Can you explain the basis of your 'over bought' theory?
Can you provide 10 of the 50 previous calamities referenced so subscribers to the board might research?
Thanks DR. HS. Your posts throughout have been wonderful and accurate sign posts for new investors seeking a path to prosperity.
Completely agree. Sub dollar? I'll be on a buying spree.
Thank you.
Maybe you've realized small gains because you think small thoughts. The bold Drs. have demonstrated grand vision and will recognize grand results. Grand. I like the sound of that. A grand per share. Yeah, that sounds about right.
The increasing mass of NanoViricides is generating an ever increasing gravitational pull. It will attract a greater number of legitimate investors and partners but, unfortunately, it will draw nut jobs and unscrupulous actors as well. In either case the end result will be increased mass and energy. You are witnessing the birth of a star.
The developmental timeline is available for all willing to do DD. If after you have investigated NanoViricides' technology, and made an assessment of the development timeline to date, and the potential market value for their platform technology you feel 9 years is too long then disengage. Please do yourself a favor and investigate other technology companies who have 1st in class, patented, breakthrough drugs or technologies. Investigate how long it took for penicillin progress from discovery to market. (And that with the might of two world powers bankrolling development.)
On the other hand, if you have only just stumbled upon NanoViricides, have done your DD, recognize the market value and assess current state of development and critical milestones within reach, lucky you. NanoViricides is a bargain that has the potential to return mightily for each dollar invested. Nine years may serve as a caution for you. Weigh that caution as you like. Nine years, if you've not had you money tied up, should not be a source of frustration to you. Also, keep in mind that many have profited over the years, as many do investing in development biotechs, trading in an out on market trends and developmental achievements.
If you are a new follower of NanoViricides do your DD. I believe, as do many others, that you will be grateful you found NanoViricides on the verge of breakthrough.
Which is why responsible companies like NanoViricides are consulting closely with subject matter experts, regulatory agencies and scientist around the world to pioneer revolutionary antiviral treatments that patients can trust and rely upon. Everyday we're closer to saving millions of lives. Thanks NNVC.
Thanks NM for supporting the cause by highlighting the horrors NanoViricides is dedicated to eradicating. Looks like you've seen the light.
Whiplash! Best 180 I've seen since the Sohci.
It is hard to believe that one might believe plant construction was myth. Perhaps additional firsthand testimonial will help. I too have been to existing facility and the new plant under construction. One need only cross the threshold of the existing facility to know for certain Dr. Diwan is not wasting shareholder's dollars for his own comfort and personal prestige. As for the new facility, I toured the interior of the Shelton during the summer of 2013. It is real and it is impressive.
Related; I don't believe for a moment that the good Drs. would have invested blood, sweat and money taking NanoViricides to the brink of FDA directed Tox and human trials only to sell for a bargain basement price. All that has been done, including the construction of a state of the art lab, is intended to assume and bankroll the risk in an effort to hold the best hand possible when product licensing, not company purchase, goes up for bid.
Successful Toxcicity, Phase I/II testing in the hand will assure we get the proper price for Cides.
I don't begrudge any trader who profits on the ebb and flow of the market. Good luck and good profits to you. Thanks for the reply.
NM knows it was posted. He is not interested in the details of the post. His aim is merely to keep the post and his faux righteous indignation elevated on the blog.
"A rumor? What rumor? Red Flag! Did you say there was a linked accusation? How dare they (the company), plant and promote such rumors! Oh, I grow faint."
The play book is so transparent and ham-fisted as to be comical. NM plants the seed , posters tend it with replies and his compatriots fertilize it with additional bullshit.
Do not reply to NM and RNoc. They feed off replies like leeches.
Not enough. It will be worth 3 times as much by the end of '16.
Building your defense?
Thanks KarinCa. Nice to have you onboard to provide speedy, substantiated responses to queries such as Securities Lawyer.
But given that Dr. Anil Diwan is the President and lead scientist supervising (and perhaps too often actually conducting), development and testing he’d have to sue himself for breach.
From a research and science perspective Dr. Diwan IS NanoViricides. Theracour and NanoViricides are forever linked.
Great post Dr. HS. You provide a good starting point for a responsible investor to begin their discovery process.
Read on the internet; "He withdrew due to illness. His Dr. said he might die." (True for all of us.)
Also in internet news; Alien Face on Mars. Experts theorize regarding origin and meaning. There are Experts in abundance for all manner of stupidity.
I prefer to let a Judge decide based on merits of submitted evidence and legal precedent. The ruling won't be based on iHub posts. Rulings to date have gone in NNVC's favor. The single concession made to the plaintiff has been satisfied to the satisfaction of the Nevada courts. Hence the appeal to a higher court in Colorado. The plaintiff tilts at windmills. A fool's errand. The case is old. Institutional Investor purchases inaugurated and accelerated after the Nevada ruling. Longs are in good company.
Nanoviricides' trajectory is favorable. I've been in since 2009 and have greater confidence in the good Drs. and the assembled team of scientific and business experts then at any time since. For those who like to surround themselves with experts please consult the Nanoviricides' website for informations about the executive team, scientific advisory board, credentialed academic researchers and pharmaceutical industry consultants. What is amazing is not how long it has taken but how far Nanoviricides has come while preserving share value for investors. GLTA.
If you had only posted this 3 years ago I could have saved $90. Just kidding. In addition to the chapter on Nanoviricides the book includes overviews of many emerging technologies.
I am.
Odd reply.
You are conflating IP with Patents. There is a distinction between the Patents licensed and the trade secrets acquired bringing the technology to market. NNVC owns the IP related to all that has been accomplished in bringing Diwan's patents from patentable concept to pre-clinical. NNVC will likewise own the IP related to all process and implementation methodologies necessary to achieve regulatory approval.
ZF,
You've gone silent, in other precincts, after an extended period of well considered, substantive posts. Banished or put off by the descent into chaotic absurdity.
Steady as she goes. Progress is being made. Those long and strong will enjoy benefit through patience and persistent consideration of facts. Don't get distracted by short term gamesmanship.
Information to support DD is available. Much of it is cited on this board but a board is no place to do due diligence. You've raised many question in the past two weeks. All can be answered, to a degree sufficient to earn my investment perhaps you will feel the same, by undertaking a research program. This board is an entertaining virtual playground for technology/bioscience nerds and gadflys. It can be entertaining but is often frustrating. This board is not a research center. It can be very educational. (thanks BK, ZF, NP and others) The board is ideal to discuss research findings or to comment on market activity. It's frightening how many potential NNVC investors appear to base their financial decisions on answers to questions posted here and/or in response to unsolicited opinions. If you are intrigued by the potential, financial or scientific, of NNVC invest your time before you invest you money but in either case invest where the information comes free from attachment to investor's financial ambitions.
Beautifully stated. Lives will be saved. Lives will be changed.
If you have been tracking NNVC long you know two things; late to the party shorts are deeply worried about their position and making a strong anti-NNVC push. One need only examine the number of posts generated by shorts in the past 5 days to see through the spin. Longs know progress has been very good in the last 12 months and momentum is building. NNVC is on a positive path. GLTA.
Days on the Beach,
done and done.
...and lead us not into Penn Station.
Had a friend (honest, it wasn't me), who sang "Dirty deeds and dun dirt Cheese." That's one misinterpretation and one invention of a whole new dairy product. Give credit for inventiveness.
I read often post seldom. There's enough wisdom and dumdum going around without my contribution.
It is Nanoviricides' science that will win out in the end.
Well stated.
Did an offering in the works result in the run up, or did an increase in SP trigger a decision to satisfy existing demand while in a strong seller's position?
The consensus on the board seems to favor the former. I'm placing my bet on Management having seized an opportunity provided by the market.
No I do not think they have done Tox in dogs. The volume of material required is significant. Nanoviricides has only recently commissioned lab and begun to commission manufacturing resources capable of meeting the materials requirement.
Myself included.
Those who participated in the offering were not buying for the January stock price or even a possible 2014 speculative run up. Smart money buys the future. Smart money bought NNVC for 2016 and beyond. The potential of the Nanoviricides pipeline and platform development potential has a long tail.
The participants in this private offering weighed preliminary data, preclinical research results and the seller's market expiring patents and investment starved big pharm research budgets has created and recognized a payday down the road. Private offerings don't go to traders but to investors. Investors buy for tomorrow not today.
It's been done. Years ago. Nothing he hadn't considered already. We track NNVC. He lives it.
A counter point, I've profited 93%, a very significant dollar value, following Cox recommendations. Luck? Probably a good helping of luck involved. An investor has still to do their fair share of due diligence.
I'm not looking for an argument. I'm sure some have lost. There are some dogs in that portfolio that have yet to prove the adage "Man's Best Friend", true. But I can attest, profits were to be made following Patrick Cox's advice.
A simple search returns dozens of articles indicating FDA is faster then EMA and others. Do you have contradictory information?

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all on the board. Thanks to many for another year of educational discourse. 2014 will be a good year for NNVV.
