totally agree. this company is too big to sit around and let bankruptcy happen. It will bounce back as soon as financials are announced. Billion dollar companies don't just go away.
2016 is the Year for AMBS!
The year that the Company starts selling off all of their assets, and claims Bankruptcy!
This thing is going down fast!
Best of luck Busta,
I believe it will start picking up soon!
Sitting on 25K...ready to watch it move up!
News will be here any day now!
Good Luck Ladies and Gentlemen!
$$$ CGRA $$$ Just received Bond worth MILLIONS...invested in Marijuana in California. Vetted through AON of the NYSE...This is huge! About to head to Penny Land Quickly!
$$$ CGRA $$$ Just received Bond worth MILLIONS...invested in Marijuana in California. Vetted through AON of the NYSE...This is huge! About to head to Penny Land Quickly!
$$$ CGRA MORE THAN 7 Figures available...Millions!!!
THE INTERVIEW IS POSTED...
THEY HAVE RECEIVED FUNDING THROUGH THE BOND...EXCESS OF $1 MILLION DOLLARS! Insured, and vetted through Aon out of Canada!
Minute 7:07
Lets get moving!
The bond is a previously announced subject...
but it doesn't mean that he can't hint at what the bond will be used for...if it is MJ production and distribution, look out, this will run like crazy!
Showing Waaaaaaaayyyyyy oversold right now, and ready for a move up!
This thing could turn around fast, and start heading north. Look at what JCP was able to accomplish after the rumors started to surface about going BK. ARO is a great Name brand, and will appreciate as soon as financials projections are made from the quarter. Look for green days in the future.
Pretty sure that was the point...the shorts would have to cover, and then push the PPS up further...Reverse Psychology.
Run, baby Run!
Number 25 on the Break Out Board! 8 of the Top 50 most followed have been here in the last 48 hours...this is going to run HARD!
Snag the shares below a cent, because it is time to get paid!
Copy all...I know that they are still "Searching"...I'm just curious as to how long they will "Search". I would have to believe that there are companies standing by ready to launch. Hopefully sooner rather than later, because the up front payments could help to sustain this $2.10 level and get it back up towards the $2.50 where it needs to be heading into the Rexista submission. Then the move to over $5 would be easy and the commercial investors can move in and soak up the rest of the float...this thing could move North in a hurry! Just keep the PR's rolling and the updates coming and more investors will jump in.
Best of Luck!
When do we think an announcement will be made regarding the commercialization of Levetiracetam? I would have to believe that there were Pharma companies interested as soon as the ANDA was submitted to the FDA. With this and the paring of Rexista, this should really start to take off in a couple months!
Getting ever closer to that FDA submission!
News can hit at any day regarding the partner, so I will get what I can today...at least another couple thousand shares, but if it somehow hits $1.97 again today, I will double my position!
Best of luck everyone!
Welcome aboard Wplong,
lots of promise here, but several hurdles to jump across first. Should be getting pretty interesting around here in the coming months. The meeting to do the reverse split and subsequent reduction in authorized shares is in May. So, they have a bit of time to get the PPS moving upwards before then to do less of a reverse split.
Best of Luck to you!
It would appear that everyone is holding their collective breaths right now awaiting the earnings report. Shorts hoping for the worst, and longs hoping for the best.
Me...hoping for more dips and surges...held last Thanksgiving through Christmas, and made out very nicely! Can't see any reason why this can't happen again!
Best of Luck!
Yes, a great buy towards charity and for personal portfolio as well. Maybe a sign for good things to come. Now that the RSI has stabilized back at 50, this may be ready for the next leg up. Look for big things for the future. I am sure they want to so as little of a R/S as possible during the May Meetings!
Best of Luck Green!
Earnings report should be released within the next 5 days!
Hey Doog,
would you speculate that Rexista partnership may be announced at the ROTH Conference? May be a chance to attract some big money into the stock.
What would truly be great here is a 10Q.....it has to be posted within the next 6 days, so we all know it is coming, and it should be way better than expected, so this should start moving north quickly once released...who knows, may be today after hours???
Best of Luck!
Hey Zeus, I can sticky it, but it has to be up for 48 hours before it can be stickied.
AMBS...BIG BOOM...When the Door Closes...
GOING DOWN FAST...Save what money you can, and stop giving it all to Josh Saxon, and the Shorters.
Best of Luck to everyone!
Believe in the Science...it will be sold off at some point to keep funding GC's salary...they havn't advanced anything purchased with the 40 Million in assets that they have purchased...lots of excuses though. Not one thing has materialized in more than three years that I have been here. A few Patents, and a few Orphan designations, but the science is still untouched...not a chance to make money here...only asking for more money to ...lol...try to advance the pipeline of great products...what that really means is to fund the salaries of the very few personnel left in the company. All the big hitters have already left the company once they realized that it was about making money and not actually advancing science. The only thing AMBS is doing at the moment is keeping a truly interested company from advancing any of the pipeline that AMBS currently owns.
My best advice...walk away, and let the Boom of the door slamming shut on this company happen...turn off the lights on the way out.
IMHO!
The PPS wasn't adjusted for the request to increase the shares, the PPS has tanked because of the floorless convertibles that Gerald has authorized. He has sold his sole, and the company to Josh Saxon, and is paying for it deeply! He is directly responsible for the decline in PPS...
Not too hard to do research on MAGNA...BAD NEWS!
Look at all the filings of how many shares can be sold day after day after day...they have no choice but to ask for an increase, at the burn rate they have now, they will be above the 150 Million share count in no time...these debt holders get to buy more shares at a very reduced price...you and I pay the .10 cents per share...Josh Saxon only pays .6 cents...then he sells to you and I for .10 cents...and then .09 cents, and then .08 cents, and then .08 cents, and then .07 cents......then he buys more shares and keeps on selling...get the picture...this aint over yet!
GC HAS PERSONALLY RUINED AMBS, and I have always been a believer in the science here....it just needs to go to someone who actually has a vested interest in developing the assets they have, and not interested in selling the company and increasing salaries of employees.
Too much uncertainty going on right now, shaking weak hands off of their shares. Vivint is taking a hit as well, so it is both companies not knowing what is going on. not sure how much they would be able to claim in damages if they are in fact the ones who "Pulled the plug". SUNE only announced that they had to reevaluate their finances, do an internal audit, hold out on dividends, etc... but never actually said that they were not going to go through with the deal.
I wouldn't worry so much with the premarket trading...it gives little insight to what will happen during peak trading times. All it takes is a few heavy hitters to start accumulations, and off to the races we go. With the deal now off the table, the worry of having to spend millions is over. Now a settlement, and it is all over but the crying of a select few. Maybe now Tepper can sleep better at night.
GLTY
Amen to that!
$9.00, and I would be Ecstatic!
Shorts are covered...flippers are flipped...time for a large bounce!
That's awesome Green!
I picked up a bunch at .138 as well.
Hoping for this to dip down a little today so I can grab some more to add to the core position. I have faith that this will head north prior to the May deadline, and want to cash in a few along the way.
I am assuming that they have information to release to minimize the reverse split to something closer to the 1:5 ratio instead of the 1:25 ratio.
Best of Luck!
I completely agree, only highlighting information for the board.
If they were doing a dramatic Reverse Split, I would question their motives; however, with only a 1:5 or up to a 1:25, it is not that bad...even with a reverse split, they are wanting to decrease Authorized...sounds pretty good to me.
In other Stocks I have been in, it is usually a dramatic Reverse Split to get to like $7.00 to $8.00, because they know the PPS will tank with no news or financial results...then they immediately do an authorized share increase.
Not the case here at all, they want to get back to within compliance, they want reduce share count, they have been working with Debt holders, and they want to reduce share count significantly....looks like it could be very interesting by mid summer.
Best of Luck!
[color=red]Our stock price has declined significantly, which may result in the delisting of our common stock from The NASDAQ Global Market.
Our common stock is currently traded on The NASDAQ Global Market. Following the termination for futility of the Phase 3 GALAXY-2 trial our stock price has declined significantly. As of November 4, 2015, our closing stock price on The NASDAQ Global Market was $ 0.65 per share. The continued listing requirements of The NASDAQ Global Market requires a minimum closing bid price of $1.00, and if a listed company has a closing bid price of less than $1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days, the company may be subject to delisting proceedings. As of November 4, 2015, our closing bid price had been below $1.00 for ten consecutive trading days. If we continue below $1.00 for another 20 consecutive trading days, we will receive a notice from NASDAQ and will be provided an initial period of 180 calendar days to regain compliance. To regain compliance, the closing bid price of our common stock must be $1.00 per share or more for a minimum of ten consecutive trading days. If we do not regain compliance within this 180 calendar day period, we may be eligible for an additional 180 calendar day compliance period on The NASDAQ Capital Market. To qualify, we would be required to meet the continued listing requirement for market value of publicly held shares of $1 million and all other initial listing standards for The NASDAQ Capital Market, with the exception of the bid price requirement, and would need to provide written notice of the intention to cure the deficiency during the second compliance period, by effecting a reverse stock split, if necessary. However, if we were not eligible for the additional 180 calendar day compliance period on The NASDAQ Capital Market, NASDAQ would notify us that our common stock would be subject to delisting. In the event of such a notification, we would be allowed to appeal NASDAQ’s determination to delist our common stock, but there can be no assurance that NASDAQ would grant such a request for continued listing.

Lots going on behind the scenes...getting interesting here!
Looking pretty BULLISH this morning!

For one, Seeking Alpha is not a reputable site.
For Two, it was not the company that caused the downward momentum and "Money Woes"...it was Tepper.
So, blaming the outside entity, and the "Un-named" source inside the company who is calling out the financial debacle is not the fault of the company.
So, the problem was caused by someone crying unfair dealings because they wasn't going to make enough money on the outcome. Now that the Lawsuit is about to be all but behind them, the banks won't loan the money, and the financial woes will be over, the stock can move up, and they can walk away.
Wasn't their fault that Tepper whined...
Wasn't their fault that the Banks Balked...
Wasn't their fault that the deal didn't or couldn't get closed...
So, they say they tried...and walk away!
In My Own Personal Opinion Of Course!
Best of luck!
Can't honestly tell you. All I know is that volume here is building, and as soon as the RSI stabilizes again, it could rise up another 50-75% Moves quickly, and appears for not much reason. They have many patents, and lots in the works. I do have a small position here, and have been following.
Best of Luck!
