I.b.b. smart people, some of them does, do striking things sometimes. Makes some investors run, makes some stick around to take part. Right now I have small position to help me keep up my interest whilst I dig deeper.
When a company is in deep trouble,it is usually pretty easy to see. When they seem to be confidently moving forward with plans, strange though they may be, its often good to at least stick around to learn,
And..this could be fun!
Spock..... More coffee could help
At the moment, that would be my take as well.
Spock....ok, they gots something up they sleeve, yup,
What an unusual company this is. I really admit I don't understand yet the plan for increasing the A/S along with an r/s. But I may throw some caution to the wind and take a position anyway. What an odd duck.
Spock....an odd Vulcan
That is a very informative article. Thank you for the link.

All good with me, VC. I enjoyed part of that reli run, too. I have still never gotten the full story on what happened there, but yes, it was a mighty run.
When a good stock heads south, there must be a reason. If you just can't find it, then I probably would bail.
Another note: never stick with a company that will not communicate with shareholders. When management will not talk it means they could not care less how you get damaged by holding their stock. Bail quickly. Same with management that lies or cannot keep promises. Run.
U used to rationalize selling for a loss so I could chase stocks that were doing better. Now I don't do that.
As for puge, I don't knowchiw to assess the way they'll grow until we get more info about some of their plan, but I like what I know so far.
Let's keep talking, buddy. I like how you think.
Spock
Vc, I will tell you that as far as how deep to go with puge, for me, 3-5M is where I am minimum. I would like to take it to about 10 M and I have the powder to do it.
If a huge, significant event were to take place I believe I could amass such a position in about five minutes.
I would not want more than 10M unless I set the position up in certain ways.
When it comes to how many shares I own of anything I hold it close not just for the sake of privacy....which is something very important to me.... but also because I don't wish to have been the major biasing force for someone if a play does not work out. So far that has not happened to me, but I would feel horrible if anyone based their investing decisions on something I had done.
As is so often said, don't put in any more than you are willing to lose.. all that said, I'm well above 3.5M now. That's not a huge position by the standards of many here, but I hold a number of other positions for the sake of diversity or the sake of a great story.
I like to buy a great story.
Just my own opinion ,but to make a real killing you must get in at .00X, then acquire as much as possible within one order of magnitude above that. Then, if the ride plays out to anything three or more orders of magnitude higher, you have made a true killing, the stuff of legend.
Gosh, look how I prattle on. I'm sorry.
Spock
To be perfectly candid, I simply went in and learned along the way doing what felt most natural to me. I had gotten the sense that flippers went in hard and fast, grabbed dough, did what ever they were going to do within just an hour or two then got out. daydreamer. Beer money.
Maybe that's a daytrader.
Generally I hold onto positions for months and I modify those positions along the way. I used to hold on alot less time. Ask a guy named paintlicker. He and I used to chase down just about any runner but I think we both decided about the same time that approach didn't work very well.
I want to be whatever Warren Buffet is.
Spock
AM I? Never saw myself in that way. Thought flippers went by another description. Should I voluntarily turn myself in ?
S.
Morgan, komm7.
No secret to my strategies when it comes to something like puge.
While I am in the accumulation phase I do play the spread. If I see a moment during the day where the price 20% or more higher than recent days I will sell off up to quarter of my position and use all that cash to repurchase shares after the price has fallen back off by roughly the same amount or more. Market makers will often do a stop-loss purge once per day where I can buy back In at the price I require.
In the liquidation phase, two strategies are useful to me. One is to simple sell off the entire position at a 20% profit...or higher, but not much.
If I hang on to a position too long while it rockets upward, greed takes over and I risk messing everything up.
My other strategy is to avail myself of the function provided by my online broker where I can look at all of my purchases individually. I can sell of just those purchases that have hit my target and wait on the others until the price for those lots are where I need them to be. By then, those are usually freebie shares as I have recovered my principal. And, yes, I do want even my freebie shares to show a good return before I do let them go.
That's how I roll on abeast like puge.
Questions?
Spock.....perhaps it's time to start writing my book
One compelling thought, well, two actually, are these.
First, most times, when companies go belly up, they are truly done. No rich angel comes along to save the day. In this case, the angel came. Further, the rescue plan was so good the judge allowed all of those common shares to move through the BK as if they did not exist. Everyone who had commons got to keep them at whatever value they would command. Usually these shares get canceled by the court. Ouch!.
The other thought is this one: before things got dicey, shares of BRTX were selling between 1 and 4 dollars per share at various times. The company had value, real value. I don't think it's unreasonable at all to think these shares prices and better, may come to brtx. It's seed has been buried deep and it's roots are fighting to grow, but given time and attention, the tree will grow. I believe this.
Spock
Vc....don't Blick yourself from being able to chase other tickers, my friend. Just because I am so very confident this ticker will bring us joy, make sure your DD gets you as excited as it does me. If it does not, then modify your position accordingly.
I know this is the pricerange I like to buy into. I see the chart and read the fings and so far, so good. I feel I am in the right place ahead of the right time.
I can continue to buy millions more shares periodically as I see fit. I expect to continue to buy regularly. I also have a target price at which I shall begin to sell.
Spock.....or Spock's clone.
Stockgamer, I think it is smart to down-average here once or twice. Done it myself. It's a technique best used sparingly.
Setting up a clinical trial, any phase, is a big job even when you have funding for it, which brtx has.
They Also know that deviating from the court-approved plan they risk ticking off the judge. They surely don't want that. I say that because it shows their motivation to execute their plan is high.
This will appreciate in value over the Spring. It'll be a fun ride. STICK AROUND. Pay attention to SportyNorty. His DD is outstanding.
Spock... better than mine.
Welcome, VC, very nice to see you here.
Spock
Posts like this one make me realize how much I don't know. There are 21 messages on the clii board, all with yesterday's date. There were 283,000 transactions yesterday over 50 million shares. Closing price 22.40.
Among many questions I have would be what made you think of this odd little "entity?"
And did clii start as clii or is it a company that is metamorphisizing into clii from something else? I would love to study rather evolution of clii.
Spock.....ears are twirching a fair bit right now.
Fantastic, then. Just can't quite see how all that ties to stock investing. I'll figure it out later or sooner.
KcopS
So, like, what is DD?
If there might be any one thing that would slow down the progress of HealthMed's project here it may be desert fires. I did some research and found there were some fires near Blythe , CAlifornia, but they were quickly handled , managed and put out.
It would appear that over the past two fire seasons there have been a handful of smaller desert fires but they did not, to me, seem to be of the scope that would necessarily cancel plans. Why?
As mentioned, the fires were on a smaller scale, but, more importantly , HealthMed is building greenhouses. These would protect the young plants rather well. Between being in protective buildings and all being of a manageable size, I would think that there is not as much to fear in terms of out of control burning.
I am not a wildfire professional and I don't know how any of the past fire activity has impacted the project, but if this neaxt season does not look fierce, I would expect full steam ahead on this project. I think its truly a grand idea.
Spock
Dusty, I 100% agree. I know everyone will role their eyes here for obvious reasons, but let's say sometime after 1:00 A.M. that stop sign vaporizes and a long overdue PR comes out MOnday pre-market, the gap might be almost unbearable to look at.
Could this happen?
Yes.
Are there gamblers amongst us?
Yes.
What is that gamble worth?
I say, "Play Smartly, or don't play ."
SPock....that's how any stable Vulcan would approach this.
This is a good buy and hold for this year. Got in about a month ago. Not sure why today it has such momentum, but I bought more. For sure it's the right concept at the tight time.
Audited Financials being put together! EXPENSIVE? Yes ! But if they're serious about putting the right foot out front for the sake of growth, this is a great move. It'll give the company a lot of street cted.
Spock....two of their batteries could make my replicator portable. Oooo, now there's a thought.
OK, I took a starter. I really don't know why. I need a lot more info than I have, but the chart doesn't lie.
Spock.....well, half of Spock anyway.
Hey, komm7, you could be right. Hope it comes together that way with just one dip between now and then. Of course, we're in a good dip now, aren't we?
I've done my homework here. I like what I have found. Hey, I have connections in Selzen and Erfurt (sp?). Where abouts are you?
Spock
Had to buy more this morning. The price is too good and the potential improves. The mere transition from not current to current will open PUGE up to investors who cannot purchase non current equities.
Can't buy enough of this.
Spock....shop til ya drop.
2020 was very, very good to me. And...... I am genuinely trying to figure out my best move here.
I really like smart people, like Cutler, Green. How to support them whilst flying blind. I could well afford to but at ask , but can blind faith be that rewarding in the otc?
Spock....I need more coffee or something.
This all sound quite positive. I must admit, however, I am a bit fuzzy on that 2.4 B share bit. I don't quite get what the lender got for this easing of debt against the company..
I like everything that I do understand and I plan to buy more immediately.
Any more experience trader who would explain this would be godlike in my view.
Go fo mo!!!!
Spock
Bought more of this again this morning. I think, based on all my studying, that is is a goldmine. It's one of those stocks that has all the key elements going into it. If I must, I, alone, will keep the A/D line in the correct slope.
Spock.....but I welcome anyone to join me in that endeavor. Meanwhile, ....a good thought has escaped me temporarily.
If your information originates from before 9/15/20, then it is likely not valid anymore.
I believe the current A/S is now 200M. Alot is undergoing revision as Cutler and Green put a new business plan into working mode.
Of the 200M, 10M is set aside for preferred.
S.
I will support this rumor with my heart and soul.
S.
Cool...Cap't. Obvious. Very funny.
I'll be just behind you in a pathetic dinghy dressed as Benny Hill with my cap on sideways as I salute with my hand cocked backwards...
....or as First Officer, Spock.
I checked regarding the form t. That after-hours transaction was not a form t.
I'm compelled to comment on your bid experience. This sounds like algorithmic behavior to me. With so much of the MM's actions being automated anymore, that would surprise me....I think. Gotta stew on this a bit.
S.
Very nice catch, there. In addition to higher than normal volume....on a day where the market was kind of flat....something mildly curious occurred.
After closing bell, someone did something odd. There were 111 shares traded today, all sells except for the final 12. Those were buys! After closing!!
At $20.79 per share.
Might mean nothing. But my pointy Vulcan is now twitching. Hmmnnn.
Spock-ulator.
Edit: I'm on Etrade. The price is still showing $.0109 , which is the price that has been showing for a couple of weeks now. Why is it not getting current price activity on the website?
Next, I know the after hours B and A prices don't usually mean anything but as I speak the Ask is posting at $$175.00. More ear twitching. Its not usually so far out of whack even after hours . I might buy a share or two in the morning just for the hell of it.
In the words of nobody I can specify;"WTF!"
Some market makers working pretty hard today to keep price down here. Must to pick up some more right away.
SPock.
That would be something worth investigating now, wouldn't it.
Good point.
S.
Look, they could have 100B A/S. What matters in this factor is how many ARE Outstanding. This is something far less than 20B, correct? SO, is this fearmongering or a smart attempt on the part of the company to thwart any possible takeover by a competitor? I say its the smart move.
I am very unclear what your intention is here. You want to be helpful to fellow investors, yes?
S.
It can be helpful every once in awhile to post the true status of things to clear out the junk that gets posted along the way, know what I mean?
S. GLTU
I agree!. This company is obviously writing a nice new chapter for itself.
S.
Porteno! Very Nice to see you here. I think this one is going to have a decent run. I want to be ready for it. If it went to >007 once, it can certainly do it twice...and I expect it to go quite a but further.
You still in REL* anymore? I think I should look at it again.
Spock
Had no idea, fish!
S.
Well, then, this one is not for you, then , is it. I guess it doesn't count then if the ceo paid for things out of her own pocket.
Glty
S.
Additionally, the company has spent quite a chunk of cash to bring itself current. To do this so aggressively demonstrates a keen desire to be taken seriously.
S.
Here is what I see at a glance. You decide if it meets your investment criteria.
O/S & float: both over 6B.
Debt load: none
Convertible Notes: none
OTC status: Pink/Current
A/D line: Positive
RSI: safe, desirable position
Moving Average, 50 & 200 day: price per share exceeds both: bullish.
