Hi dia, what was that confidentiality order that was to expire in 2013? Was that related to our gov't work, or could the genentech trial be it, et. al?

Looks like that tweet was a false alarm about Eastern Capital but dart's still around...couldn't access link from phone for some reason, but saw later it was just the same 7 million + shares.

corp, put yourself in the shoes of a potential partner/buyer. What would be your wish as it pertains to said loan, and warrants. The loan was obtained to deal from a position of strength; does that make sense (business)?

I'm still betting on mos not being reached in the 2nd line p2 lung (wasn't met as of mid to early Sept from what I recall) with the mix up limited to the treatment group receiving the "investigational drug product". I'm mean they're living or not living but at the least I think the #s will be comparable to those published :0

...which produces more ps, our target (apoptosis, i.e. natural cell death, creates ps naturally and doesn't activate an immune response). Create meaning more ps exposure on outer cell membrane of dead, dying, or infected cell...or drug induced dying or dead cells; whoa.

...bavi by binding to ps creates an immune response all by itself, and when combined with other current soc increases ps exposure...again our target; win-win.

providing proof-of-concept that bavituximab is an active drug when given with docetaxel,

...did you know (for you lc) that they had to "cut-off" one of bavi's "arms" for bavi imaging due to the thereaputic effect of two armed bavi when given by itself? :0

Adam,
One correction, the trial was unblinded in May 2012 according to Sept 10 conference call.
I agree that many patients are censored and that could be a concern, but I believe the censored patients are only an issue in the 3mg arm, as the 1mg arm appears to have 14/19 total censored patients at 9 months or longer and at least 7 of those at 12 months or longer. The 3mg is less clear with 15/21 at longer than 6 months and 9 of those at possibly longer than 9 months. Calculations were done using cumulative overall survival points at each time interval and patients at risk data, so room for variations.
Of course with the recent announcement, this complicates which arm is affected and how that impacts censored patients. The entire trial has been conducted very poorly, but it is possible that they can salvage some MOS signal. According to management, the patient group assignments are correct (from PR) and thus their statement on more than half of both bavi arms still alive should have some merit.

One last addition.. not sure why you are showing a Progression Free Survival graph. We should use the Kaplan Meier overall survival graph to estimate censored patients as the most recent update from the trial and has data out to 18 months. Also, is that 19% censor rate for Ph III that was noted after trials have been completed? Remember these were interim results and censored pt. count can still decline from here.

ex - my apologies for my response to you last time, and this may be a stupid question, but would the co still have to pr the bavi arms, corrected that is, reaching mos once reached or not reached, regardless of investigation.

I have lil doubt that the problem occurred overseas (no offense CP, et al.). Maybe language differences/barriers, etc. but os has got to be the 800 lb. gorilla in the room, no? Maybe this is all a big misunderstanding due to said differences/barriers, etc.?

...I mean ethical questions would/will arise if bavi continues to shine.

FF - from an email that was shared here, there appears to be an external 3rd party involved in the investigation, which I believe to be the fda as it licenses these 3rd party vendors, and it's reputation and screening processes are in jeopardy also...

Ok all, so forget about the recent test results until things are clarified; we know BAVI's past successes far better than most "investors" that have come out of the woodwork and know that PPHM is not a scam, right Roy?
