So you are saying they will have updated OS on Q1? Q1 ends March 31st? You rant still makes no sense IMO

He's right gibbon. The 10Q will show what the I/O shares were as of March 31st and also show what the latest I/O is. They don't have to release a filing to state their selling shares as long as they are under the authorized. They only have to file if they are releasing unregistered shares.

I asked Manu last week, if he would give us an update on I/O shares, he said it would be in the 10Q filing this week.

Also, for a short time, the TA was giving I/O updates. Here's the latest we knew as of April 9th. If this message (see link below) was true, 52M shares were added between the end of March (after 10K filing) and April 9th. I have no reason not to trust this poster, he was always a pretty straight shooter (not a basher)on this board.

I might add, I'm one of those people who thinks the I/O will be somewhere between 500M and 600M (I've stated this). I hope I'm wrong, but I sure as heck don't have any reason to lie or mislead. I've been holding and buying for 6 months (I haven't sold a share), but I'm also realistic on what's going on.
