Thanks for the clarification,
being a sole proprieter I never had the urge to further my knowledge in corporate financials...mines simple..money in must be more than money out..or I'm history.
Reading those financials is definitely a chore for me.
Cass is right in asking her questions....why the apparent concealment. A little more info wouldn't raise our curiousity so much...it's our money in there, we have the right to ask.
This IFE arrangement hopefully will get us through..I'm banking on some larger orders from these airlines if and when they are completely accepted.
I've heard the "we are working with" deals to many times in the past. Hype and dot connecting are passe.
Time for the company to be more open to their stockholders, not financiers.
I posed the question a while back, why can't WE lend them the money at a cheaper rate (well I guess we are) rather than IKANT or whomever?
At least WE could MAKE some money for once.
OT.I need one of these...as I fit
all the descriptions :o)
http://www.atomicbobs.com/index.php?mode=read&id=47402
resqjuc...why did you stop unloading?
Yup..I'm hungry..just in time/
another question (I know, I know)
since it looks like we didn't repay any part of the loan this past year....does that contribute to the higher profit? If it does, that's not good IMO.
If this has to be all repaid by May 31st, 2005 that quarter ain't gonna be too pretty unless these airlines divy up and buy a whole slew of these things.
So, all you diggers get out there to Am Airlines and tell them you want a digiplayer, not some peapod.
:o)
whoever gets all sixes is in deep doo doo...lol/
Although my last four posts replied to Cass, it was meant as a question to anyone who could answer.
Thanks.
John
Regulation FD (Fair Disclosure) is a new issuer disclosure rule that addresses selective disclosure. The regulation provides that when an issuer, or person acting on its behalf, discloses material nonpublic information to certain enumerated persons (in general, securities market professionals and holders of the issuer's securities who may well trade on the basis of the information), it must make public disclosure of that information. The timing of the required public disclosure depends on whether the selective disclosure was intentional or non-intentional; for an intentional selective disclosure, the issuer must make public disclosure simultaneously; for a non-intentional disclosure, the issuer must make public disclosure promptly. Under the regulation, the required public disclosure may be made by filing or furnishing a Form 8-K, or by another method or combination of methods that is reasonably designed to effect broad, non-exclusionary distribution of the information to the public.
Whose the enumerated persons?
I confess it's MEEEE..but I can't prove it.
DANL...your turn...you know..don't ya?
or is that million included

Help me here please....
So, do we have another million bucks in the kitty on top of the 2.2 million we've received for those 2 million shares?
12% Convertible Subordinated Promissory Notes On July 2, 2004, the Company closed a $1,000,000 offering of Unsecured 12% Convertible Subordinated Promissory Notes due July 1, 2005 ("12% CSP Notes"). The 12% CSP Notes were sold in two phases, with $660,000 of the 12% CSP Notes being issued and sold on June 25, 2004 and the remaining $340,000 of 12% SP Notes being issued and sold on July 2, 2004. In total, the Company received aggregate cash proceeds of $1,000,000 from the sale of the 12% CSP Notes. 15% Unsecured Promissory Note On December 11, 2002, the Company issued a 15% Unsecured Promissory Note ("15% Unsecured Note") for gross cash proceeds of $750,000 to an individual. The 15% Unsecured Note, under the original term, was scheduled to mature on February 11, 2004 and payable $50,000 each month, with a final payment of $35,801 on February 11, 2004. The Company entered into a forbearance agreement with the investor through and including December 31, 2002. On December 30, 2002, the Company issued 133,223 shares of Common Stock in consideration for all accrued and unpaid interest of $196,875. On December 23, 2002, the holder of the 15% Unsecured Note agreed to (i) extend the maturity date of the 15% Unsecured Note from February 11, 2004 to May 31, 2005; (ii) reduce the monthly payments from $50,000 to $7,500 through December 31, 2003, representing the monthly interest on the 15% Unsecured Note and (iii) $50,000 payments each month, beginning January 31, 2004. On January 14, 2004, the holder of the 15% Unsecured Note agreed to postpone principal and interest payments on the note until December 31, 2004.
*******************************************
I'm green at this but it looks like the holder of the Unsecured 15% note agreed to postpone interest and principal payments till the end of the year..12/31/04.
EDIG hasn't paid him a dime this year?
He also extended the maturity of this note till May 31st, 2005.
So what does that mean? They have to pay the whole thing off by May 2005? or get another extension?...with interest of course.
They better have sold a bunch of digiplayers before that date and collected revenue.
My thoughts are they and the investor are confident enough to extend the deadline for a good reason....sales.
thoughts?

being "proprietary" I would think that an explanation is non of our business at this time. I have proprietary parts (a noun) I make and it ain't no ones business how I do it.... :o)
I would understand it as being a "hardware device" and nothing else.
doni should be able to explain it better than anyone.

Sorry, here's a better one, a little old but you know then that they have been at this a while.

if you need to.
joe,
I just think she said to take some off the table...not sell at any price...at least in the last few days.
If you're a long thinking about getting out...it was a good short term suggestion...but then, you wouldn't be a long......but fred says we may make a run to around .50 if I remember correctly...sometimes I wonder if they are all in cahouts....so, either way, they both aren't really wrong and if we listened would have made a few bucks..
but yes, Cassie is still pushing the Edig will fail pump.
If the digeplayer deal doesn't pan out....I will be enlisting the services of a stock attorney....as the losses to me (if I sell) would be great....seems there is always a new promise on the horizon..been hearing that for years and it is getting old.

Longs who need to unload some shares should consider taking some off the table today IMO as the volume and price support is the best it's been in nearly a year. FWIW, trying to wait for the top of a run is usually futile, especially if you're not tied into the trader group. The momentum may continue a bit longer, but his kind of liquidity is rare for EDIG.
Run is not on fundamentals but paid promotion probably by the CP financiers. Savvy swing traders know how to play it and pull the plug when momo is over. The CP financiers can short into volume and convert to cover at sub $0.19.
Congratulations to those who play this run well, including "longs" those who swing trade EDIG exclusively.
"Long" shares bought during a run like this usually end up under water when the run is over.
Best wishes for profits during this incredible run.

Huge volume today on news with a very uncertain outcome for EDIG. The financiers who still have millions of shortable preferreds certainly need to push/support the price if this is bad news.
I wonder if this kind of thing is in action today:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=2376809
Some of the savvy swing traders know how to recognize and play these moves. However, it could be a promotional head fake to create volume for those who know the true implications of Wencor's acquisition of APS to sell into.
If you and fred say so...I believe!/
