ChuckBits, you should ask these question at the end of the release. Represent the disenfranchised shareholders from the iHub forum :)

i can't see why they would make a bum deal. I think if they thought the IVG deal was not worth it, they would not make a horrific deal giving away 40%+ of the company. i think it is for far out performance metrics and to court their big shareholder IMO.
