that guy is the ultimate hater.
going to sleep better when this merger goes through, in retrospect it would have been soo much better to do the IVG deal. oh well, they are brain dead if they don't make this deal.
kavanaugh better have brad pitt using vapor products on screen with the amount he has been paid
where is the webcast link? can somebody put it up. i can't find it on the quarterly results tab of the site
everyones a winner!
everyones a winner!
nice little rebound
Giddy Up!
i agree, all these stores will give them a chance to dump that inventory as well. i was looking at vaporin (the vape store) stores, they sell all types of mods and equipment, not just their own label.
i mean VPCO only really lost two quarters with the IVG fall-through. volatility goes both ways, it will have some upside volatility in the future. VPCO has the means to survive, a lot of the smaller companies will go belly up.
we have a direction, it will just take some time to get there.
I'm aware, just monitoring the trajectory and pace of a competitor
look at vaporfi's store growth, albeit, i think some of these are franchises. i'm wondering how many they could put up in 1 year?
http://www.stores.vaporfi.com/
i mistook 100 employees in 2015, for "100 stores." sorry.
ChuckBits, you should ask these question at the end of the release. Represent the disenfranchised shareholders from the iHub forum :)
i can't see why they would make a bum deal. I think if they thought the IVG deal was not worth it, they would not make a horrific deal giving away 40%+ of the company. i think it is for far out performance metrics and to court their big shareholder IMO.
anyone know the big Vapor franchises out there? i'm wondering if VPCO is going to simply just start buying the regional players. 100 stores is a ton to open in one year.
people think they are going to pursue that strategy?
i'm just hoping old man frost doesn't croak
not going to waver on this bet. maybe it takes 1 year, maybe 2. sounds like they have some more money behind them. i think its dumb to jump from stock to stock within the same sector. they are selling the same thing in most cases.
i couldnt see it really getting worse than last quarter, i think there is just an inventory hangover in general in the industry. i saw the last generation of krave in rite-aid the other week. i think they made too many of the cigalikes, they are atleast pursuing the growing segment. probably just need to keep buying up retail chains across the country and let those guys cashout.
hopefully they will fix the online store, vapor corp has a crappy one too.
i don't understand why ecommerce is so difficult for them? makes sense that they would push harder for higher margins, but oh well. we are still in the early stages...
looks like they are aqcuiring stores in florida, their website isnt anything special.
can anyone figure out how many stores they have?
i'm hoping we get to 10+ at some point next year, does anyone know the regulations kicking in next year? i assume they are somewhat lax. i think 2016/2017 will get dicier
one can only hope, i expect it will be next week. i pray they put out releases at a greater frequency in 2015.
im hoping to hear about the biometric tech soon, we all know about the store strategy...
this is glorious
Great insight....
i like that VPCO is starting to be referred to as "Vapor" in articles and reports.
Ecig is getting beat up
i have noticed some price changes on the ivaporx website, must be clearing the way for better stuff
Just need ECig to get pounded down a bit more and our overcorrection to subside for us to move into next chapter. Hope they announce an earnings date soon
is ECIG a nasdaq stock yet? i see it keeps getting pounded down.
anyone else think the website looks a little dated already?
well this has been entertaining, better than seeing it on flatline for another 3 weeks..
too bad i could capitalize
what a comeback! any seinfeld fans here?
i don't think so, i think between opening 100 stores and a Kavanaugh campaign (yes, i do believe he will add value one day), we have a good 2015 ahead.
i don't think that Vapor Corp has anything really to offer those companies at the present time. VPCO is just private labeling Chinese mods and private labels other peoples' liquids. Maybe I could see them take a stake, but there is nothing to really buy at the present moment that they couldn't do themselves. I think VPCO would have to prove out the retail model to be interesting OR start developing superior tech (biometric and social).
doubtful, i think people are expecting same announcements we have talked about. i think people are trading and ramping up for such announcement.
its not like it could get much worse
it's nice not being on the brink, im sure it may tick down here and there. we survived the bad stuff though.
a glimpse of optimism! hang on, guys!
can't wait for them to announce retail strategy for the market.
they put the stock ticker all over it :)
saw Randall in marketing had a post on linkedin looking for marketing coordinator position in florida. he attached a picture of the kiosks on his post. looks pretty cool. looks like they will have krave, hookah stix, vaporx in different stations. built for malls.
Today was good for morale, hang on guys!
i guess if you can make it through this trade, you can make it through anything :)
I'm getting vaporX banners too while I search
Just saw swisher is coming out with e-liquid. Really cool packaging. More players in the game...
