I sent one off not too long ago as well, and got the same, no response. I even asked what exchange they traded on. Got nothing. Thought about calling but going to buy a calling card first lol.
Anyone know if they're publicly traded? I can't find their supposed trading symbol JICL
I've noticed on their website that nothing has been updated since late 2010. You would think that a contract with VIPR would show up on their site.
Thanks. Anyone ever try and contact JICL Consulting of Tanzania to confirm their relationship with Vipr?
I've been on JICL's website but can't find any news on the company more recent then 2010. You would think it would be a news release if they entered into a contract with Vipr and that they ordered some huge machinery from Europe for the purpose of this agreement.
It would be nice to confirm the legitimacy of the deal and the company itself. I tried sending an email to the email address listed on the JICL website but it bounced back as being undeliverable.
Who did you speak to? What exactly was asked and what was said by the company?
I wonder why they relocated?
Anyone else?
I doubt you'll miss much :p
you can include me as one of those who passed up 3s.
Hey man I hear yah. Sorry don't have PM so can't reply. It just sucks cause I could have gotten out of this minus only commission back when there was reasonable volume to so. Mind you I have no one to blame but myself however I still sometimes want to kick myself in the ass for it lol.
A few weeks since April is looking like it's gonna be never.
Still nothing from the company. Unless we hear something soon I'm pretty much considering this one closed and a write off.
I'd like to know as well. I've had an order in to buy since 9:51AM and its still hasn't been filled.
So we got the land secured and it appears we're looking at getting more land towards the north.
There's all this information confirming we got land but there's nothing on what we're going to do with it, ie mining, partnerships, etc.... Thats something I think the company needs give us some direction on. Anyone else??
You and me both. I passed up the same when we were @ 0.0003. Then was gonna pull the trigger and break even, minus commission bit instead decided to stay in it on some unconfirmed info which never came to light. That of course is my fault and my decision I'll have to live with.
I hope there's still something small left in this so at least some of us can at least get out with something still in our pockets.
All good man just Making sure I wasn't missing something. I don't have PM
Not sure what you're talking about. I found the address still on the website under investors.
Anyways I wish they'd give us some indication on whats to happen when they move forward with what was mentioned in the latest PR about supposedly improving shareholders value. I'm not surprised to say the least we've been kept in the dark.
A month later and we still don't have an update since the April PR. A few weeks my ass. POS
From the April 7th 2011 PR
In an effort to be as transparent as possible, management will release the specifics of the spinoff to all shareholders within the next few weeks as final numbers emerge. Thank you for your attention and continued support.
Any idea on when we are gonna get some insight on what their plans moving forward. It's been a month.
Sorry maybe I missed it but whats the relevance with this JeffMonda guy
This has long term potential IMO. The deal with Energizer is huge in that it gets their products into many large retailers hands under a very trusted and recognizable brand. With rising energy costs and environmental awareness everyone is looking at becoming more energy efficient in any way they can. Also the fact their MR16 bulb was approved for rebates gives incentive to become more energy efficient and reduce energy costs. Energizer will also consider adding other products to the ones already confirmed in the deal. This company has also developed other products such as LED based street lighting which they've piloted in Welland Ontario where the company head office is based.
The impact of this deal won't be known until the 3rd quarter as they won't be releasing numbers til then which is indicated in the news release.
Get familiar with the company, do your own research and DD decide if this company is one you'd like to invest in. I currently hold a position in this company but in the Canadian venture exchange and am looking at the fact the company has decided to list in the US as a huge positive.
Of course this is only my opinion so do all the research you want before you make any investment decision. I'm only recommending you look into the company and its potential. For more information also check www.sedar.com for more information regarding insiders and filings.
Feel free to add your opinion once you've had an opportunity to look into the company, it's management, and it's products.
Just got confirmation that the deal includes both US and Canada. Below is a response from their corporate communications section
Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your interest in CRS. Our agreement is currently in Canada and the US. If Energizer decides in the future to enter other regions, they will consider CRS for manufacturing.
Warm regards,

Not surprising....I got no response back from JC after emailing him. I tried lol
The news release mentions nothing other then it had signed an agreement with Energizer to manufacture and supply them with their LED lights so one would assume that it would be Energizer that decides which markets they intend on selling the CRS LEDs under their name.
In taking a look at a previous news release by the company in December 2010, it looks like their products will be sold to commercial customers within the US market after their MR16 LED bulbs were approved by 2 undisclosed utility companies for inclusion into their respective rebate programs. The MR16 is one of the bulbs that will be marketed under the Energizer name with the recent signing.
Seeing how their products will already be sold within the US market, I can't see why Energizer wouldn't seeing how its a large market.
Here's the news release I'm referring to.
CRS Electronics MR16 Approved by Two Major Utility Rebate Programs in
US
December 1, 2010 Welland, ON – CRS Electronics Inc. (“CRS”), (TSX-V:LED), an inventor, developer and manufacturer of LED lighting, is pleased to announce that two undisclosed major electric utilities in the US have approved the CRS LED MR16 lamps for an incentive program offered to their commercial customers.
The CRS lamp currently is the only LED MR16 approved for a rebate under their program. The Company anticipates shipping product in the first quarter of 2011 with orders starting to be placed over the next month as the utilities roll out the program to their commercial customers.
“The quality and performance of our products continues to be our competitive edge. Producing LED MR16 replacement lamps which exceed the performance standards prescribed by major utility suppliers for a rebate approval has always been a top priority at CRS.” said Scott Riesebosch, President, CRS Electronics “Customers that qualify for the rebate in these regions will be able to purchase our product at a small fraction of the regular cost, creating a substantial, solid value proposition for their businesses. They can enjoy the benefit of ongoing energy cost savings of approximately 80% and have the highest quality of light available in an LED MR16 lamp on the market today.”
The two undisclosed major utilities service a combined area of more than 100,000 sq. mi. in 40 counties within the continental United States. The opportunity for CRS to capitalize on these rebate programs is significant.
And down it goes ..... ARGH!

I'll let you know what I hear, if I do get a response.
Dang your response was quick
I haven't even gotten a response for my email and I'm pretty sure mine was sent before yours lol
jcbarbeck@viprindustries.com
I've sent him an email as well.
I called today and asked to speak with their investor relations department or representative. The female receptionist, who I do have to say sounded amateur and confused, told me they were in a meeting. I asked then who I should be asking for and she advised me that I should speak with a "Crystal". When I asked if it would be easier to email, she said yah and later suggested I email JC. Took her awhile to get me his email address lol.
Anyways she did answer the phone as Vipr Industries.
If anyone else wants to try please do and let us know what you learn.
Its the number of orders, bids, and asks, at the stated price
