Yes.To me $2 to $3 is a good entry point.Im in at 2.82.The good part is that they do pay a quarterly dividend.The dividend paid over a long term investment will pay for the shares or help average down the pps.I also fill that in the future oil prices will go back up and this will increase the dividend pay out & pps.JMO.Go CHKR!!!

WOW!ESI has become Ensign Energy Service.That threw me for a loop.Tried to sell my shares at $5.LOL.

And if FINRA does the stock will crash.Who would want to invest in ESI when there not even enrolling cash paying students.Heck,they don't even have any teachers to teach.

I think ESI is history.Hopefully and just hopefully,shareholders will be compensated for there shares or its a complete loss.IF ESI becomes an OTC stock there shares are going to become worthless anyway unless they reopen there doors for business,a new business or someone somehow buys them out.JMO.MM.

My bad.ESI has been halted not suspended due to operations ceased.An 8k WILL BE needed to be filed with the SEC to delist the security.Untill then to trade ESI on any market after a company is no longer in business will be grounds for fraudulent lawsuits after there last PR,UNLESS,ESI decides to continue operations,its over.Looks like the FEDS and/or the Dept. of ED. are not going to allow this to occur.Shareholders may be compensated or could be a complete loss.ESI will also file an 8k stating the decision of how they will handle there outstanding shares.MM.
