Looks like Tarentella and Medient might announce their new movie "Kilet". This is a Martial Arts movie that they are co-producing. I know Tarentella is also at Cannes.
This movie should do well in Asia. They love Martial Arts films.

I thought the opening logo bit was super cool! I wouldn't be surprised to see them open films with it. I love what they've done with the web site and their poster designs for the new films are excellent. I loved the poster for "The Damned". They've really stepped it up a notch.
Exciting times.. I'm going to be even more excited if and when they announce the financing for the studio! That will overall seal the deal for me and I'm sure for any serious investors who are standing on the sidelines waiting to see how they are going to pay for it. I hope they announce it before they go to NY later this month!
I picked up another 150k at the ask (.0032) this morning. It took a while before they would fill :)
According to Yogesh, the new Fly Thru was showed to the media this morning. I really like the new video!
ANOTHER FAKE PR! Someone seriously needs to ban this poster from the board. This is not the first time he's pulled this stunt. People that don't scroll all the way down, might think this is real.
It crosses the line!
Yes, I remember that well, shareholders started hitting twitter with that "they are on their own" message. When that happened, ANIA77 contacted John Henry, the head of the IDA. Here was his response and a link to the message.
Variety has the Medient/Atlas Launch Party listed as a Cannes event (Saturday night, the 17th). It kind of gives me goose bumps! HA HA HA

Welcome to the family of "longs"! If this is your first penny stock, I can just imagine the roller coaster you have been on. It's not always easy in this world.
I agree 100% about spending money on the party. Networking in any big business is important, but in the film industry it's vital. Cannes is the biggest get together of people in the industry. It's the place to get our name out there and make contacts (for so very many different reasons). The contacts made there, can only help us in the long run. More and more filmmakers are going to Georgia to make their films or shoot at least a portion of their film there (because of the tax incentives). It will be good for them to know we now have a company, office and contacts in Georgia to help them with the process and someday have a studio for them to use. That's why I think Jay Self is so important on the team. Jay knows the process to film in and around Savannah (permits, locations, etc). We can help them even without a studio.
Thank you for this post APFarmer. It's a good reminder of the bigger picture.
Looks like we will be able to watch the Medient team in action at the Marcum Conference. That should be interesting. Manu has stated that Koppeman will be with them at that conference. Of the conferences they've attended, I like this one the best. I think it has the most potential for getting some serious investors.
MEDIENT STUDIOS (OTCQB: MDNT) announced today that it will be a featured presenter at the 3rd Annual Marcum MicroCap Conference on Thursday, May 29, 2014 in New York City at the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
The Company's presentation is scheduled to begin at 11:30 a.m. EDT and will be available via a live webcast. To access the webcast, go to wsw.com/webcast/marcum2/mdnt.
I really like the new website.. it's much more professional looking.
I understand your sentiment Rodger, but I'm guessing the budget for that documentary is very low and..will make us a little near term revenue. I don't think that's what the dilution has been about.
Good post, but I don't think we're going to have to wait 4 years to make money off the studio. "Studio 1" should be built within the next 12 months. That should start bringing in extra revenue (when we aren't using it). For example, according to the chart I posted in this dd message (see link below)- Tarantella is in talks with Pinewood Studios, to use their studio space to film the Martial Arts game show. This is the show that both Atlas and Medient have rights too. I can about guarantee you, if "Studio 1" was complete, Tarantella would not be paying Pinewood to use their studio, they would be paying us. JMHO
I agree with your comment about other stocks OS and what they are trading for. For example MINE - it's trading at .02 (hit .045) with a I/O of 2.1B and a float of 1.5B. They don't have revenues yet either, people are buying on the future potential.

Right now, they have to have a closing bid of .01 at least once every 30 calendar days. I think we need to hit it again by May 20th to stay in compliance. That's one of the reasons, I think the company will back off of dilution. I don't think he wants to go to the pinks.
They don't tell you about the once every 30 days in the fact sheet, but I was told that by OTCMarkets after inquiring why another stock was bumped last week (after meeting the May 1st test).
We don't have to keep the .01 bid every day until 2015 (120 days after FY end).
A late filing is always a possibility, especially since this will be the first time incorporating ATLAS in a filing.
With that said, last week, I asked Manu if he would give us an update on the I/O. Here was his response..I'm hoping this means it will be released this week.
If you have a concern with MMs, it's not the SEC, but FINRA who is responsible for ensuring the MMs are in compliance with the rules. Here's a couple of links to help you understand.

I really agree with your post. There's no doubt there's been dilution, but I'm still not convinced the I/O was raised as much as some think. I'm still wondering if some of it was a note holder selling converted shares. Of course, that raises the float, but it would make me feel better, knowing that it wasn't just Manu dumping on us. If it was purely the company, they better show us something very positive to justify this aggressiveness. I still believe in the business model and I like the way Manu has been out making things happen. I'm anxious to see the 10Q to see just how much the I/O was raised. I'm also looking forward to ending this near term pain and realizing long term gain! LOL
Well, they can always release it early! LOL
I just didn't want anyone to start slinging mud if it wasn't released tomorrow.
I don't think it's due until Thursday (the 15th). The 10Q is due 45 days after quarter ended. Their quarter ended March 31st.
Yes, Koppelman took the reins for Madden and that stock has done nothing but grown the last few years.
Then there was this..look it up..
Did you guys really think he was serious? It was just another one of his tales. This part of his post, should have been your first clue.. because Manu is still out of the country. I'm glad you liked the food. LOL
We are sitting somewhere between 500M-600M I/O. So.. we are a couple of years away from a R/S (if ever).
By that time we should be realizing pretty good revenues and I wouldn't be afraid of R/S. It will lift us out of penny hell. Probably bring Institutional buyers in too.
I read that FNSR did a 1:8 split in 2009 to get it out of "penny pincher" land. Stock was purchased by serious, institutional investors who saw FNSR becoming profitable. FNSR just went UP and UP!
R/S can be a good thing, wouldn't you agree? HA HA HA
HA! Great minds.. we must have been typing at the same time!
I'm looking forward to the next ten days. A lot going on! Did you see this tweet by Yogesh? I wonder what the special event is next Saturday. I know the two film screenings at Cannes aren't happening until after the 17th. I really have to study the tweets to decipher (because of the way they try to abbreviate things!) LOL
I don't hate anyone and I could care less if you own or not.
However, when you make statements like this.. almost chastising shareholders for being panicked by the share price.. when you had already sold (as to not lose money).. well.. it sounds like you were the one that got short term panic.
I don't care how people make their money, I'm just tired of a lot of people talking out of two sides of their mouth. JMHO
Not at all Nathaniel. I just wondered why you said he's living an extravagant lifestyle. Do you know something we don't. You also asked what Manu was collecting and I answered that! LOL
When people make statements, I like to know why they make them. If they can't say, then the statements are meaningless.
Nobody here has ever seen me tell anyone to buy. Actually, I've said if people don't like or believe in the stock then they SHOULDN'T buy. It's really that simple. I've also said this is a gamble.. one I'm making. I will either have a tax write-off in a couple of years or I'm going to make money.
