It's only a matter of time my friend. More deals coming and SS will be cleaned up shortly with share reductions. GDAR
Yet you have no links to support your claims that GDAR is a scam lol the CEO is MIA because he doesn't release prs every week...? More than likely he's silent because deals and partnerships are being discussed or solidified. He'll report to share holders when he has an update.
A company that is transparent in their filings as well as their convertible debt is hardly a pump and dump. It takes money to fund a merger, thus the convertible debt. Many businesses, namely publicly traded start ups, get started with loans and no money down in exchange for shares, that's basic business operations when first getting off the ground floor. Being that GDAR acquired 2 already profitable companies, there will be no need to take on more toxic debt. This is normal in business, you're highlighting normal hiccups in businesses when they first get started as if this is something abnormal. In business, in most cases, going in the hole before becoming profitable is a normal process. What GDAR does now, now that they have 2 revenue streams, is all that matters. It took toxic debt to make these acquisitions possible, GDAR has accomplished exactly what they set out to do. Big things are coming soon here. GDAR
New up date on OTC as of March 7th. Market value has been up dated being valued at $412,011. If you divide the current market value by the current pps, the current OS should be roughly 4.1 bil. Notes should near to being finished if not already done. We should hear something soon, updates and filings on the 2 acquisitions should be soon, as well as a share reduction. GDAR
And you were wrong lol the AS is not used to calculate the market value of a stock. The AS can't possibly be used to calculate the market value because those shares aren't issued into the float, nor are they apart of the restricted shares which make up the OS. Here's a link to show you how to properly calculate the market value of a stock based on its current OS:

GDAR
Go GDAR!
When you have some proof with links to back your claims, you should share it. All share holders have at this point is to go off of the current market value which was updated on March 4th. GDAR
The market value of a company is calculated by multiplying the current pps times the current OS.
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/m/marketvalue.asp
On OTC is shows the current market value of GDAR at $206,006 as of March 4th as shown here...
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GDAR/profile
If the OS was higher than 2 bil, the market cap would be higher. The current OS is 2,060,006,000 as of March 4th, thus the market value being priced at $206,006.
That's false. The OS is not the same as the AS. The AS is the amount of authorized shares that CAN be issued, those shares are not apart of the OS. The OS is the total of restricted shares and the float combined. You get the market value of a company by multiplying the current pps times the current OS. 2,060,006,000 times .0001 would equal $206,006, which is the current market value of GDAR as of March 4th.
If the market value is $206,006 as shown being updated on March 4th, there's no way the OS is 6 billion shares lol your math is way off bud. For the market value to be priced at $206,006, that would put the OS at 2,060,006,000...GDAR
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GDAR/profile
Keep in mind, the market value of GDAR was updated March 4th.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/GDAR/profile
Being valued at $206,006 puts the OS at just a little over 2bil shares...there's no need for a r/s as most would have you believe. Several plays with an OS over 5bil have ran to .10 and above on nothing but fluff and lies. This has plenty room to move, know what you own people. Terry will deliver, he hasn't given us a reason to believe otherwise. GDAR!
That's ridiculous. If things have gotten that desperate there would have been a pr campaign like pump and dumps normally perform. If he really wanted to dump shares, there would be a pr every week with fluff or blatant lies but that isn't the case here. You took something that I said yesterday and your running with it lol GDAR stating that the goal is to uplist in the next 12 months isn't a desperation move (that tweet was a month ago by the way) the acquisitions prove that, debt being rapidly paid off proves that and the soon coming share reduction will as well. These are all steps taken when the goal is to uplist. It's not impossible for GDAR to do that as long as the CEO does everything he says he will and so far, Terry has a perfect batting record with current business objectives and prior ventures.
Nothing more than speculation. Dumping has been impatient retail, conversions are either near finished or completely finished. Impatient dumping has nothing to do with the GDAR. There's no proof or validity to your claims other than opinions of what you think will happen. The CEO hasn't given anyone a reason to doubt his statements about the direction the company is going in. There will be no reverse split, this was covered in the most recent pr, he's been honest and transparent so far so there's no reason to doubt him. For those holding long, we have nothing to worry about. GDAR
Nice indeed! GDAR will run, the company currently is doing everything right, nothing to worry about here.
Agree my friend! My money is on Terry to do a 2peat lol GDAR!
Every business has expenses in order to run the business, my point was that your statement about GDAR having $6mil in expenses is false.
Lmao...actually no it's not the same thing. One is a complete fabrication without an ounce of truth and is based on absolutely nothing while is the other statement is actually based on a pr, soon to be filing...

6 mil in expenses...??? Post a link please...
Never...? Is there a piece of information that you know, that the rest of this board doesn't know? Please do share. Considering the recent acquisitions that just made the company profitable, that sounds more like a speculative statement as opposed to something backed by logical reasoning or up to date facts. The current state of the company says otherwise, it's not impossible if GDAR continues to make the strides it's taking.
What this tells me then is that with the current share structure, with no buy backs or further dilution, the CEO believes it's possible for the pps to be at .10 if the only minimum requirement is a $200mil market cap. There must be some major news coming down the pipeline between now and EOY. GDAR
It's been that way for over 6 months because 6 months ago was the last time we heard from the filed something and released a pr lol the pps won't move without a material event, that's common sense. GDAR
Way too easy my friend. GDAR is a solid company with a seasoned veteran as the CEO. GDAR will make massive leaps and bounds and soon!
Can you please post the source where the minimum NYSE listing is a $6bil market cap? Thank you
I saw the $3 minimum but you stated that the minimum market cap had to be $6bil, which is a gross exaggeration. I was pointing out the minimum market cap, not the share price.
According to this NYSE instruction, the minimum market cap needed to uplist to the NYSE is 3 mil, being that the company has profits of 750k or above...the two acquisitions alone put GDAR at least 5 mil a year, give or take. A share price of .001 will put this at approximately 2m market cap...with share buy backs and continued increase of share holder value, there's no telling how high the pps will go. A reverse split would only make sense if it would put the company in that $3 range and that's only after the pps has gone well above a penny...GDAR is up to something huge IMHO, thus the late pr. GDAR
To no point was GDAR being misleading lol they stated that a name change would happen, as you say, and it didn't. Doesn't mean they mislead anyone, the company may have done some internal restructuring and wanted to shift their focus else where, that's normal. They probably wanted to solidify all future developments so that the name change can reflect the direction the company is going in. The company is allowed to do that, it's not misleading.
And actually, for GDAR to have a minimum initial requirement of $6 billion market cap is grossly over exaggerated lol

I would encourage you to check your resources please. Debt and losses are normal for a new company, even seasoned corporations encounter losses and debts. GDAR is on the right track with its recent acquisitions, there's nothing to worry about here. Debt is being rapidly paid off and conversions near finished if not already done. GDAR
Companies can go several weeks to months before name changes occur. I personally was in a play where it took the company 8 months to get a name change. Before a company does that, it would behoove them to have all other affairs straightened out...GDAR is now doing that as of recent discussions for other acquisitions. Patience will pay off, all that matters at this point in time is the next filing and the two acquisitions being covered in it.
Big companies use Twitter to disseminate company info these days and there's no SEC regulation saying they can't use social media for that purpose, it doesn't make company claims any less credible. The September filing that you posted is out dated as of the new acquisitions so looking at that is irrelevant. GDAR is rapidly paying off debt and conversions are near to being finished if not already finished. When you find something recent to post other than filings from several months ago, I will gladly take your side. The company, with Terry's track record, has no reason to post fluff if uplisting to the NYSE were not doable. GDAR
As posted on the GDAR Twitter page, on the 5th of February, the company plans to uplist to the NYSE. They also stated the requirements that it would take for that to occur. As of the acquisitions covered on the 2nd of February pr, the recent acquisitions of "life media" and "the rooms sns", this has made it possible for the paying off of the debt as well as share buy backs. This 30th of September filing was before the acquisitions, it is now March 5th. The company has also been clear that debt is paying paid off rapidly and that there were a few conversions left. With 5mil in revs a year from the recent acquisitions, the goal of uplifting within the next 12 months is very doable. Please post recent up to date information. A reverse split is not the only way to uplist to the NYSE considering the company is now profitable with the two recent acquisitions.

That makes no sense considering that GDAR is a solid company. All companies have debt when getting started in the beginning, that's normal. The company has stated that they want to uplist to the NYSE and are taking strides to do so by paying off debts, not to mention they stated that there are a few conversions left. If they are paying off debt, there is no need for GDAR to shovel out money towards piling on more toxic debt. That statement in and of itself doesn't make sense...you don't shovel out money to take in debt when you could use those funds to acquire other companies, as GDAR has done and will include in next filing. It's impossible to pay for toxic debt or "shovel out" money for toxic debt as you say lol borrowing money in exchange for shares is how that's done.
Ok and that's normal...investors are obviously waiting for that material information to be in the next filing. If a stock goes up on a pr, more than likely it's a pump and dump but a filing is totally different. That's a material event...
Exactly my friend...a similar set up is present here but with a better SS. This could very well surpass TPA@ and sustain those levels.
How about you provide us with some links then. You must know something we don't...? How about you shed some knowledge for us on this board, a link with some verifiable evidence would be great! Thanks in advance!
Glad I loaded more today. Unloaded a clunker today right before the hatch closed and bought more shares here. Patience is key here my friends.
Good luck to all of you still in this play, I have learned my lesson before with a similar situation. I hope you all bank big but I'm out! Gltya
Clearly a lot of people have unrealistic expectations about business, especially a business building a solid foundation in the beginning phases...newer companies have delays sometimes, that is normal. There's experienced companies that push back news or product release dates for several months or weeks, for various reasons...it's normal. Give the man a break and when it's the right time to release news, he will.
I'm not sure either but I'm sure glad I put in my bid and scooped up some more 1s instead of buying on the ask lol those impatient retailers are moving these shares over to stronger hands...a TPA@ will be upon us shorty! GDAR
I think so my friend. I wouldn't mind if this ran like RCH@ did last year...all the way from .0005 to .027 in 3 hours. That would be nice but preferably, I'll take slow and steady. Everyone loves a stair stepping chart. This will run hard in due time, possibly even soon. GDAR.
This week GDAR is gonna AND1! I'll be buying more Monday
