The program is funded by corporate advertisers; sponsors' messages are delivered to the parents with notification about student's status.

"The reception was a strong validation of our business and product; this was the first public showcase of StudentConnect and the response was the same as we have seen across the country, very high. Partnering with Verizon on this product has been one of the key milestone accomplishments for StudentConnect and the result was evident at the conference last week," said Kayode Aladesuyi, CEO, ECDC.

I am quite excited to see how the things with Verizon will turn out in upcoming weeks/months. I rarely see these kind of opportunities in OTC world. ECDC game has just begun. Don't be left out.

Don't let the current pps mislead you. ECDC is a great stock with a great future. Investors in ECDC will make lots of money soon enough. Sub-penny stocks can take a dive for no reason at all. It is their nature to be very volatile. Sub-penny stocks can soar for no apparent reason and they can go down the same way. This pps is temporary. ECDC SEC filing about Verizon and StudentConnect is on the section called

Management Discussion and Analysis.

The agreement was filed in the SEC filings. It described clearly there are 2 agreement and one of them is joint sales and marketing the other is network usage.
