my dad (87) had a titanium knee and femur, a 30k part, for an injury he had and finally after 15 years, the dang thing sheared apart, they told him he had outlived its purpose which was for people with bone cancer, that would presumably die prior to part failure. they put in a new one, but nothing has been right since and he at least almost died from an infection once...they've told him he will have a low grade infection from it for the rest of his life. my point is...the whole titanium parts thing is pretty imperfect.
you had said something earlier about germs, wouldn't there be endless medical device applications?
watts is better than google, doesn't filter your searches, haha...
i thought about that too, much easier way to go public and don't have to pay the investment bankers a gazillion dollars for nothing...
if cuban invests, things will go nuts, anyone remember MAMA?
i glad u know she is, i don't really, but always enjoy bumping into her show on a saturday
appreciate it, working on dd as we speak, have a great weekend!
notes from a newcomer...
believe me, i wasn't happy in the pre market and every few seconds the bid and ask went up. i had already decided i had to have some at the open (u know how we women can be...like new shoes) and i didn't even know about the show, knew there was news but didn't get a chance to read it...i just had looked at their website and see its potential success. i'm not sure i've ever seen a penny open that far above prior close, but i just kind of felt like if i didn't just pay up, i'd regret it. my assessment of trading on Friday, a nominal dip after the high open and no sell off on Friday afternoon...i feel ok about my 16 basis. i intend to start seeing a green investment come Monday, cheers!
does anyone who bought in Friday (and i'm one of them) have these substantial gains you speak of? my guess is the average purchase price of Friday was 16, so i'd think Friday buyers aren't going anywhere...
i listen to political talk radio AM in my car and on Saturdays, they put on an assortment of various programing. so i get in my car today and they have on Kim Komando who does a tech call in program and the very first thing i hear her say is "ok, Apple is going to use this new and different material for the IPhone 5 and it's called...wait for it...liquid metal", and then she plays a sound effect of a crowd going "ooooooooooooooou". the "news" is everywhere and it is being taken as news, not rumor. i would hope Apple alludes to something on Tuesday. after all the disappointment on the 4S being the same old thing, they are due for a rabbit out of the hat!
no, i certainly understand that and did not mean to offend, just wanted every one to know that this is so much bigger than your run of the mill ihub deal.
anyone who thinks this is ihub driven needs to check the board from wednesday when the run started, you will see that only the true blue "old timers" were here...but glad u showed up! everybuddy have a great weekend.
funny to show up late, yesterday, and have an "outsider's" perspective...how anyone can be disappointed regarding last night's show is beyond me, i'm just sorry i didn't take a look at this thing when i saw it bubbling on thursday. looked at the website Fri. pre market and didn't have too many reservations having to pay 16 yesterday...it is slick and made for how we multi task today...ezvip just another piece of the puzzle. those who just want to see their stock on TV, should recall the days of the soap infused sponge, lol.
gosh, i'm so glad u yelled...some people are hard of hearing (thinking), lol. this one's going places and i'm glad i got some yesterday!
Maybe some other investors who've gotten burned by the shams (we won't mention any names) will decide to come aboard for the REAL DEAL! Go KMAG!
she's sooooooooooooo preddy in pink, eh???
YAY!!!!, no skull, no caution sign...time to ride buckaroos, the Magster is saddled and ready. KMAG
great day folks!
with u on that little red bird...
lower volume like this is the same reason i didn't buy ATR* at 2,4,6,8,10,12 and 14. finally waved the white flag at 16, boy did i miss a lot!
haha, thanks for playing...everyone still at siesta, wait til the afternoon...
great day here...2s comin soon...
now that's funny...as i mentioned earlier about the English construction...not too hard to tell where they go from ripping off KMAG's language to their own, haha...
actually danny30 found it...
promos are fine, company paid promos, especially in stock shares aren't too cool, not what i'm looking for...
ok, saw that. just thought i'd wait to see who does get the position, thanks.
where is this post u speak of, who is dixon?
thank you for your concern smitter, having primarily played big boards, it is never my first thought to email the CEO, but your point is well taken. my nature is that of a skeptic, so you'll have to get used to that...every board needs one, haha. have a great Sunday!
not addressing this situation in particular, don't know, haven't looked at it, but...once ATR* started speeding uphill, everybody and his brother, newsletters, wanted to act like they had called it and were onto it and ride its coat tails, so they weren't paid promoters by the company, but were nevertheless alerting and promoting the stock...i would imagine that will happen here too.
great, thanks for looking into it, whatever it is, it would be good to get to the bottom of it, for KMAG and for us. these are those little things i'd rather us ferret out than just swig more juice and look the other way.
i hate to say this cause it may sound bad, but it would be highly unusual for a Chinese person to construct their English in this way. I lived there a number of years ago and taught English and am somewhat familiar and it is correct that there are no copyright laws and the culture does not even process using another person's work as an improper thing to do in the same way we are used to. so...as they say...imitation is the highest form of flattery...so here's to KMAG!
i think this is very curious and troublesome and don't know what to make of it, do you think the Chinese company just plagerized the English from KMAG's site?
Point well taken that they must prove they are the real deal, but if they do, your multiplier is way too low...there's a whole world out there to be RFIDed.
Well, actually I care what people call me. Anyway, I've been here since Wednesday a week and a half ago since ya'll first starting takin' off, just a little more quiet than usual. I do think there are some grood people here and a lot of great research has been done. I know when a stock is performing well, some people get kind of intoxicated and start bullying anyone who puts a pause in the pom pom waving with serious inquiry. But,here's the thing, when a board is dominated by that, the newcomer reasonably might deduce that the stock/company has stuff to hide. I don't think that is the case here. Everyone have a great remaining weekend and here's to bustin into the 14 and 15s on Monday.
to be honest, i didn't even look cause i knew i'd drag em into the PM room, take off the gloves and start swingin'...you know us girls are kinda sensitive, but don't p' a woman off...what is it...Hell has no fury like a woman scorned, haha...
I do think that is excellent advice...not shooting each other down, just because one has a simple question...personally i have refrained from posting much at all because I was all but called "retarded" because i had an inquiry. i know i am pretty turned off when i go to a board and battle lines are drawn against those with any comment that is not totally rah rah...
Funny that is...i think we already swept out the trash, haha.
well then, by that logic, which is laudable, we actually are better off that this wasn't released as a real PR, i think it was just a way to touch base with current shareholders
talk on Yahoo that it's anticipation of much improved earnings next Tuesday...I think either we'll see an initial spike to around 2 and return to 70s and 80s or it will march on thru yesterday's highs in which case Monday may have the peak (assuming one doesn't want to risk holding thru earnings...)
