$0.0019. Yikes.
He wants to buy companies with restricted stock? Who would sell their valuable companies too him for color paper of a sub penny company?
No cash?
Is IDGC for real? How they going to have enough money to invest when its own stock is only half a penny?
Hide. Every email and phone call is more bad news.
Hello? This is Bagholder #999. Where is all my money?
Oh oh oh, went towards your $260,000 paycheck???
41 shareholders? Where did you find this info?
Those assets must be the crates of chews in the garage. LOL
From 10K: On July 20, 2011 the Company entered into two employment agreements. The agreements have a five year term and may be terminated upon mutual agreement. The salary associated with each of the agreements is $260,000 annually.
Can't fool all the people all the time when filings are so transparent. Huge paychecks and thin margins coupled with low revenue always crushes a stock in absence of a pump.
GDSI will be good when deal and terms are done. Said that many times. Made money trading with one-round trip. Also posted that.
I do not need to make money on every single blip. And as I've said, after the merger and stock settles into a new trading pattern, I will trade again.
Hope everyone makes ton of cash here.
These guys are in China. You can't find them and they do not return phone calls.
With only 2 grand in the bank, no way to pay 260K a year each to the 2 big boys. LOL
Gross margin only 7.4%
Sales $148,034
Cost of goods sold $137,017
Gross Profit $11,017
That only works out to 7.44221% before operating expenses. You cannot live off of a thin gross margin this low. How will you pay rent, salaries, marketing expenses and etc?
Question, with only $2,110 in the bank, how are you paying rent or meeting payroll?
Ugly. Sales $12,336.16/month and $2,110 cash.
From 10K:
During the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011, sales of our products amounted to $148,034 and $402,340, respectively. The decrease in our sales in the 2012 period, resulted from our initial distribution of product to new customers in 2011. The initial distribution resulted in a one time sale of approximately $275,000. The Company has continued servicing the client in 2012 in order to maintain product levels
As of December 31, 2012, we had a working capital deficit of $905,564 and cash of $2,110.
ATM + greed = STOA
The real money backers of LVVV can't be too happy right now. Stock is down down down. If sales are down and expenses are up, some head may roll.
If 3's are crushed with just a few shares, then even one's maybe too high.
Either sales numbers are down or expenses up.
Both? Yikes.
Not scam. Used to be a real company with huge potential. Now, while it is being sold as a shell, the company is being used as an ATM for cash.
No, not a scam in the legal sense of the word.
Is ERBB for real? Saw the SPAM.
Heard about this stock today. No revenue yet? If not, what does have going for it?
Heard about this stock today. Any good at these levels? The ideal is good, but don't know if they are for real.
EMBK phone number listed above does not work. Not a good sign.
How come IH has such strange description on management? Seems like they do not know any facts and posted what they were told.
I have seen this stock being posted in a few places today. Wassup? Are they getting ready to push this stock up?
The only non-Asian guy resigns. YIKES.
"On April 5, 2013, Mr. Dennis Schmal resigned as Chairman of the Board, Corporate Secretary and Director on the Company’s Board, effective immediately."
MMs do not believe in any stock which they make a market for. Their job is to provide a market place for the stock to trade.
STOA has a rich history with once fertile soil. They were going after big box companies like Best Buy, Target and etc. Search engines with back office support have thin margins. Even with tens of millions thrown into it, STOA couldn’t make it. VCs came to rescue it from the mouth of BK by throwing in their money behind it. They too yielded poor crop from this field of dreams.
Sadly, now STOA is nothing more than a shell for oversea players moving around assets pretending to be global shakers under an America public banner. What will become of the old e-commerce engine? I am sure a few of the VCs will get that as their consolation prize.
History. Interesting read.
Little buy orders now are coming in at the ASK, but too late to cover up the fact this stock has no real support. Any sells will crush the thin BIDS placed by MMs.
Huge spread. Watch out for paint job at the end of the day. Pennies love to fake people out with tiny market-on-close buy orders at the ASK to show higher closing prices.
Only started DD today. Do not know enough to buy yet. Pump BS are just fluff. Will do full DD before buying a single share. Here is the link you asked for:

Do not know who these guys are yet either. They may be real investors or just a PIPE hedge fund. If PIPE, run for your lives.
What accumulation? You mean by Columbia Wanger Asset Management? I saw their 13D.
Still alive? So wassup?
Rack sales. Not much. Think about the racks you see at any of these stores you walk into around your own location. Most racks seem full and some even have dust accumulated on top.
Racks do look nice for PRs and does make you look important. But sales? Nah, don't count on them for much.
Not going down to 2 range unless they do something stupid (like toxic financing).
You may be right. Keep thinking those positive thoughts. It will help you get through this nightmare. Where there is hope, there is possibilities.

$0.0029 was today's closing price. How it got there is your point of contention?
OK, you win. You were right.
How was that? Did that bring your money back?
To win a battle only to loose the war is stupid. Right?

Proof? Why? Blind?
MM not shorting. STOA is selling (dumping) shares via ATM for cash. Besides, if MM is really shorting, so easy for the company to stop them.
All BS to throw you off.
Addicted to ATM cash usage. It's my money, I want it now. LOL
