You are VERY wrong about that and obviously know very little about the OTC from your post. Audited financials actually continued with pvsp for years after it became a penny stock. Others are quite similar once they are beat down into the penny market.
Additionally, let’s be clear about the finality of the left over pvsp after the spinoff, it will be left with nothing at this time. Secondly, the audited statements were a necessary precursor to a more favorable spinoff.
Third, I have way more to gain than you do as well as very little to lose from an investment perspective. . This does give me or you the right to SUCKER other traders into pvsp with BS posts about an audit or in some way make people feel it will be advantageous to pvsp/zen to have the Florida approval of weed sales. This type of hyperbolic nonsensical posts are for the dreamer traders in pennyland. I don’t think anyone said they would never get the audit. The time frame for what the auditors performed on two small Cos was ridiculous. I believe they piecemeal the audit to save money with the auditors. The 23’ audit should take no more than 2 mos however we are now in the midst of tax season.

Surprised at such a statement, unrealized gain is NOT MONEY and can disappear in a heartbeat as well as your investment. Also, it can not be leveraged as such with penny stock.

There are no inconsistencies with the stock. All of my posts re Eltp and current trading have been positive. However, I do not go in for the BS posts hyping timelines and expectations, all guesses! You know as well as most that when the big money is ready to run eltp it will run, hopefully above all expectations.

Agreed, but most don’t grasp that each transaction is both and bid/ask transaction is irrelevant. There are a lot of day traders here which some construe as manipulation. These guys have done well with Eltp when viewing the chart from 03 up to now showing very good swings thus far.

Trending in that direction for sure. The light volume will certainly cause more capitulation along with the RSI, Eltp has always been sensitive once the RSI climbs above 70. Good news may break this pattern and get us above 30 soon. We have held the 19 zone support very well.
