nothing we didn't know, but nice to get the official filing in as confirmation.
all eyes on the name change now...
contact him yourself...
i think we're pretty much guaranteed to hear from the company today.
AEPP (Advanced Environmental Petroleum Producers) Oncolix, Inc. has become the controlling shareholder
the R/S language was only first revealed in the SPA that was released last week.
so when do we hear from redman?
like i said, the R/S was only revealed with the release of the SPA last week. The SPA was written a month ago.
the original filings only included some "highlights". i guess the R/S wasn't a highlight. lol
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the R/S language was always there, we just didn't see it until the SPA was released last week.
why do you suppose that reverse split language was included in the SPA?
AEPP was trading at a penny with no volume when the SPA was written. something to consider i suppose.
what shares do you think he owns?
yes. but beyond the sale, what will kistler's interest be?
no doubt he stands to benefit somehow
you think they're paying kistler for consulting services?
the accountant behind oncolix is a genius. i'm not so sure.
i have *no doubt
i have doubt that you'll hear plenty from the company over the coming weeks.
it remains to be seen how shareholder friendly his statements will be.

looks like the new ceo is participating to me. on day one he filed as stated he'd do in the SPA. scroll down and you'll see redman signs the document with the title CEO. that piece would be a nice addition to the ibox to help avoid confusion.
the next two steps on the list in order are 1: reverse split and 2: name change.
surely the name change is in the works. we'll see about the reverse split.
but as of now there is no sign of either having occurred. we'll keep checking.
Reverse Split Ratio 1:50
Dividend Type Reverse Split
Redman and Payne have stellar track records.
most of these biotechs don't have a drug on the market and yet the value of their company is most certainly tied to the product they are creating.
oncolix valuation will have very little to do with their financials as they surely have no cash. none of these biotechs have cash. their valuation is almost purely tied into the patents they own and progress of their trials. but then if that's what you mean by speculation, then i agree. then again, it's all speculation so i'm not really sure what kind of point that would be to make.
right, but that's where the reverse split comes in and where the current shareholder gets hosed...at least that's a big fear.
that's like two or three years down the road.
prolanta is worth what it's worth, but it's a phase one drug now. phase one basically tests for dosing limitations and will almost surely be deemed a success. oncolix just updated the information on the government page- no new news other than they're expecting to complete the study by the end of the year.
also mentioned was value pertaining to VC funding. nobody here thinks oncolix has $15M cash on hand. The value is tied into the progression of the drug and the science behind it.
if you really want to start looking at valuations, understand what prolanta is targeting. that's ovarian cancers, which as it happens will be pushing a $2 billion market in coming years. whatever their potential share of the market is is what prolanta can be worth.
in biotech and drug world, the valuations never really make sense and are ridiculously forward looking. phase II is the power zone for investing so that's when i'd expect oncolix to really soar if they get to that point.
but with all that said, we're looking at a year before phase 1 results are announced. if that's a catalyst you're looking for, you'll be here a long time.
Prolanta trial status update as of April 3:
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/record/NCT02534922
Estimated Enrollment: 18
Study Start Date: February 2016
Estimated Study Completion Date: January 2018
Estimated Primary Completion Date: December 2017 (Final data collection date for primary outcome measure)
also silly considering what we think oncolix might be worth and where we're trading. R/S or not, we're probably really undervalued here.
Don Payne, Oncolix
google this guy...he's the accountant behind oncolix.
read everything you can about him and tell me you don't think they're going to take oncolix to some massive heights.
lol, buy back in?
lots of fear and lots of shorting.
in time it's not going to matter. wake me up in two weeks.
agree. can't believe some of the biggest pumpers and holders dumped out after taking two minutes to digest the news.
the freaking merger is complete. oncolix with all that comes with it is now AEPP. is oncolix worth more than a few million dollars with trials, patents, VC funding, etc?
there's also a ton of short interest pushing this down on the "news".
because this is the OTC and an R/S usually is followed by tons of dilution.
sellers here are forgetting their DD and the team behind the purchase.
they're still going to eventually announce positive phase 1 results. the price will rise accordingly.
ARXS
DLNY
VERT
all on bid.
it's here.

but i question how some people are interpreting what this actually means for this company.
This isn't a share selling R/S scam.
They want this trading in dollars to go to a real exchange.
The R/S tells us they want to get out of the OTC and off the pinks. Don Payne is the smartest guy involved with all of this.
Bring on the R/S and name change. Oncolix is going NASDAQ.
NASDAQ
http://money.cnn.com/quote/profile/profile.html?symb=AEPP
whoever was changing these profiles didn't bother to undo all of them.
Redman still listed as director of AEPP.
tick tock...
agree. onxolix is going to be a monster on the otc. just waiting for that 8k to kick things off.
just a $12000 slap on the ask. no big deal. lol AEPP
L2 looking interesting
