There they are 10k more short now! I would've hated to see this close at 37 $GDGI
I hear ya. $GDGI
How long do they have to cover? I have limited knowledge on the subject and try to learn more along the way. Thanks $GDGI
So where are those shares going? $GDGI
Wisebuys are you still sitting on .0037? Have you gotten any shares or are the MMs trading amongst theselves?
At this point I'd say a long time. Up until a few days ago we had daily volume ranging from 500k-1mill+ daily. Then when the shorting and pushing the ask down rolled in the volume dried up. I'm bid sitting aon orders, just won't be slapping until the mooks decide to let GDGI do its thing
It may be in a temporary sense but I know I'd be a buyer. I've watched GDGI take hit after hit and bounce back stronger.
This is a great board with very knowledgable people. We have a great company with a small float. The longs are in control and realize the potential of how fast this could see multicents. I have a feeling the MMs got themselves into a bad spot by shorting and are getting nervous because there isn't any shares to cover with. A perfect storm brewing imo $GDGI
This tells me nobody is selling which is really going to scr@w them when news hits. I'd love to see them scramble to buy the 6-7-8's trying to cover! Hold your shares tight everyone theres fowl play in the air with MMs. imo
I've heard over time that if you put your shares up for sale they are then unusable to short with. Is that a fact by any chance? If its true I would suggest everyone put their shares for sale at a $1 or 2 and prevent these dirtbags from using them to push the price down. $GDGI
DC I believe those shares on the ask are there to be shorted. Someone or people are trying to take the stock down by shorting the shizzit out of it.
Yesterday those same shares were on the ask @ .0045. We only had 11.2k in volume and 10.2k were shorted.
The breakdow is as follows...
100 @ .0033 sell @ bid
100 @ .0045 buy @ ask
10,000@ .0045 buy @ ask
900 @ .0033 sell @ bid
100 @ .0045 buy @ ask
http://otcshortreport.com/index.php?index=gdgi&action=view
So the 3 buys hitting the ask were shorted and the 2 sells I'm guessing were looking for stop losses or trying to get a sell frenzy going. Who the hell would short a small tightly held float like this? They keep trying to push it down which I'm guessing they are the ones sitting @ .0033 with the 1.25 mill bid that keeps popping up.
Curiosity question... Anyone want to fess up to shorting the crap out of GDGI?
WTH! Someone sold 100 shares for .33 cents and 900 for 2.97? My guess is they were trying to catch a stop loss or 2. Maybe they hoped everyone would snatch up their shares by doing this? Whatever their plan its a pretty F'ing sleezy move.
I'm back for a minute. Looks slow today. The whacker done? $GDGI
I'm going to be gone this morning. This afternoon I'll see what I can do about a ask slap or 2. I've still got some dry powder. I really like locking the float up a little tighter. $GDGI
I'm sitting on .003 if the whacker wants out ;) $GDGI
DC you sitting on .004?
I think its the MMs playing games today. They just amped it up a few notches trying to get sells going so they can cover their short postions. I'm sitting @.031 if anyone wants out though. If everyone holds tight for the news the MMs and that mill on the ask will be gone in a hearbeat. As always it just my opinion $GDGI
Thank you sir. I do have a small position started already. I believe EWRL is going places. I've seen Ashers work before and try to wait for him to get done. I'd rather pay a little more for a ride knowing hes done and gone.
Good things are coming DC! I do believe that. BTW, I found out the reason for the re-release of the annual report. It is because they changed their attorney.
I was kinda hoping someone would sell to me at .0031 I had an aon bid hiding down there. I'm kinda thinking the new floor is .004 and will probably be locking up a few more shares in that range. Big things are coming in the near future. I'm actually believing MRTX now for the most part. $GDGI
Good morning EWRL. Does anyone know if Asher is done with their conversions yet? If not any guesses on what they have left? TIA
I'd like to be able to hang out more here and converse with everyone but been busy lately trying to get my house ready to go on the market. With any luck I'll never see a snowflake again lol
$GDGI
DC, hope this deal works out with Holly Hill. This one is 100% your doing by finding the interest and putting them together with GDGI. As always your the man at finding new info for us. Congrats to you bro!
Thank you sir. Another positive reason that seperates GDGI from the masses.
Good morning GDGI. Here is my 2 cents for what its worth. A few months ago I was frustrated that I had been investing money into GDGI and not getting the return I had hoped for. In hindsight I was looking at it all wrong. My thoughts turned to one simple question...
If I left GDGI which ticker would I invest that money in next?
I haven't been able to answer that. Why? because I haven't found a company that has or has done what GDGI has.
1.) The Levys scammed multiple companies and BK'd them all except GDGI. That says something to me! These guys are fighters.
2.) During the massive slide in share price (due to the Levys) the company did not get paid for a job during a critical time in the company. What did GDGI do? They PR'd the problem to shareholders knowing the share price was going to take a beating. These guys have been honest even when they knew they were going to get their azz kicked hard.
3.) Thanks to the justice system the Levys were convited. GDGI has shed 2 million in debt leaving about 800k or so. They also have cut their operating costs by 60%. I see determination to make GDGI streamlined and efficient.
4.) GDGI doesn't dilute to continue their operations. They aren't making tons of money (yet) but they have enough to keep them trudging on. These guys aren't making money by selling shares on the backs of their investors. They aren't promising the world and producing nothing. Shows me integrity.
5.) It has been proven that Cool-N-Save is global. GDGI isn't standing idle waiting for something to happen in the USA, they continue to reach out into a global market they own.
I could go on and on but everyone knows this already or should. Now could someone or anyone answer my origonal question?
If I left GDGI which ticker would I invest that money in next?
Maybe someone could answer this because I have yet to find anything close.
Awhile back I was looking at a ticker that was trading for a couple of pennies. They only had around 20 mill shares out. They ended up on a run that took them to a 52 wk high of $215. I can envision GDGI doing the same thing. I know we have about 250 mill out but I'd take 10% and see us hitting $21.50 or close. It may not happen this month or next but I have faith in GDGI because of the few things I mentioned above. Buy, sell, or hold its up to each individual but know where your going to land. As always this is just my opinion. Good luck to all! GDGI
Wisebuys and kind of a guess on how many shares the MM's are short? $GDGI BTW, thanks for the short reports/reviews I enjoy reading what you have to say.
Lol somebody smacked it at the same time I did. I was the 2500. Great week everyone $GDGI
Excellent day everyone! I'm conflicted on what excites me more, we're about to run or that we caught the MMs with their pants down. I'm hopefully going to be back in the a.m. tomorrow and have some dry powder to help squeeze them a little more. $GDGI
I use Scottrade it posted but it said the transaction was @ 14:19:49. My account is good and thx DC
Good luck everyone, hope it works out well for all involved. I still have shares here but that is only to remember how a company could utterly abuse and take advantage of its shareholders. If Roy and Asher are still involved in any way with this company the pps will plummet. The least this company could do for the shareholders is reduce the AS to make it seem more attractive for new investors. Anyway good luck all, hoping the best for you. As always this is all my opinion.
Thanks DC, but I'm getting more excited about June. Check out the PRs from June 2012...

CoolNSave AC Misting Kit- Made the list of weekly TOP SELLERS from Florida Eco Products! $GDGI
http://shop.floridaecoproducts.com/WEEKLY-TOP-SELLERS_c24.htm
Good morning GDGI! The payback or ROI for Cool-n-Save is not 2 years. The average is about 12 months. I also noticed something else when I was going through the old PRs, take a look at June of 2012 and what those PRs were about. GDGI
"The field study in Costa Rica reports that Cool-n-Save will produce an annual cash savings of as much as $11,475(USD) from the reduction of air conditioning energy costs. The costs savings for the site in Las Vegas, where the operational demand of a data center is much higher, the annual cost savings is about $80,000. "And in both cases," adds Jakubik, "the return on investment from installation and maintenance for one year, is less than 12 months."

Cool-n-Save was developed by Greenway Design Group, Inc., based in Huntington Beach, CA. It uses pre-cool evaporation to produce a dramatic decrease energy use in the most common central air conditioning systems. Field tests show that Cool-n-Save can reduce energy cost by as much as 30%. Installation does not require invasive change of HVAC equipment. Most customers report total return on investment in less than 12 months. Cool-n-Save is last years' winner of the TechAmerica/Harvey Mudd College green engineering award.

According to the dealer and Greenway engineers, the installation required three Cool-n-Save 'HERO-100' systems for three rooftop 140-ton YORK chillers. The expected cost savings from reduced HVAC energy usage is $6,500 per month, which brings the estimated return on investment (total energy savings versus cost of installation, equipment and first year maintenance) to about 12 months. The engineers also noted that the total dissolved solids (TDS) in the water supply was high, at 650 PPM. The HERO water purification system brought it down to 19 PPM.

According to the dealer and Greenway engineers, the test phase requires immediate onsite installation on Korea Telecom buildings in Suwan and Osan, and later in Seoul. Based on earlier field tests in South Korea, the expected cost savings from reduced energy usage is expected to be 22% of current air conditioning energy costs, with an estimated return on investment of about 12 months (energy savings versus cost of installation, plus equipment and first year maintenance). Korea Telecom estimates that 500 buildings may be part of the nation-wide Cool-n-Save installation program.

"Our own field studies confirm this observation," says Jakubik. "We have seen the same results, whether high humidity or low. Cool-n-Save can save a significant amount of money from energy consumption of air conditioning and earn back the cost of installation and maintenance for the first year in about 12 months."

That is what gnosis was saying as well. The report was released and DC asked me what was different so I cruised through it and noted the 2 differences I found. I appologize if I got anyone excited over nothing. I do not understand why they would change the size of their space and re-release it. If the old report (Feb12) was done, correct and filed why didn't they just leave it as is and just re-release it? I'm just confused why they would spend $$ on a PR for nothing.
Sounds good to me GDGI

I guess I'm not seeing where Chemical lane comes into play. If I'm wrong I would like to understand. I just noted the differences that I found doing a quick scan through.
GDGI has in the past only made moves that are beneficial to the company. I don't think they would up their monthly bill by $6500 to split space. Like you said after they just get done reducing their overhead. GDGI slashed bills by 60%. It would make no sense to rack up more debt for nothing. They have a lease agreement so there would be no worries imo.
DC, after a quick run through of the annual report I noticed 2 differences. First, at the top of page 14 the old report stated they paid $1,000 per month for 2,000 square feet of space leased. In the report that just came out it states they pay $7500 per month for leasing 12,000 square feet. An increase of 10k on the square footage.
2nd- They changed the name of their attorney to the current attorney. page 17
Like I said I only did a quick run through and may not have caught other changes
IMO Increasing your square footage by 10,000 isn't for office space. I'm thinking shizzitt is going to be happening
Annual report out!
