Seems like this is vey painful for you.
Just imagine how bad it would be if we had a president that was selling our uranium for kickbacks to their personal foundation, giving the Iranians BILLIONS in cash, hiring Pakistani IT guys to work on our most sensitive software, and setting up a private server to hide all the evidence and then destroying everything to hide the trail.
Now THAT should really be painful for you ! Unless of course you think all that crap is OK.

Millionaire Bill Maher "Hoping" For Economic Disaster To Oust Trump
HBO host Bill Maher, who makes $6 million/year on top of his estimated $100 million net worth, would love nothing more than an economic collapse in order to "get rid of Trump."
"this economy is going pretty well," Maher said (total jobless claims remain the lowest they've been in 44 years, for example) before telling political commentator Shermichael Singleton “I feel like the bottom has to fall out at some point. And by the way, I’m hoping for it. Because I think one way you get rid of Trump is a crashing economy. So please, bring on the recession. Sorry if that hurts people, but it’s either root for a recession or you lose your democracy.”
Angry Democrats Demand SEC Investigation Into Trump "Leaking" Jobs Data
( Why do they always think that the Republicans are as dumb as they are ? )
President Trump has come under fire for what Congressional Democrats Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden and Michael Bennett are calling a "leak" of last month's jobs numbers in a June 1 tweet which read "Looking forward to seeing the employment numbers at 8:30 this morning."
The Democrats argue in their letter that Trump's tweet was "violation of federal guidelines," and urged the SEC and CFTC to launch an investigation
“These questions will determine whether the president knowingly used our country’s most sensitive economic data to enrich himself and his Wall Street cronies,” Oregon’s Wyden said in a Friday statement. “We must determine the extent of the president’s leaking, its impact on the financial markets and whether Trump’s friends benefited from it.”
Former Obama admin officials also dinged Trump for his tweet. Former deputy secretary for the Labor Department Chris Lu tweeted "1985 federal directive on #JobsReport states: "employees of the Executive Branch shall not comment publicly on the data until at least one hour after the official release time." Trump's tweet was a "comment" that violates this directive."
Larry Summers, Former Obama Director of the National Economic Council and current Harvard Professor tweeted: "If during the Clinton or Obama Administrations there had been a statement from @POTUS or anyone senior official in the morning before the Employment Report it would have been a major scandal—with all sorts of investigations following on."
What's strange is that all three senators calling for an investigation were conspicuously silent when President Obama said in February 2009: "Tomorrow we're expecting another dismal jobs report, on top of the half a million jobs that were lost last month..."
And as the Wall Street Journal noted on Friday, it's not the first time Obama has done so.
While disclosures of economic data are rare, they aren’t unprecedented. In February 2009, with the U.S. economy in crisis and Congress debating a stimulus package, then-Senate majority leader Harry Reid (D., Nev.) heard from Mr. Obama around midnight that the following morning’s jobs report numbers “would be somewhat scary,” he told the Senate after the report’s release. The Labor Department reported a loss of 598,000 jobs in January. -WSJ
Reid said the following in remarks on the Senate floor on February 6, 2009:
Mr. REID. Mr. President, around midnight last night I was in conversation with the President and some others, and the President indicated that this morning, unemployment numbers would come out, and they would be somewhat scary. That was absolutely true. At 8:30 this morning, the unemployment numbers were reported for January, and they hit a 16-year high of 7.6 percent.
In short, Elizabeth Warren and the other Democratic Senators are calling for highly partisan, taxpayer-funded hand-wringing.

Baby born to transgender man could become first person without a legal mother
A baby could become the first person without a legal mother if a transgender man wins a historic court battle.
Lawyers representing the parent told a judge that he had been biologically able to get pregnant and give birth but had legally become a man when the child was born.
The man wants to be identified as the child's "father" or "parent" on a birth certificate, however a birth registrar told the man the law requires people who give birth to children to be registered as mothers.
The man has since taken legal action against the body set up to administer statutory provisions relating to the registration of births and deaths after complaining of discrimination.
He said forcing him to register as the child's "mother" breached his human right to respect for private and family life.
The man added that such "interference" was not proportionate or necessary in the light of changes which had "evolved in society".
Mr Justice Francis yesterday heard preliminary arguments from lawyers representing the man and lawyers representing The Registrar General for England and Wales at a High Court hearing in London.
The judge said the issue had never been raised in a court in England and Wales before. He added that if the man won his fight ministers might have to consider changing the law.
Mr Justice Francis heard how the man was born a woman but "realised he was trans" several years ago.
Lawyers said he had lived "as a man" since then and had undergone surgery to "re-contour" his upper body.
The High Court judge was told that the man was granted a gender recognition certificate more than a year ago, before the baby was born.
"It is an accepted fact that a female who transitions to male may in law maintain the ability to conceive and give birth to a child," barrister Hannah Markham QC, who leads the man's legal team, explained in a written outline of his claim.
"(He) seeks a declaration that being forced to register as a mother to his son is contrary to his right to private and family life within Article 8 of the Human Rights Act 1998 and that such interference, in the light of the changes which have evolved in society are no longer proportionate...
"Further (he seeks) a declaration that the current forms utilised by the Registrar General to record parent and parent identity discriminate against trans and intersex parents."
She added: "It is further averred that the current law relating to the registration of births and deaths is no longer compatible with the changes in society, the evolvement of freedom of expression and gender equality and the protection of an individual's rights to identify as a particular gender."
Barrister Sarah Hannett, who is leading the Registrar General's legal team, said the man had obtained a gender recognition certificate under the 2004 Gender Recognition Act.
He gave birth following intrauterine insemination treatment some months ago.
She said the Registrar General took the view that registrars were not permitted to "take the step in question".

Ink-ist? Employers Admit Face-Tattoos Lower Your Chances Of Gettting Hired
With American employers lowering their standards - eliminating drug-tests - as the number of job-openings tops the number of job-seekers for the first time in history, it would appear by the aggregate data that getting a job is as easy as fogging a mirror. However, undeterred by how awesome the labor market is, Statista's Patrick Wagner has some crucial job-getting advice for the average Millennial - don't get a face tattoo!
( I'm guessing it won't be long before we hear from the liberals that this is yet another form of discrimination. )

Companies do not have an obligation to provide press releases.
The L&W deal was disclosed via an SEC filing on Aug 9, 2017 two days after the arrangement was in effect.
On August 7, 2017 Brownie’s Marine Group, Inc. entered into an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Lenhardt & Wagner GmbH (“L&W”), a German-based company engaged in the development, manufacturing and sales of high pressure air and industrial gas compressor packages. Under the terms of the Exclusive Distribution Agreement, we were appointed the exclusive distributor of L&W’s complete product line in North America and South America, including the Caribbean (the “Territory”). Pursuant to an intercompany assignment, Brownie’s High Pressure Compressor Services, Inc., our newly-formed wholly-owned subsidiary (“BHP”), is party to the agreement. Through BHP we expect to conduct business and build the brand name “L&W Americas/LWA”, establishing sales, distribution and service centers for high pressure air and industrial gas systems in the dive, fire, CNG, military, scientific, recreational and aerospace industries. Our goal will be to build a network of jobbers, dealers, installers and high-pressure compressor distributors throughout the Territory by leveraging our know-how, brand awareness, complimentary products and creating sustainable distribution and core product OEM integration relationships.
Under the terms of the agreement, we were granted a non-exclusive, non-transferrable and irrevocable right to use certain of L&W’s trademarks in connection with the marketing, use, sale and service of the products in the Territory. We are obligated to actively promote the sales of the products in the Territory, with such promotional efforts to include, but not be limited to, advertising the products in appropriate trade publications within the Territory, participating in appropriate trade shows and directly soliciting orders from customers for the products. We are obligated to provide L&W with certain quarterly and annual reports and forecasts. We are free to establish our own pricing for the products, and are subject to certain annual minimum purchases.
The agreement is for an initial term of five years, and will automatically renew for one additional five year term unless terminated by either party upon one year written notice prior to the expiration of the then current term. Either party may terminate the agreement without cause upon one year prior written notice to the other party. In addition, L&W may terminate the agreement for cause upon 120 days prior notice to us, subject to certain cure periods.

What could possibly go wrong ???
Kitty Hawk, A Self-Flying-Taxi Company, Launches With Backing From Google's Larry Page
A new venture from Larry Page, the founder of Google and current CEO of Alphabet, officially launched this week in the race to build a commercially viable autonomous air taxi. According to The New York Times, Kitty Hawk, a company based out of California, has already started flight testing its aircraft and network in partnership with officials in New Zealand, where regulations are less strict than in the United States. Eventually, the group wants to bring both Cora, its autonomous taxi and the network surrounding the aircraft to market throughout the world.

Youngest Big-City Mayor In US Gifts Select Voters $500 Per Month With "No Strings"
Back in January, we introduced you to Michael Tubbs - the new mayor of Stockton, California (and the youngest mayor in American history of a city with a population of at least 100,000, according to his staff).
( Socialism works till you run out of of other people's money... Stockton will go bankrupt AGAIN. )
As a reminder, in 2013, Stockton became the most populous US municipality to ever declare bankruptcy. Since then, while the city has struggled through a painful Chapter 9 restructuring, its primarily agriculture-based economy remains mired in poverty.
Tubbs was campaigning during his final year ahead of graduation from Stanford University and upon his victory, he "felt almost a moral responsibility" to take risks and pursue unorthodox policies to help Stockton's residents, and so, as we noted in January, the pervasive poverty in his city is what led Tubbs to announce the city would soon begin an interesting social experiment.
At the time, reports stated that a random sample of 300,000 Stockton residents will receive $500 every month with no strings attached. The program was set to become the US's largest experiment with a policy that has become a favorite topic of Mark Zuckerberg and his Silicon Valley peers: Universal Basic Income.
Proponents argue that:
The lack of expensive means-testing leads to a higher proportion of the budget going to recipients. This would be more efficient
The transparency of universal payments would drastically reduce the need to detect benefits fraud
One scheme could replace the current complex arrangement of government benefits, rebates and tax rebates
Work will always benefit recipients of this welfare, rather than the ‘benefits trap’ that leaves part-time workers
Critics argue that:
Universal income may be inflationary and, in attempting to move all individuals out of poverty, it may simply raise the level of the poverty line
It may reduce the incentive to work and studies have found some evidence to support this.
A reduction in taxable income would reduce the government’s ability to cover other expenses, such as healthcare
The universal basic income, in theory, combats poverty by doling out a fixed amount of cash per month to low-income or unemployed residents to create a guaranteed safety net, but after running a two-year trial, giving 2,000 unemployed residents about $685 a month, Finland recently abandoned its Universal Basic Income experiment (with the Finnish government imposing stricter benefits plans, introducing legislation making some benefits for unemployed people contingent on taking training or working at least 18 hours in three months).
However, despite Finland's recent cessation, Tubbs is moving ahead with his plan... but on a considerably smaller scale than planned for in January.
Of course, the experiment could just encourage more freeloaders and discourage actual taxpayers in the city... but then that's probably racist, or sexist, or poorist, so we would never say that.

Saudi Government Gave Obama Aides "Suitcases-Full Of Jewels"
( Now if the Saudi's had given Trump a suitcase full of jewels the democrats would be investigating it for years " Because the people have a right to know". )
Former aide Ben Rhodes says gifts worth hundreds of thousands of dollars were lavished by the Saudis ahead of Cairo speech...
Saudi Arabia gave White House aides jewellery worth hundreds of thousands of dollars in large suitcases, according to Ben Rhodes, former speechwriter and deputy national security adviser in the Obama administration.
In his memoir The World As It Is, published on Tuesday, Rhodes recounts a trip to Saudi Arabia in June 2009 soon after Barack Obama became president.
He says on arrival he and other US officials were taken to housing units in a compound owned by the monarchy in the desert.
“When I opened the door to my unit, I found a large suitcase,” Rhodes recounts.
“Inside were jewels.”
The trip to Saudi Arabia was the beginning of Obama’s first tour of the Middle East as president, and preceded his famous Cairo speech which he intended as a message to the Muslim world.
Rhodes says at first he thought the bagged treasure was a bribe, to influence him as he wrote Obama’s speech.
However, he soon learned he was not the only member of the delegation to be lavished with such expense.
“We all got suitcases full of jewels,” the former aide told the Guardian newspaper.
“We all gave them to the state protocol office who handles gifts. You have the option to buy the gifts, but given the price – I don’t remember what it was but it was tens of thousands, I believe – no one kept them that I recall.”
Valued guests
The State Department’s register notes the Saudis gave Rhodes “one pair of silver cufflinks, one male watch, one female watch, one silver pen, and one diamond jewellery set including earrings, a ring, and a bracelet, presented in a green leather case".
It justifies the acceptance of such gifts by saying “non-acceptance would cause embarrassment to [the] donor and US government”.
While the value of the hoard given to Rhodes is estimated by the State Department to be $5,405, the contents of the green leather cases given to other officials were far more precious.
The gifts given to aide Marvin Nicholson were valued at $18,580, meanwhile Peter Rundlet, deputy assistant to the president and deputy staff secretary to Obama, was given $12,560 worth of jewellery.
Eleven other White House officials were given gift sets by the Saudi government.
The president and his wife, Michelle, were not spared expensive gifts either.
The then Saudi king, Abdullah, gave the Obamas and their daughters almost $190,000 worth of gifts.
A diamond and ruby jewellery set given to Michelle Obama was valued at $132,000 alone.

I think we should take all of Jeff Bezos' money... give it to the government so that they can redistribute it to who ever has the best lobbyist and then lay off the 566,000 employees that work for him. What do you think ?
Something like BCC or PGTI might interest you. They are both suppliers to the home building industry and therefore I would think less impacted by a specific situation at a specific builder. Clearly neither are an ETF but I would think that their success/risk will follow the general home builder trend. They are both recommended by Navellier and I own both.
Illinois Taxpayers Face $172 Million Bill For 'Obama-land'
A day of phone calls by Barack Obama to his Hollywood buddies.
Obamaland rendering, coming to Chicago
That’s probably all it would have taken to find enough of them anxious to have their names on one of the rooms, hallways or whatever in the Obama Center being built in Chicago.
Instead, Illinois taxpayers from Cairo to Galena will pay $172 million towards construction. It’s in the new budget just passed, to be signed shortly by Governor Rauner.
Remember when we were told, “Construction and maintenance will be funded by private donations and no taxpayer money will go to the foundation”? That’s what an Obama Foundation spokesperson said. Oh, I guess that didn’t mean re-configuring roadways around the center, which apparently is what the state money will go towards.
It’s not a presidential library, by the way, since the archives for his papers and such will be somewhere else.
It’s Obamaland, as the Chicago Sun-Times’ Lynn Sweet predicted it would be known.
It’s real purpose is teaching Obama’s politics, courtesy of taxpayers. From the Chicago Tribune: “As he’s long maintained, Obama said he envisions his center as a place where young people from around the world can meet each other, get training and prepare to become the next generation of leaders.”
Actually, it seems appropriate somehow for Illinois taxpayers to get whacked for this. Think of it as a monument of sorts to decades of Obama-style government in Illinois. The black unemployment rate in Illinois is the worst in the nation and almost twice the rate for whites. The national economy is booming while Illinois races deeper into insolvency.
That’s all the consolation I can offer. You’ll be funding a monument.

BCC that supplies the home building industry might be a better choice. It's one of Navellier's favorites and has a recent trend of increasing earnings estimates. A trend where estimates are consistently raised is considered very positive.

Caged Migrant Children Photo Goes Viral As Left Rages At Trump; Except It Happened Under Obama
A photograph of two migrant children sleeping in a cage at an ICE detention facility quickly went viral on Sunday after several prominent liberals tweeted it in a white-hot rage at President Trump's immigration policy.
After a laundry list of journalists and public figures angrily tweeted the photo - including CNN's Hadas Gold, NYT Mag's editor-in-chief Jake Silverstein, Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau and former LA mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, they deleted their tweets in shame when it emerged that the photo was taken in 2014, under Obama.
Indeed - nobody thought to check the date on the attached article, published in June of 2014.
The award for the lamest excuse goes to CNN's Hadas Gold, who wrote "Deleted previous tweet because gave impression of recent photos (they're from 2014)"
"Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau cranked up the virtue-signaling up to eleven, tweeting "Look at these pictures. This is happening right now, and the only debate that matters is how we force our government to get these kids back to their families as fast as humanly possible."

I'm not sure how California investing in Pelosi turned into Paul Ryan's net worth. But if you really want to know you can google it. What you'll find out is that he made numerous wise investments that required putting his own money at risk.
To understand that you will need to rethink what the term invest means. For the democrats investing means using tax payer money and spending it on crap projects that essentially end up buying votes. Those type of "investments" rarely end up being worth more in the end than what was put into them up front.
"Putting tax revenues into public investments"
Is that how Pelosi got her $30 million in net worth ? I mean, she has never had a real job... I had to come from tax dollars... Right ? Or am I missing something ???

Inside The "New" Starbucks: Blood-Spattered Walls, Workers Pricked By Needles And More
Starbucks is having a terrible time adapting to its new "inclusive" public restroom policy, as employees contend with blood spattered walls, used drug needles, and face-melting waftings from deuce-dropping vagrants filling the store.
Once, when he was taking out the bathroom trash, he said he was pricked by a hypodermic needle. He said he and other Seattle baristas asked Starbucks to install Sharps containers—the kind of locked boxes found in doctors’ offices—in the bathrooms, to encourage drug users to properly dispose of their needles. -WSJ

China - US trade war on hold. S&P 500 futures up 18.
It was bizarre to watch the media brainwash people into believing that a serious crime had not been committed. She intentionally setup a server at home to store thousands of emails containing classified data. She intentionally destroyed hard drives containing evidence. She intentionally destroyed numerous private cell phones. Her excuse is that it was all an accident and a misunderstanding of what data was classified and what was not.
And we now know that the classified data she had access to made it to Russia. So she can't even claim no harm done by her "oversight".
And they pretend to be concerned about Trump getting some strange stuff from a porn star that did it for money... They have their values so screwed up they can't even think straight anymore.
You have been brain washed...
It's another liberal cesspool that is collapsing.
An "Audible Gasp" Was Heard When The Chicago Fed Unveiled Its "Solution" To The Pension Problem
( And this is happening because unions offered their votes to politicians in exchange for lavish pay and retirement benefits. It's so easy to spend other peoples money. )
An audible gasp went out in the breakout room I was in at last month’s pension event cosponsored by The Civic Federation and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. That was when a speaker from the Chicago Fed proposed levying, across the state and in addition to current property taxes, a special property assessment they estimate would be about 1% of actual property value each year for 30 years.
Evidently, that wasn’t reality-shock enough. This week the Chicago Fed published that proposal formally. It’s linked here.
It surely ranks among the most blatantly inhumane and foolish ideas we’ve seen yet.
Homeowners with houses worth $250,000 would pay an additional $2,500 per year in property taxes, those with homes worth $500,000 would pay an additional $5,000, and those with homes worth $1 million would pay an additional $10,000.
Is the Chicago Fed blind to human consequences? Confiscatory property tax rates have already robbed hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, of Illinois families of their home equity — probably the lion’s share of whatever wealth they had.

Colorado Eviction Courts Overwhelmed As Housing Crisis Unfolds
It is official. Consumers in Colorado appear to be tapped out.
This comes at a time when the recovery is now tied for the second-longest economic expansion in American history. The stock market is near an all-time high, unemployment is the lowest in two decades, consumer confidence is beyond euphoric, and Trump tax cuts are stoking the best earnings quarter since 2011 — unleashing a record amount of corporate stock buybacks.
While a real economic recovery could be plausible this late in the business cycle, the unevenness of the recovery has left many residents in Colorado without a paddle. Accelerating real estate and rent prices across Colorado are squeezing residents out of their homes at an alarming pace.
According to ABC Denver 7, Denver metro area’s skyrocketing cost of living, stagnate wage growth, and lack of affordable real estate has fueled an enormous housing crisis — overwhelming the state’s eviction courts.
Colorado Center on Law and Policy (CCLP), which has spent decades advocating for tenant rights, warns that an eviction crisis is underway in the Denver region.
ABC Denver 7 said, “27 percent of all civil cases filed in Colorado in 2017 were evictions, which represents 45,000 cases.” In Denver alone, eviction cases accounted for nearly 18 percent (8,000 eviction cases) of all evictions across the state. Arapahoe County, the third-most populated county outside of Denver, experienced the most significant number of eviction cases at nearly 22 percent (10,000 eviction cases) in 2017.
Jack Regenbogen, attorney and policy advocate for the Colorado center on Law and Policy, told ABC Denver 7 that most tenants are underrepresented in eviction court cases. In return, this has led to more evictions forcing tenants out onto the streets. He says about 90 percent of landlords are represented by legal counsel during an eviction process, but less than one percent of tenants have legal assistance.
“Traditionally, Colorado has been a very friendly state towards landlords. We really need our policymakers to begin investing meaningful resources to address this issue,” said adds.
ABC Denver 7 indicates that more than 50 percent of Coloradans are renting, and as court dockets continue to expand with evictions in 2018, the crisis is far from over.
According to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) May housing trends report, the average cost of a single-family home in the Denver metro area edged up, as it hit $543,059 in April. More and more homes are listing in the range between $500,000 to $750,000 than all of the price ranges below $500,000 combined. A spokesman from DMAR said homes priced between $500,000 and $749,000, is now considered the “new norm.”
All-Transactions House Price Index for Colorado
“This demonstrates homebuyer demand remains robust,” said Steve Danyliw, Chairman of the DMAR Market Trends Committee. “As new listings poured into the market, buyers that were waiting for them quickly gobbled them up, driving the average days on market down to 20 days.”
Danyliw, further said housing activity remains stable, but increasing interest rates could have an eventual impact on the real estate market.
Evidence continues to build that housing affordability is getting worse, particularly for everyday Americans. Colorado is the latest example of consumers physically tapping out, as they can no longer afford soaring real estate/rent prices - which is now overwhelming state courts in Denver.
