If they can put out great news like that for NXPL, they can do the same for RXMD. Just a matter of time. Glad I loaded a bunch when the Florida page leaked.
The promotion article hints sometimes big, which was promoted by the company itself.
On the day when the secret Florida page was revealed two weeks ago when this was at $1.5, it should have been a perfect preloading day for everyone.
This Florida page is fully accessible now.

I believe that is just the website design company's address.
I just tried on a Mac, it works too. The Cached option is on the bottom if you use Mac.
Did you try?
For those who couldn't see the "protected page" yesterday, there's still a way you can find it. Here's how.
1. Google search exactly like this: "nextplat" and "E-Comm Events Newsletter"
2. There's only one search result that will come back:
"Florida E-commerce Development Program - NextPlat"
3. Click on the 3 dots next to the search result, then click on the down arrow button for "Cached" option. Now you will see the secrete "protected page".
LMAO
Charles didn’t spend $10M on RXMD for nothing.
There was a highlighted yellow bar on the top of their main page which is linked to this “Florida” page this morning and I caught it before it disappeared 10 minutes later. There will be a full news release from Charles based on what I saw. It’s just not that time yet. It will be out this month.
LOL, I just cracked their secret to-be-announced news. Now this link is shown as a Protected page.

I like this part: "the first in what we expect will be a series of e-commerce development programs next month here in Miami". They spent more than $10M on Progressive Care, there must be some major news just specifically for RXMD.

Still remember RXMD Therapeutics, Inc.? It was formed in September 2019.
"Progressive Care Inc. Announces Formation of RXMD Therapeutics Inc. Specializing in Cannabinoid-Based and Alternative Nutraceutical Products
SEPTEMBER 30, 2019"

Mars and Armen were very actively promoting this new business in 2019 and early 2020. Mars left the company in August of 2020. Due to the federal regulations on CBD products, they had to totally cancel this new business development plan so it won't affect their core business in pharmacy on the federal level. But after all these years of silence on this business unit, RXMD Therapeutics is still an active subsidiary of Progressive. You can find this in their most recent 10Q under ITEM 2. MANAGEMENT’S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL CONDITIONS AND RESULTS OF OPERATIONS.
"Progressive, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, PharmCo, LLC (referred to as “PharmCo 901”), Touchpoint RX, LLC doing business as PharmCo Rx 1002, LLC (referred to as “PharmCo 1002”), Family Physicians RX, Inc. doing business as PharmCoRx 1103 and PharmCoRx 1204 (referred to as “FPRX” historically or “PharmCo 1103” and “PharmCo 1204” currently) (pharmacy subsidiaries collectively referred to as “PharmCo”), ClearMetrX Inc., and RXMD Therapeutics, Inc (collectively with all entities referred to as the “Company” or “we”) is a personalized healthcare services and technology company which provides prescription pharmaceutical and risk and data management services to healthcare organizations and providers." RXMD Therapeutics was incorporated in Delaware. Hopefully they can restart this business and sell some CBD products on the new NextPlat Digital Platform.

100%. Exactly. The reality of this world.
Yes. He is a con. His balls are being squeezed by Shitadel.
I voted NO on all three items. AA needs to do better than this.
Partnering with little guys like this really mean nothing. They need to go BIG with those millions of dollars NextPlat infused in. How about a major M/A with a major healthcare company? They gotta do something.
Centerwell has been their partner for a long time.
"The Company sells to a range of customers, including various managed care organizations within both the private and public sectors."
What is a managed care organization?
A managed care organization (MCO) is a health care company or a health plan that is focused on managed care as a model to limit costs, while keeping quality of care high.

Very interesting article about RXMD on AAII (American Association of Individual Investors) posted on March 2, 2023. They compared RXMD to three Nasdaq healthcare companies.

NextPlat updates their Corporate Introduction Presentation at the beginning of each month. They just updated it again on March 2 and posted on their website today. On page 9, their goal for Progressive Care remains the same: Launch Progressive Care's Pharmaceutical, Consumer Healthcare and Lifestyle Products on 27+ e-commerce platforms and websites in Q1, 2023. Only 20 days left.

An 18 year Publix Pharmacy veteran, the pharmacy manager at Publix Pharmacy's West Palm Beach location, just joined Pharmco as a new pharmacist in Feb. 2023. His name is Taj Morgan. Obviously, he's not worried about his future career development at all. Publix is the largest employee-owned company in the country.

I agree. I don’t have a good feeling with him. It’s highly possible he has been held as a hostage by shitadel and the gangs, whether against his own will not not.
By the way, Cecile is hiring another accounting manager at NextPlat right now.
"The employee (Cecile Munnik) will become a fulltime employee of NextPlat effective July 1, 2023". So she will leave Progressive Care and this new VP will take over the Department of Accounting and Finance by July 1.

It’s official now. Amanda Ferrio, the new

CNBC - 2-25-2023
Movie theaters aren’t dying — they’re evolving
https://www.cnbc.com/2023/02/25/movie-theaters-evolving-not-dying.
Hollywood production returns to normal and studios have more content to offer.
As the space contracts, cinema operators are improving technology and seating, while also bolstering their food and beverage offerings.
For big chains like AMC, alternative programming has come in the form of live events, with cinemas setting up streams for concerts, sports and even Dungeons & Dragons campaigns.
Loyalty programs, direct marketing and special events are some of the recent tactics operators have employed to bring in audiences. AMC launched its first-ever advertising campaign in 2021 featuring Nicole Kidman with the tagline “We make movies better.”
A great start to a new revenue stream. AMC popcorns!
There’s always someone that knows first. RXMD deal is coming.
He has to know where this company is going before he’s willing to throw millions of dollars in it with Fernandez. They have big plans, it’s just that we don’t fully know yet.
We have to ask ourselves this question: Why a South Florida Power 100 leader has invested several million dollars in Progressive Care, and is a sitting Vice Chairman on the company's board? This was just published on January 23, 2023.
https://www.cityandstatefl.com/power-lists/2023/01/south-florida-power-100/381957/
The South Florida Power 100
From the city of Miami’s founding in the late 1800s through steady growth in what is now Broward and Palm Beach counties, South Florida today is home to one of the largest metropolitan areas in the country, boasting more than 6 million residents. That’s roughly a quarter of the entire state’s population. And with people comes power: the Sunshine State’s geographic southeast has produced governors, the current lieutenant governor (Jeanette Nuñez), top state lawmakers and members of Congress (Marco Rubio), the second-longest serving U.S. attorney general (Janet Reno), and a bevy of well-known (and sometimes infamous) local politicians.
Many of the current players in Florida policy and politics, as well as movers and shakers in business, law and beyond, have landed on City & State Florida’s first-ever South Florida Power 100. This list – researched, ranked and edited by City & State staff and written by journalists Hilary Jacquelynne Danaílova and South Florida-based David Volz – showcases the many people who make the Gold Coast a focus of not only the state’s power network, but nationally as well. Again, we’re pleased to now introduce the South Florida Power 100.
No. 41: Rodney Barreto
Partner, Capital City Consulting
An outsized presence in Miami politics, hospitality, business and recreation, Rodney Barreto is a partner in the top-tier firm Capital City Consulting as well as the head of Barreto Hospitality, which operates numerous South Florida venues. Barreto currently chairs the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, where he has served under three governors. He's also a member of the Florida Council of 100, a nonpartisan organization of business leaders, and has thrice chaired the Miami Super Bowl Host Committee, raising more than $100 million.
When they are hiring a VP of Finance, yes, it sounds bullish.
The reason for RS was given in their own PR released on Dec. 30, 2022. "(Reverse split) will help Progressive Care to attract institutional investors as we continue to grow". So this means whether they uplist or not, they need this RS to jack up the stock price so institutional investors can invest in them probably due to their protocol restrictions.
https://www.progressivecareus.com/post/progressive-care-inc-announces-reverse-stock-split-and-will-trade-under-temporary-symbol-rxmdd
On top of all these, our own CEO and Chairman, Charles Fernandez, even didn't bother to add these precious titles to his Linkedin profile at all. It has been FOUR months. LMAO. What does Progressive Care mean to him? nothing?
