Good luck to all those who have held on to this point.
Go GDGI
I heard that Dutch has promised to buy back in to GDGI in the future. Anyone care to venture a guess as to when?
Dutch made this statement back on March 2, 2013.
"GDGI will hit 0.03-0.05 soon. cheers"
I guess we could ask Dutch to tell us what time frame he was referring to when he said "soon".
Steve;
The 2nd quarter 10-Q is due by mid August, and the 3rd quarter
10-Q is due by mid November.
I have no idea whether GDGI is going to make the 2nd quarter
10-Q, or wait till after the October 23, 24, 2013 sentencing of the Levy's to make the big PR report.
Generally speaking, I have noticed that penny stocks do better in the Fall months because the regular Dow stocks usually have somewhat of a decline during those months, and people are looking for places to get more bang for their bucks at that time.
Impatient wallets would like to see GDGI make the 2nd quarter
10-Q, but the 3rd quarter 10-Q will probably get us a bigger increase in share price for the reasons I just gave.
Hanging on for a few more months may prove to reward those who exercise additional patience.
Right on guy! Thanks for being honest and courageous.
Has Ben actually said his is still the CEO? He doesn't have to be to make positive comments about the progress of the company.
Being a 20+% shareholder gives him the right to sit in on the board meetings.
Him not being the CEO very well explains the silence and makes a buyout VERY likely now.
The 2nd quarter 10-Q report of GDGI is due by August 14th.
I predict that the new CEO, or new owner, will be on time with that report, and it will be "rock and roll" time.

Shurik, please go back and read post #17767.
Sounds like a good idea to me Steve.

I am going to answer the question that the poster raised:
__________________________________________
"am i missing something here?"
__________________________________________
Yes, he is missing something. Actually more than one thing, but I will point out one thing at this time.
He mentioned the "old CEO" was responsible for a large portion of the commercial sales, and not Ben.
It was many months ago where we went over the changing of the CEO scenario. Actually Ben was the CEO over 5 years ago, and another individual (his name excapes me at the moment) temporarily took over that position for a matter of months, then Ben ONCE AGAIN became CEO.
So it is Inaccurate to assume that Ben was not responsible for the majority of the commercial sales of the past history of GDGI.
I noticed that the bid/ask prices after market closing are at the extreme ends of the share price spectrum. Earlier this year, the after market 'ask' price was frequently 10 cents.
Now the GDGI after market 'ask' price is $2,000.
I noticed that another stock that I am watching has the same after market 'ask' price of $2,000.
Does anyone know about a specific reason for this?
I just noticed that a year ago today GDGI shares were 2 cents.
That seems like a good price for the buyout that is probably in the works right now.
I noticed some of the members here chatting about when they first got into GDGI stock.
Here is the record of when I first bought GDGI shares:
9/14/2011 GDGI BOUGHT 5000 SHARES OF GDGI AT $0.39
Looks like we are back in the .005s.
Wonder who the doe-doe is that thinks someone is going to sell at .0037?
I had seen the technology that your site refers to already.
Yes that is too expensive, but have you looked at GEET technology, and how inexpensive it is and how it would not be hard to retrofit vehicles to use it?
An example of this is some years back I was looking for devices that would save gas for my car. I was extra motivated because I was commuting to work that amounted to a 100 mile round trip and gas was $4 a gallon at the time.
The first items that I found led me to discover other things that I was unaware of.
Among these was the technology of Stan Meyers, where water can be split into hygrogen and oxygen gases with only a fraction of the electricity that Faraday had originally demonstrated through electrolysis. Stan Meyers built a dune buggy that he drove across the country on 22 gallons of WATER.
Later on, I discovered an even easier way of saving fossil fuels.
G.E.E.T technology where an engine can be run on 20% crude oil and 80% salt water.
Say Meen Green, why don't you ask the 'green people' why they aren't pushing this, cause it works. Its works so well that they put Paul Pantone (the guy who discovered it) in prison in an attempt to silence him.
Oh, and I forgot to mention that they found Stan Meyers dead of poisoning the day after he signed a contract with the Defense Department to make the military vehicles run on water.
Do you think Obama would still be alive if he REALLY got serious about alternative energy? Lol.
He is only 'window dressing' as an environmentalist. Its only a cover for the real agenda.
Anyways, go GDGI in spite of all the Big Boy politics going on.
I think someone made a good point about the TV add for the other company being a type of alert so that people will be curious about what other pre-coolers are on the market.
They will probably find GDGI in the process, so it is more than likely a good thing for us that amounts to free indirect advertising.
I know that I have found things in the past that I was alerted to indirectly in the same way.
Go GDGI
Oh wow. Looking forward to that. Thanks Steve.
Go GDGI
Good to see that GDGI closed green today, even after all the 'hooplah' from the shorts.
Go GDGI
#4.. Wow. Don't recall us ever being that high on the B.O.B.
Go GDGI
Haven't you been reading this board guy? GDGI has to wait for the actually sentencing of the Levy's before the 2 million debt reduction and proceeds from the spoils are official.
Go GDGI
Even thinking that anyone here is going to let go of shares for .0035 is crazy.
Go GDGI
Yeah, well these 'shorties' are taking a lot of risk cause when the big announcement comes, they will be 'caught with their pants down'.
Go GDGI
The "fix" is definitely in here. No normal person would dream of bidding .003 for GDGI at this point.
Patience is once again something we will have to get more of.
Go GDGI
Looks like the shorting machinery of manipulation is at work again. At some point, the shorts will probably get burned.
Go GDGI.
Months ago, Dutch had projected a pps of 3 to 5 cents for the not-too-distant-future of GDGI.
I was even more conservative than his projection.
I guess you have not been reading this board all that much.
I thought that we would get some sort of news or PR by last Friday, but obviously it is delayed by some event; a possible buyout/merger.
Go GDGI
I thought we would be at .02 by now, but I can wait a few more days for GDGI to get there.
Go GDGI
Just got caught up with the postings. Things are looking great here guys.
Go GDGI
Looks like someone got their 100k at .0041.
GDGI
Well regardless of whether the Obama "cap and trade" executive order is the 'game-changer' MRTX was referring to or not;
I think it IS a 'game-changer' for GDGI.
It is going to make a HUGE difference in the coming weeks.
Steve;
Do you think the Obama "cap and trade" executive order is MRTXs
'game-changer'?
GDGI
GDGI share price Bid just went to .0041.
Yeah baby! Go GDGI
Steve;
Just wondering if the Obama executive order to implement "cap and trade" might be the 'game-changer' MRTX was talking about.
Bid is going to be at least .0042 before session's end. JMO
Sure do. Go GDGI
Anyone who sells at .004 now is crazy.
Bid is now at .004.
Go GDGI
From what I heard yesterday, it looks like Obama is going to force the "cap and trade" thing on the USA fossil fuels sources. He had said on a previous occasion that utility rates would "skyrocket" as a result of his 'cap and trade' plan going into effect.
This could be a 'game-changer', since utility usage is what GDGIs products reduce by about 30%. Skyrocketing rates translates into skyrocketing savings, which means that the payback time will become a lot shorter.
Of course this will not be good for the overall economy of the USA, but it would create a lot more demand for GDGI products.
That means that the share price will be even higher in the future than we had previously thought.
GDGI looking good today. Just noticed that the bid got raised from .0031 to .0035.
Looks like we will be out of the .003s soon.
