Well that $1 could make a fortune for savvy "Traders" of the Camsing stock. I wonder how much money was made? If this was nothing but a cleverly devised pump and dump then a lot of Camsing traders made a ton of money. I wonder how many other similar offshore scams have been pulled by simply name dropping some company listed in America on the Pink Sheets.
What if the whole deal was nothing but a Pump and Dump by Camsing to line some pockets with some quick cash from their own stock by putting out a story about an American company headed up by the great Stan Lee? Think about it.
I guess this is how they delist. It is really just a downgrade? They almost become a sub pink sheet listed company. A Fake Pink sheet company? I wonder how many like it are out there. Sad. No wonder so many people left this market. Binary options must have dealt a deathblow to the whole penny stock trading business.
The fact that we are sitting here talking about a company that has zero volume and basically trades only by appointment is further proof of the garbage dump that POWN is listed in. We are waiting for the next trade. This Gil should have been replaced a long time ago if he is responsible for this. Stan could have been showcased on the NYSE with Goldman Sachs eons ago but someone prevented this. Sad. It sounds like the Samsing deal failure is proof of how much disarray the company really is in. Then again, what company is listed at .02 and is going to be doing well.
So Rick. If POWN filed for delist when does it happen then? And when does the stock stop being listed, trading, whatever you call it? When this happens then "POWN" will truly be a worthless shell, nothing but a ticker symbol only and totally divorced from the company itself? Or will POWN the ticker totally be shut down and delisted. I am curious as to what happens to anyone who holds POWN shares at this point. I know of another company that was delisted and never traded again. There are some angry shareholders who will never be able to sell. Is that how all of this plays out?
This is what is sad. Stan is loaded! If he cared about this stock he would take the guy out himself and keep the stock propped up. Or else he stopped watching this ticker symbol a long time ago and just has no knowledge of who bought and who is dumping. My guess is that today's action is a pump and dump from years ago who suddenly stopped believing today and so thought it was time to move on. Given the lack of comment from the Company on such huge news from Hong Kong I cannot blame him.
Who dumped? Stan? Gil? A former pump and dump operation? Any ideas of who unloaded?
I wonder what is holding up the deal? I think Rick talked about some "conditions" that may or may not be able to be met. What bothers me is that this is a public company. Why is the company itself not putting out press releases as to the progress or lack thereof of the deal? Why must the shareholders hear about it from Camsing?
This is what I am talking about. No one is ever locked in long and strong with these stocks. And it is tough to gauge if this dumping means anything about the deal other than someone just getting out for personal reasons. Where is the stock coming from? That is the most important question. A past pump and dump?
That is what I thought. Once you create these "monsters" they can never be destroyed. It is sort of like energy. It can change forms but never is really created or destroyed. LOL.
Ok, so delisting is a done deal. What if the Camsing deal doesn't go through? POWN becomes a non trading deal and the shareholders lose all of their liquid equity?
Interesting. Ok then it must be a done deal. The only remaining question is what happens after the de-listing. What do shareholders get exactly? I assume shares in the Chinese or Hong Kong company (whatever you call it). You talk about lots of press. But what about over here? Why isn't POWN flooding the news feeds?
My thought is if the deal doesn't go through then the shell will be sold, just like what happens with many of these companies. I once created a company and put it on the OTCBB. Of course it failed and fell to the Pink Sheets and then someone bought it out years later. In my case the "new" company that bought us out filed bankruptcy and was DE-listed. Some pumpers still post on a message board occasionally about the de-listed entity. The promise that it will be relisted soon. Of course this has been for years. LOL. Thanks for the intelligent conversation Rick. I am following POWN because I find it very interesting. I was once hired to pump the stock. Of course like all pump and dumps it does not work at the end of the day.
I guess the question is what happens to this ticker shell at the end of the day? It sounds like you are saying if the deal goes through POWN itself stops "trading." Not that it trades anyway but I think you know what I mean. If the deal does not go through then it just sits here like it does with a couple of board members and leaders who have written it off a long time ago anyway. I guess this speculation is premature. But it sounds like you are not real confident that this is real. I think it all goes back to incompetence as far as running the stock "POWN." With all of this "activity" happening you would think press releases about the "deal" would be coming out every day.
I guess the next logical question is, is the deal real? It sounds fairly uncertain based upon what I see here. What exactly happens here? A Chinese company takes over POWN? If so then it just continues to sit down here like it does? Or maybe it begins to take on new life on the foreign exchange within their own ticker symbol? The reality is this POWN could continue to sit here and no one seems to care, just like now.
You are right. Their involvement with those huge reputable companies are amazing. All I am saying is that it is really sad someone couldn't have taken this company to the big time. I am talking about one of those once in a lifetime deals where a company starts on the Pink Sheets and moves to the New York Stock Exchange. Think of the story and the money that it would have made for the shareholders. Instead the company gets lost and forgotten about down here. Gil really ought to be ashamed of himself if he is truly incompent.
Well, the best part about them is the simplicity. No time decay and no spreads or commissions is awesome as well. Years ago I traded conventional options. I got destroyed because it was so confusing.
Does anyone here do binary options? I have been doing them for years. I seem to have trouble finding anyone who is interested in them.
You are very right Rick. The company is very poorly run. Stan and company must have realized after the penny stock frenzy ended there was no future for the ticker symbol. It would take hoards of money and major arm twisting to convince a real investment Banker like Goldman Sachs to move it to a real stock exchange. So they let is sit like it does today. Stan certainly realizes that any selling would collapse the stock price completely and destroy many positions. The whole story is sad and not that uncommon. But it proves that the world of penny stocks is fake. A vast majority of the stocks fail at the end, destroying everyone except those who get in at a discount directly from the company and the insiders who get their stock for free or almost free. Real Wall Street knows this and that is why they do not get involved with stocks listed on the garbage exchanges.
Thanks. I appreciate it. I have been trading them for years trying to find a system that will work for them. I believe I have. One of the problems is that the industry does not cater to US citizens. The great brokerage firms are off shore and most of them do not accept US citizens. I know there is Nadex but the platform and the way they do it renders it pretty useless. But Binary Options are awesome. Anyone can do it, even with small amounts of capital!
What about Binary Options? Does anyone here trade them?
It is truly amazing to me how know one seems to want to talk about one the biggest financial breakthroughs in the history of investing -- Binary Options! I guess that is proof that this message board operation is mostly used by and for Pumpers. Nothing pumpers say are going to have any affect whatsoever on the results of a binary options deal.
The stock has zero volume and interest. It is truly testimony of how there is no interest in penny stocks which trade on the trash exchanges. Even if they are real companies means nothing anymore. In today's action lots of investors are making money by with binary options on real markets getting in and out of deals in 15 minutes. Why would they sit here in POWN for months and years? I suspect lots of stock holders of this company will get out and then never buy a penny stock ever again because of their experience here. Good luck all.
It sounds like you are catching on. Anyone who really believes this worthless shell with no ticker symbol will ever trade again is delusional. This is how the government shuts down these types of companies. Sad but true.
Stan should have take care of this shell properly a long time ago. He must have just forgot about it. People that do not know what they are doing post on this board and think that the stock price really has anything to do with the company. It has nothing to do with the company. It is simply a ticker symbol and a price which is supposed to properly reflect the company. But, because it trades on the garbage dump exchange nothing is real. Stan should have taken this company to the NASDAQ or NYSE long ago. He has the money and power to do it. It is really ashame that he left every one hanging. Sorry, I just had to vent. lol.
No, "we" are not on the tracks. Failed pump and dump companies with delisted ticker symbols do not come back, ever. How many times must someone who knows what they are talking about say it before people believe it? Think about it!
Discuss Pump and Dump! Any legal discussion should discuss this. The history of this shell is pump and dump. Whether the Mafia is laundering money from this or a stock scammer in Hong Kong is trying to make a buck this concept cannot be overlooked. Since 99.9 percent of all penny stocks are pump and dump why should POWN be exempt? Think about it!
This company is nothing but a fake company with lots of fake news. Anyone who thinks they will get anything out of this is delusional.
POWN is the poster child for companies that are listed on the garbage dump exchange. They sit there with no volume, zero liquidity. Once in a blue moon a pump and dump comes from somewhere. Sometimes it is shrouded in mystery and speculation. It is almost as if the Mafia comes in to do some money laundering and then pulls it out. The regulators should have shut this stuff down a long time ago.
Is the dumping over? This is a very sad situation. If this had been 1997 the stock price would have moved up to $1 or more. Why have we heard nothing more about the acquisition? What is the latest stock quote for the prospective parent company. The prospective company is a penny stock, by the way. If someone knows something, talk to me. Inquiring minds want to know.
Well what can we say, Becky? On the garbage exchanges the companies often do not do the meetings. Remember at the end of the day all these "companies" really are is ticker symbols. People seem to forget that.
Shall I say Pump and Dump? Does anyone join me in this assessment? Penny stocks a dime a dozen. This is not the 90s anymore. This one has likely peaked out and is now headed down. I bet lots of Carnival Barkers on this board are long gone now too.
Yea I created this pile of garbage known as CPRKQ, the delisted company. It was formerly called International Broadcasting Corporation. I admit it. So trust me when I say to you that this shell will never ever trade again. I created it right? So I know enough to know what I am talking about. CPRKQ will never trade again. Anyone who says otherwise is simply delusional. Trust me. Smart investors have made the move to trade indices, currencies and gold. We make money each and every day. All penny stocks are nothing but absolute garbage promoted by Carnival Barkers like those found on this board. Those who wish to join me know where to look, you know how to find me. A special thank you goes out to those who have supported me for all of these years. Nothing but love! My message to the Haters? Go pound sand!
You think it's strange? What if we find out that it is nothing but a pump and dump, a ruse put on by another penny stock listed on Hong Kong exchange?
More action from the Fake Market. Why am I not surprised?
Maybe an alternate Universe? Maybe there is another POWN and another Stan Lee. In fact, maybe there is another Investorshub in another time and another place.
I pity the poor fool that got into this stock this week. I hope the person is prepared to wake up and see the stock sitting at .01. Very sad. Another reason to walk away from these so called companies "listed" on a garbage market that is on the underbelly of Wall Street. Cases like this explain why no real investors put their money into this garbage.
Does the company even exist? We are sitting here debating about a stock symbol. This may be the real question. Hell, Stan could do a LIVE broadcast right now to talk to his shareholders. For some reason he chooses to hide.
I have no idea who that is. Maybe you could enlighten us further. But yea it is sad, whoever it is.
Now, the Hong Kong Company should be very concerned. Was this nothing but a pump and dump for them or did they really think they were buying something? I would like to know more about the Hong Kong side of this "deal." It makes you wonder if the whole thing is a ruse.
