I'll weigh in here on the delay. Delaware has been in one of the hardest hit areas in the US. Since shortly after Thanksgiving their Covid numbers have been atrocious. Their positivity rate has been very high 4 almost 2 months now with possible signs of starting to drop. I have no problem understanding that all institutional operations have been slowed way down with many people having to work remotely and many other people simply being either dealing with sick family members or with family members who are not surviving. Yes the timing is very unfortunate but the impact cannot be overstated. The state and several States right around them especially near that tri-state area is really going through just awful times in many ways. It's just my point of view oh, it's what I think is going on, it's more than enough reason for there to be a significant delay getting things like corporate paperwork done.

Spock...stepping down from soapbox. Now just for fun let's throw in three or four roof rattling snowstorms that have blown through the area recently. What a picnic.
