With all the news that we have to dissect and guess about, we should have a VOIS Drinking game lmfao
This is fantastic. Drink when the stock goes down and drink when the stock goes up! Win Win!
Just keeping us all on our toes. Where would we be without decimal places in the penny world!
you mean 2,500,000 :3
Well, even though this is more or less an off topic cloud 9 take on what will happen in a few months, I too will join in. I'm in the NJ area and Allentown is right near where I went to college.
BrewWorks Beer it is
Agreed. I got the same exact response but it's not like I really expected an "Oh sure buddy, we will do it asap and here, while you wait, have this PR that we have set up a deal with a Chinese Distributor". As an example, If you were a writer and people kept forwarding you ideas for your novel, you'd probably do something very similar. At least they respond and offer to send the thoughts forward to the people it concerns.
Sent out an email requesting a livestream or product demo in the near future. I'll keep you all updated if anything relevant or important comes back
The video doesn't have many views because it was originally private on youtube and it isn't a ground breaking video. I know tons of stupid videos on youtube that have tons of views and commenters like you but that doesn't mean the content of the video is anything substantial. And you are completely correct when you say the only thing this device can do is burn barrels and levitate balls, but it is a very niche market and that's why we are all investing in it.
Some day, I imagine everyone playing as Mario, wearing this headset, climbing up ladder after ladder to save Princess Peach from Donkey Kong. A barrel approaches and you don't have time to jump over it as easily as you did the rest. This is when you burn that barrel and eventually save the princess after your unrelenting efforts. There are so many applications for barrel burning that I don't understand why you're so salty about it.
If you read that giant block of text above this board it says it was originally vois or it was combined with another company or something. It's kind of bad I don't know lol
My last post means no disrespect to the DR. He has a method and it's worked for him. In the scope of day to day stock markets, his strategy works. His strategy works when it's people vs people, when it's the difference in low percentages from day to day. I find his insight and information invaluable. However, I do believe you can't harp on the swings of this stock if you have the outlook that this is going to explode some day. A support at .0025 or resistance at .0029, or whatever it may be, doesn't mean anything if you truly believe this is going to explode in the long run. Company Results and Real Financial Numbers will be the real indicator
As a side note, the DR's information could mean the difference of a couple thousand shares if you decide to buy shares. His information can influence your decision to buy shares at .002 or .0018 or .0022, which can be a BIG difference in your stock totals when you're buying a lot of shares. Food for thought
There are two kinds of people who post on this board: those who hype (or bash) every second, and those who talk about relevant information to VOIS.
News on 21st is the rumor? Who cares. You know what we know? We know that manufacturing and tooling isn't going to be done for what was said to be 8 to 12 weeks. Let's say news does come out the 21st. Unless it's a buyout or a partnership of some sort, this stock is going to go up to .008 MAX. Why? Because the news still doesn't add millions of dollars in value to the company.
Sure, it's nice to hear there's potentially news coming up, but anyone who is trying to make a quick buck is going to hype up NOTHING. If you think this stock some day is going to be in the pennies because of FACTS and POTENTIALS we have heard, then you don't shouldn't care about the stupid news that makes this stock go up half a damn penny.
Buy the stock if you think it's going somewhere, not because you think some stupid, no-results-yet news story is going to send this stock TO THE MOOOONNNNN. Everyone "knows a guy" who "knows a hot tip" but if you don't know that guy, I wouldn't pay much attention to it. I'm ranting but I liked seeing this board as more than these bull shit "Look at that .001 swing boys" and "Supports can't see this lower than....". Don't be so emotional people. Use your brain, people. That's the point of the product.
If we are really throwing out ideas for a name that will never be used, might as well call the device Mind's Eye. Mind Solutions made it and it lets people see into your thought process (sort of)
This is exactly the information we as long term investors should care about. Not this bologna ".004 increase today because an unofficial or semi-pertinent press release came out!!!!"to hype everyone up.
Has anyone here done any research into potential marketshare this product would capture? I know there really isn't much research done because it doesn't really exist yet, but does anyone know how well emotiv's headset has done in the past? Has anyone researched how well new, innovative ways to generate user input for computers have done? This (among a ton of other indicators I didn't mention) is a better discussion topic for determining a basis for market size.
What I would really like to do is redirect the discussion of this board away from nitty gritty gains and drops in stock price because the reality is if you are actually interested in the product, you aren't concerned with no news fluctuations. Who cares if it goes up .005? That just means someone is working the system OR news came out. I'd rather hear about the news instead of how flippers are excited about a .005 increase.
No news, no increase. If you're in this for the long run and the 3, 4, and even 5 point day swings bother you, then you are definitely looking at this with a short term outlook.
I have no idea if he sold, but he did say he had a selling, breaking point around 19 if I'm not mistaken. That and we haven't seen him today. Please don't quote me on that.
No disrespect to the Doctor, but I think he noticed the amount of flipping and dilution that occurred that essentially counteracted his previously working methods of making profits :/, but I hope he comes back.
Once again, I agree. I'm talking about the first model that we are all investing in. I see this market exploding in the near future, but if the maiden voyage doesn't make it to shore, there is no further revisions. The scope of everything I encapsulated was this single "prototype" if you will. This device has huge potential, and if you are talking about revisions, it seems more likely they will release new models instead of new updates IMHO.
In a posting board where just about everything is speculation, I'm just trying to help others understand, but I agree with everything you just said. Trying to inform people is also good.
Most firmware updates are handled by an internal, accessible user interface from my experience and I doubt this Bluetooth device has one. For instance, routers usually have a way to login and start a firmware upgrade. A PSP lets you select the firmware upgrade on the device as well. Your computer, however, if you try to BIOS upgrade which is a similar concept, can lead to bricking the computer because you are changing the internal components, using itself as the updater. (Explained why this is generally irreversible for a general user below)
Bluetooth is also designed to change frequencies very fast and send out packets at a fixed rate once the receiver and sender determine a set channel to keep changing on. The reason bluetooth works this way is it provides less likely packet collision when other Bluetooth devices are near, communicating on the universal bluetooth GHZ band of 2.4GHz. There is still a chance of collision, and statistically it happens as another bluetooth device, or many more, will in one packet frame, transmit on the same packet frame as another bluetooth device. I am unsure how it is ensured that the bluetooth sends out the correct data in this case IF there is no internal operating system/firmware on the device that handles this.
Bricking occurs when the incorrect firmware is transferred, be it bytecode, where a single byte or more was not received correctly which can durastically change the machine code, and it is put on the device. One would think, OH, I can just do it again, but in changing the machine code on the device, it no longer thinks like the device it once was. I.E. it doesn't really think it has bluetooth and any previous firmware is overwritten. It'd be like messing up your windows operating system and there is no other way to get Windows on the computer because the Bios which says to check CD drive, USB drives, and whatever input one might use to install an O.S. is now broken.
I'm basically talking too much and still believe there won't really be any updates to this device from how I see it. How often do people update their bluetooth headsets? They work and that's about it. You might update your phone software or computer software, but it's not like you can really upgrade Bluetooth 2.0 to 3.0 unless the hardware is already in place. If the device hangs or is sluggish, you reset it. You don't update the Wiimote, you update the Wii.
Any questions or comments please do so. I am not so much an expert on everything as I am a generally concept confirm-er. There are many semantics I don't know about communication protocols and hardware components, but I do have knowledge on general overall proof-of-concepts.
You know what, scratch that. There is actually a good enough reason to change the firmware if different phones or computers need direct support. I don't know the specs of the BCI device so this is all speculation.
True, but then again, I don't think flashing over bluetooth is the best idea because of packet loss and firmware needs to be guaranteed delivery in many cases or it bricks the device. Still back to my main point that I just don't see much reason to firmware upgrade this product.
I am not entirely sure this product will have up-gradable firmware. From the looks of it, there is no port to do so and I highly doubt this was part of their design process considering the functionality, once working, shouldn't require an upgrade. If it is able to send data from input to output, it is working and there really is no need for a firmware upgrade. The code running on it is probably all machine code running locally on embedded chips so, again, I highly doubt there will be much for user to do other than charge the device. I could be wrong, but unless someone can explain what additional functionality or benefit another tweak to the firmware would be, please let me know. I can also answer some questions about general computer hardware know-how. I have also built a portable device that worked with Bluetooth (although crude).

Giav22 letting the light in. Thank you. Very informative Post. Nice update to your avatar, but I miss your bull market logo. Keep up the great work all! A little advice: If you're looking at this stock from day to day, you are doing it very very wrong. Think longer term or you should probably get out soon because it is going to take a while.
Strap yourselves in because the reality of this situation is the price is going to fluctuate between now and product launch. Without any product with results, how would this stock take off? Once there are results, we will know where this stock is heading. Until then, it is just flippers and speculation. All I know is the price is definitely not reflective of the product we see and you betcha I picked up as much of this stock as I could. Time will tell.

Been Lurking Here for a while. Love you all. Especially Penny Stock Doctor, INFINITI, and Giav. You are all very informative and entertaining. It's been a rollercoaster and even if everything goes terribly wrong, the experience was worth it. I know it won't because I have too much faith in this product. I'm also a Computer Engineering major so I really hope we're not all wrong :)
I got in at an average of high 3's so I'm a bag holder until something happens.
