No, ma'am. GIFX is not under scrutiny for the actions of day traders.
Correct. However, the only possible threat is with the trader who painted it; not Gifa, Inc.
No, ma'am. The SEC will not halt a stock because of traders "painting the tape". If a trader is guilty of painting the tape, his/her account gets terminated, not the stock itself.
I explained the legal process twice already. Please refer to my first two posts.
It is prohibited to those who are guilty of doing the "painting". The only way the company would face a penalty is if an insider is guilty of it.
Thank you.
NO HALT. NOT A CHANCE. If any action is taken against painting the tape, it's done by FINRA and/or the brokerage firms, and it applies to both painting it up or down.
The brokerage will warn the account holder to stop making such trades, or face having their account terminated. After that, the brokerage may terminate the account if the person is seen as being high risk to the brokerage. FINRA may also warn the brokerage to refrain from allowing small trades, and the alleged "manipulative trading" or the brokerage firm could face paying a fine.
FINRA and the SEC don't penalize the company, in this case GIFX, because of the way some people choose to trade. The only way a company will be penalized is if insiders are found painting the PPS. Therefore, there will be NO HALT.
I hope this helps.
???
That pretty much explains it. They told me basically the same thing. They're a long way from fixing that mess. In fact, I was on hold for more than 10 minutes before somebody was able to speak to me.

Profound observation.
That seems to me to be quite odd.
Those who conducted the studies found it odd as well. I guess I just think differently than everyone else. It's exactly what I expected.
It doesn't sound as if not working at all is an option, and one members of both sexes might find appealing.
There's nothing in any of those studies suggesting such a thing.
Take a look at Scandinavia. They have the moved more towards gender equality than any country in the world. The personality differences between genders have increased, and the proportion of women choosing careers in STEM fields have decreased.
So how much of what they can and can't do is innate? I don't think we can say with any certainty.
We most certainly can, and there's a ton of data to back it. The more a culture allows free choice, the larger the differences become for career choices between men and women.
Where are the links? Show us links!
Yep. So am I.
$GIFX
That is correct, and it's on record the the Florida Secretary of State, I think. Ibeto got rid of it in November 2018.
My God, what a scam!
LMAO! Prove that it's bullshit.
Of course there's a link. It isn't being posted here. LOL
LMAO!!!! It's 2019! Shetty is long gone.
$GIFX
$GIFX printing 200 DMA BREAKOUT ALERT...uh oh...
$GIFX printing 10 CENTS. It's broken out over that 200 DMA at .091, the chart is setting up beautiful.
We, we have seen the real due diligence and it's as real as it gets...
They're going to SEC file and there is nothing "fake" about anything they do or any business unit they operate...
Top notch securities attorney Aul about to get this one in the end-zone for the score... ASAP...
These prices will never be seen again, this will trade a $buck a share minimum when the first SEC filing hits and it goes up from there...
We have people on the ground, our due diligence is real, we don't rely on hearsay or organized disinformation campaigns or false narratives fabricated out of nothing...
Have folks who speak Turkish and are "on the ground" and see things first hand never hurts either LOL ! Again, no amount of stockbullshit is going to stop or change what's about to happen here with GIFX..none..
We're cleared for take off...only gets better from here...
At least it's not going back to trips. LOL
How about telling us something we don't already know?
"there are laws which provide preferential tax treatment to companies and establish the rules for their formation and operations."
This means they still pay taxes!!! How much more explicit does the wording need to be?
Thanks!

William Aul being interviewed on San Diego public television regarding a major municipal bond scandal that brought the city of San Diego into national news.
The only way the video worked for me since it is a .flv file is to open the Microsoft Edge browser, left click "Source file" which opens the video successfully using VLC media player.
