Interesting I jotted down current volume and pps at 2 different times when volume jumped in. Here are the 2 times and numbers:
Volume 353,196 $.4714 at 10:50AM EST
Volume 588,100 $.4812 at 11:10AM EST
Drilla, I always appreciate your commentary and I am at a loss as to why is there no movement/interest in trading volume (622 shares yesterday)and PPS with this report on financial results?
I also think someone is trying to keep HRTPY below $2.00 on this low volume trading.
Dr Liau is the Principal Investigator for the entire DCVax-L trial as you can see from the link at the bottom.

Very well stated....agree with you 100%!
Sounds and looks like a rolling submission to me IMO
Not sure why they mentioned 90 days unless planning to provide and update at some point at 90 days I guess
China, my closest friend is a 28 year senior US agent who has over 20 years of experience conducting criminal, counterfeiting and treasury investigations and they can take years to complete depending upon the size and scope of investigation and resources needed (personnel and inter agency support). It is now a year in the start of this Cofer Black and Nathan & Kaplan investigations so good chance this is getting close to completion IMO.

She really likes Dr. Liau and continues to go to UCLA as they have one of best neuro oncology programs in the world. I hope a pray Dr. Liau and UCLA Brain Tumor board can find a solution for her and DCVax being an option.

Jessica Oldwyn video on her reoccurence of brain tumor and could be her 4th operation. This is such a horrible disease. She is awaiting Dr. Liau and UCLA Brain Tumor Board on treatment option vs Swedish chemo & radiation. God bless you Jessica!

Is anyone following the trading today on NWBO with the BID and ASK, it is quite odd every time I look at trading activity the ASK has been at 28 pretty much all day and never see this happen with this volume...I find this more than a coincidence considering we are approaching a 1M shares traded?
Quite strange IMHO
I agree with you and quite possible RDO is on the table and ready and I guess we will find out soon enough.
I hope we get a CI agreements with $MM upfront payment and % royalties on approval. If what NWBO said with 3-4 collaborations in play and all come through with agreements on each having their own specific indications the PPS will raise exponentially on the news IMHO.
They need to get a CI collaboration deal done as NWBO put this out on the table (PR) for everyone and we are all waiting now.
GLTA!
NWBO's Shelf Registration has been accepted by SEC!
highwayman4life......thanks for sharing this as I had not seen this as of now unless I missed it. My highlights in bold.
Flip...the pieces to the puzzle keep coming together and almost finished! This board is such a great source of information, you just have to know the source to decide which side of the trade you are on. Thanks for sharing Fraunhofer Annual Report recently!
Great post Doc and very well said!!
Volume on NWBO picked up big time in the last 15 minutes....
FYI-Alton Boynton was the CEO for Northwest Bio in 2007 when this was released and not Linda Powers.
DDD.....nice find and quite fair article on NWBO and actually a fairly bullish outlook which I agree with their interpretation on screening hold on the Phase III trial for GBM.
Great find pgsd and thanks for sharing. I assume this must be related to NWBO.
Hope your right Chris...we can use some big news here!
beach...I read this again from when it first was published and you highlighted the exact paragraph below that also caught my attention in this paper. Great post!
Well said...I will never forget how wonderful the nurses and doctors were in the intensive care ward in taking great care of my father but also how thoughtful and caring they were to my family as he was dying. Just amazing people!
Thanks to iwasadiver, hopefulsurgeonoc, reefrad, RK, Flipper, doclogic and many others for the contributions to this board.
GLTA Longs!
Agree with your post 100% Smokey21! NW was trapped at that point.
Senti...great post and very well done on Dr. Bosch presentation and the abstract details authored by so many highly respected researchers in the medical community!
Great post Flip...thanks for sharing!

Being that Woodford & Co. owns more than 10% of NWBO and therefore qualifies as an insider, is it in possession of any material and/or non-public information that “precludes” Woodford & Co. from trading? An answer to this question would help to “clarify” the matter.

Hi Terrell,
You are correct that shareholders holding more than 10% of a company’s stock are considered statutory insiders, but there is an exemption for qualified institutional investors. As a non-US equivalent of a US registered investment adviser, we qualify for this exemption and are therefore not precluded from trading on that basis.
Regardless of whether we are considered to be statutory insiders or not, sometimes, in the course of our interactions with individual companies, we come to possess insider information which prohibits us from trading in the shares of that company until that information becomes public. We do not reveal whether or not we are ‘insiders’ in this way on any position, for reasons of market sensitivity.
As our previous response confirmed, however, we can confirm that we have not signed anything that prevents us from trading.
Kind regards
Mitch
Large block buys of NWBO going on right now and picking up momentum!
