ITEM 2. ACQUISITION OR DISPOSITION OF ASSETS.

U.S. Canadian Minerals, Inc. has acquired a concession for the mining of gold in Ecuador from the government of Ecuador. Said concession has been granted to the Company's subsidiary,Yellow River Mining, S.A. and was granted on August 27, 2004.

I'll answer that here...it's the weekend : )

The Owners simply wanted more height in the fully finished basement (the 1st floor is 9' high with vaulted areas, 2nd floor 8' high with vaulted areas)...and paid for the 'custom height' for an 'open feel'...the foundation has a break at a rear section of the home for a 20' run with framed walls(patio door and windows) to create a walkway to the pool house/pool through a landscaped garden(to be) area.

You know...I really believe this Position of Ours frustrates and irritates some of those that are continually negative.
As...it is an "unprofessional trading"..."cult/clan trading"..."trading without RULES"..."distasteful situation"...
Well...it is all BS in My opinion...
They see something that is possibly good and actually a bit of fun and going to be quite profitable...that is "using" all the 'supposed professional' rules and regulations of the market from the trading side...a bit clandestine...much like the professional manipulators use "full-time"...

It makes them burn because a group of Folks firmly decided to use the system against the'inside' system...in a big and controlled manner...and it IS working!!! Perturbs them to no end to see this happen! Scamming the scam-artists in a big way.
