My turn. Just a simple hypothetical question. Just one:

What happens to the value of NioCorp if the already presented LOI for $800M, to NioCorp, is achieved?

Simple question.

I think everyone that is truly long, would be extatic. And rightfully so.

I mean the current market cap is only $200M.

Wake up and smell the flowers folks.
