My turn. Just a simple hypothetical question. Just one:
What happens to the value of NioCorp if the already presented LOI for $800M, to NioCorp, is achieved?
Simple question.
I think everyone that is truly long, would be extatic. And rightfully so.
I mean the current market cap is only $200M.
Wake up and smell the flowers folks.
The claim some have interpreted is not the claim at all.
My original post:
So basically the interest is of a government agency to commit nearly a billion dollars. To REE. Like the LOI to Niocorp indicates.
Hard to ignore that it is not on the government’s radar when LOI for $800M has already been presented… directly to NioCorp on top of it.
Yawn.
Exactly!
They, a government agency, would not issue a LOI without having the funds for funding already there and waiting, aka: “committed funding”
Like you, I meant every word.
Welcome to the Board. Great group of well informed longs here. I believe shares are very tightly held, which will only amplify the price movement once the inevitable volume comes.
Cheers.

Just keeping it fresh. Still very much a part of the glorious future for NioCorp and team.
Thank you all very kindly for the responses.
Go NioCorp!
Question, for anyone that knows… when NioCorp submits a new FS report to be reviewed, is there anywhere that we could check to see it was submitted.
Basically, is there anyway to tell a new FS report has been submitted for review?
TIA
So basically the interest is of a government agency to commit nearly a billion dollars. To Niocorp.
A nothing burger folks. Lets circle back to this in a few short moths.
Too funny.
Correct me if im wrong, but that is a government agency, ready to commit nearly a billion dollars to Nicorp.
You left out the EXIM with their $800M LOI.
Did they have projected EBITDA, via FS reports, upwards of $800M? Without a single dollar from producible REEs?(yet…)
Cough. Cough.
Show us the goods? Um, there are already current FS's that show a 30+ year mine at upwards of $800 EBITDA. That's annual Earnings Before Interest Taxes and Depreciation. Also, let's not forget that the depth is unknown, as purity grows deeper, oh, and also the widths aren't known yet either. Just keeps going. Hmm, not too shabby considering our current Market Cap. And correct me if I'm wrong, but we are talking about some of the most desired minerals, on the planet.
This is the easiest investment into my family's future I believe I've ever found.
Looking to add. And happily sit on my hands.
Id like to know why the redemption rate was so high. The cash recieved barely covers the expenses of the transaction, let alone anything else.
Someone, please point out a better investment in critical mineral development, outside of NioCorp. Im all ears
So if I understand this correctly it basically means just about minimal dilution to current stockholders with a full uplist to the NASDAQ.
The only key factor your missing is the continuous corruption of the OTC markets. Its honestly appalling to witness after so many years. It literally is the wild west of investing/stock trading. Best steer clear of any OTC is my best advice after 20+ years on it.
Can money be made here, absolutely, but not for the most common of folk.
I couldnt be more excited to get this little undervalued gem to the NASDAQ.
Had to take some profits at 300%. Hope this keeps going for longs! GLTA.
$50 post split is $5 pre split, and i believe NioCorp should already be there.
I was thinking between $50-80. So we are right in line. Unless of course we have a tesla type runaway. And with all the demand and support for US produced REEs, there is no telling what the roof is for our little Nebraskan investment, and what it will bring.
Look forward to meeting a few of you at the red shovel event.
May 2020? At the height of the Covid Pandemic? Thats when you expected funding?
Eyes wide open. Lol.
Its mind blowing to see this trading down. This company is so undervalued. Crazy.
I believe thats why GXII had the warrents as part of the Spac. For those redemption rights.
I could be wrong. This is a very complex, and new to me, scenario.
I think you are confusing warrants and regular gxii shares as a spac(cash on hand).
Good night indeed.
Incorrect. GXII has that cash in the coffers, which will be handed over immediately after merger.
I believe redemptions are referred to for warrants.
I suspect the 4% of no votes was from non-votes.
And one putz.
I care about GXII. Mark is giving away a bit more then my liking to them for the value of what this is trending towards. Financing markets are waking up. I hope Mark wakes up with them too. Sorry, but we live in a different financial world then even just 3 months ago. REE are headline news like never before. And, most importantly, now he has a bargaining chip. If he doesnt use it, i would be slightly disappointed.
And the EXIM trying to instill confidence in GXII votes is an absolute joke. This is what Mark has been hunting for all along. Maybe this is financing option H
This is the deal of a lifetime for GXII, youd have to be brain dead as a gxii holder not to vote yes.
Well, color me a horse of a different feather.
Its hard to see how the debt side wouldnt be comfortable with the amount they are offering to get out of the ground the proven reserves.
At $800M from them, and $200M from Germany, plus proven reserves(and counting)… why stick with GXII.
Even if EXIM only comes at half the initial interest, that still secure the mine with the desirability of these minerals.
I dunno, Id sure put up a fight against current terms with GXII. Or, even walk away. Have confidence Mark!! The tides are changing
If Mark can get far enough down the road before merger with EXIM… what is the need for GXII? Honest question. I understand the ease of transferring to Nasdaq… but at that point we can afford the IPO process.
IMHO
The more secure the supply is, the more interested big money is.
Have a feeling im stating the obvious to you.
Now we are all getting on the same page. I like this.
Sleep my dear NioCorp holder. Just sleep. When you wake, it will feel like Oz
Am i the only one that thinks this is a way bigger bargaining chip for Mark to use?
I guess im just a different breed of CEO. Cause i would certainly bring everyone back to the table to renegotiate terms.
If i could ever have one wish. Just one. It would be that every single holder of NioCorp… got to sleep… for about three years.
#GenerationalWealth #Dividends
When you think of the drive, in the world, for the exact materials we have proven reserves of, and now, with interest, the entire mine site development funding…. Everyone, like Boeing, GE, DoD, etc etc, will feel secure about counting on the supply being delivered.
That opens up big wallets and many years worth of upfront orders… in cash.
But really, what do i know???
When institutions show that kind of interest, you would be surprised how quickly they can move. And there is 4 and 1/2 months until merger date. More then enough time. But what do i know.
I think the interest will bring more interest. And i also believe that Mark will get something in writing as fast as he can.
This at least leaves room for negotiation with GXII. Back to the table boys. I believe Mark is smart enough to understand that power if he can get something concrete together. He has time. Was it June? Perfect.
This could be bad news for gxii holders.
Oh. And more then likely… no RS needed. Thats for Putz.
Bullseye.
