Big companies use Twitter to disseminate company info these days and there's no SEC regulation saying they can't use social media for that purpose, it doesn't make company claims any less credible. The September filing that you posted is out dated as of the new acquisitions so looking at that is irrelevant. GDAR is rapidly paying off debt and conversions are near to being finished if not already finished. When you find something recent to post other than filings from several months ago, I will gladly take your side.
