your point could equally be correct.
We do have bullet #7 that is a "catch all", so to say:
7.) To act upon such other matters as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments or postponements thereof.
Understandable. Hopefully this, or the coming weeks will bring some good news.
Can anyone explain why the stock is in such a tight band right now? Bit odd isn't it?
Poor Man
I hate, but simultaneously enjoy these.
Please stop (don't) with these posts.
Sincerely,
My Sanity.
Would a judge see a request for injunction as a moot point, since spoofing is already illegal?
Understood
Much appreciated
What does this portion mean?
"MA with temporary reimbursement stopgap"
Exactly.
I was surprised this went straight to the Wall Street Journal. Putting Citadel and others on blast publicly is a big deal.
My concern is that this lawsuit (by a company on the OTC) indicates that a BO or a JV is not in the works, at least short term.
I can't see any major BP wanting to touch this until it is settled. Hoping I am wrong though.
If a market manipulation lawsuit moves forward, does that mean a potential buyer or partnership is not in the plan near term?
$NWBO... Love the lawsuit to defend yourself. Also means 2 things. 1: Obviously there was no master plan to deal with shorts. 2: seems unlikely there is a potential buyer if this is moving forward now. Will have wait much longer for BO 😞

If NWBO pulled this off, that would be incredible.
Great find!!
Amongst the speculation of a "buy-out" or "partnership", it is important to keep ourselves grounded in the event those possibilities do not occur (yet).
What we do know, is that we have three items ahead of us:
1.) Manufacturing Approval
2.) Regulatory Approval
-MHRA
-FDA
3.) Up-Listing
Keeping an eye on these three items will set a solid expectation. Everything else extra is either icing on the cake, or a full 5 star 7 course meal.
Well stated
More Pivotal than even the JAMA article?
"Good things take time, but great things happen all at once."
We may or may not be heading into one of those great times. We shall see.
It's a vote to re-elect Ms. Powers and Dr. Malik:
"The persons named in the enclosed proxy will vote to elect each of Ms. Powers and Dr. Malik as a Class III director unless your proxy is marked otherwise."
How will this attract big buyers? Asking genuinely.
NWBO board never sleeps.
Heated discussions for sure!
Is there an archive to check that they were previous?
Very odd
Do you have a screenshot or link?
That seems very slow. Re-reading the verbage below makes me think otherwise:
"...(Advent) acquired their MIA (IMP) just shortly after the publication of last year’s manufacturing report, and anticipates
gaining their MIA shortly."
Inspection is slated for Q4 (per the report), and we are in the middle of it now. The verbage "anticipates gaining their MIA shortly" makes me believe that the inspection is already done, and they are awaiting the results/approval.
Everyone,
I do not recommend focusing on the SP. As several have said, it will be volatile while we await further news, and continue to trade on the OTC.
The MOST IMPORTANT thing to remember is knowing what you hold; a cancer vaccine that has pushed the boundaries of modern medicine.
Look at the countless articles online, the support from medical professionals, from the JAMA of all publications! We know what we have. Things will fall into place in due time.
Ignore the noise, and focus on what's ahead of us.
Let's assume a BO of over $100B is "feasible":
The largest BO's in history was conducted by Pfizer for $111.8B (1999, $180B after adjusting for inflation) and Glaxo Wellcome for $79B (2000, $120B after adjusting for inflation).
The most recent was Bristol-Myers buying Celgene for only $74B (2019, $78B after adjusting for inflation).
Can't imagine many companies having the capital to dish out over $100B. Hopefully....we can get something north of $74B at least. But you never know!
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_largest_pharmaceutical_mergers_and_acquisitions
Imagine DC-Vax being administered for EVERY type of cancer, and all case's in the world one day...
In my "dream world", $100B is the minimum.
Fair point. Shooting past the moon and straight to the stars on my prediction!
How do you think we compare to Celgene?
If Twitter, a social media company, is worth $44B, then NWBO is worth more than that.
In due time the PPS will climb to it's real evaluation.
May not break $1 until JAMA officially hits, but hopefully I'm wrong and we break through today.
Can you post the link?
