Just got confirmation that the deal includes both US and Canada. Below is a response from their corporate communications section

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your interest in CRS. Our agreement is currently in Canada and the US. If Energizer decides in the future to enter other regions, they will consider CRS for manufacturing.
