Actually, the cons post to sell IMGG shares and get out and the longs say to buy IMGG Shares. Its a two way street in the forum. People wouldn't be here unless they had an opinion one way or the other.
Friday will be the day of reconing. What will Dean put up? Its anyone's guess. You could speculate either way. I have seen "buy on the rumor and sell on the news" and "but now or cry later". Depending on what you know and what you've seen you are for or against.
Could Friday the 13th be Dean's big day?
Is this demonstration cleared with the FDA and SEC? The letter to shareholders stated it would be a "video demonstration of the “proof of concept” of 3D real time imaging" so I'm a little confused here. I would be pleasently surprised if what you say is true.
"how they would "spin" the NSE FDA decision"?? So, you have proof of this? Please post the company memos or transcripts from the chats. I find it hard to believe that this is a known fact.
What do you expedt Dr Fish & Fung to bring to the table?
iPhone app? Its just a viewer. Why do you keep bring that up? Its a viewer and is not real time. It receives images from other 3d viewers and displays them on its simple screen. What could the FDA possibly need to approve.
Thats it, nothing more - just a viewer!
Dont worry about showing the FDA Dean's video, they are capable of following the carnival barker, huxter without your help. I'm sure the FDA and SEC has a full team of expert staff dedicated to watching every move that Dean and his incompetent staff are doing every minute of every day LOL
Thanks for your opinion, but it has not been proven that the DViS is fake and a fraud. It ia speculation that the DViS does not work. What has been proven is that Dean does not know how to submit to the FDA properly and that is being addressed.
Tig, we will never know the "Sources close to MN said the company was in close contact and passed info to hedge funds. These funds made a killing on the way up and on the way down." because I am 99.99% sure that story is ficticious. I too would like proof of these fictional allegations. I too can hardly waid, but I am not holding my breath.
The FDA is a government agency, enough said... As for the whole 510k thing, we've already agreed that Dean's ego was the biggest problem. We decided that Dean is not a good CEO and doesn't know how to submit 510k's. Thats why he is no longer doing it.
Unnamed sources?? Is there proof that Dean Janes sold stock in 2/2010 and gave the money to BA and Alliance? Sounds like Heresay/opinion to me.
If and when Dean goes to jail is pure speculation at this time. Nobody knows for sure and anyone who tells you otherwise is just giving their opinion.
ManMeat, Dean is not a strong CEO and some of his comments are lies or poor judgement. That does not mean IMGG will not succeed. Like I said, I know what I know and I've seen what I've seen.
Dean is incompetent when it comes to being a CEO and submitting to the FDA. He is also a PR nightmare, but I know what I know and I've seen what I've seen. This will all work out after competent submittal to the FDA.
Sano, Just as we have said many times before, the FDA has rules limiting what can be shown in a demo to the public for a device going through 510(k) submission. I would have been surprised if he was allowed to demo it to the general public.
WHAT A JOKE!!!!
"a video demonstration that will not negatively impact our 510(k) submission or create any issues with the FDA in general."
So, just as we have said many times before, the FDA has rules limiting what can be shown in a demo to the public for a device going through 510(k) submission. I would have been surprised if he was allowed to demo it to the general public.
If Dean's video turns out to be what investors are looking for, there can be a good upward bump in a week. There is still time to make money here. IMGG fulctuates 10 or 20% every week, so short term trades can be very rewarding.
To be fair, those who have lost money did so because they didn't play the game right. (including yours truly LOL)
Investment 101 rules:
Investing in stocks is risky.
Investing in Penny stocks is even riskier.
Be cautious of who and what you believe.
Stop loss orders should be placed to protect your investment.
Dont invest money you can't afford to loose.
When a stock goes down, its just a loss on paper until you sell.
If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen!
Hey, IMGG started at $0.03 and is now at $0.109. If you rode the ride up on speculation and didn't get out in time, shame on you. If you bought at $.03 and still have it, don't cry, you are still up 250%+. Plenty of people outside Dean's inner circle have made money. Day traders and true investors have been rewarded well. The stock fluctuates like crazy, if you pay attention, you can still do well here.
LMAO. I admit Thats the best link ever.

Admit it, everyone has played this by now, haven't you?
Imaging3, Inc. Posts CEO Message to Shareholders
Imaging3™, Inc. today announced that it has posted a letter to Shareholders from its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dean Janes, on the company’s website.
Mr. Janes, commented, "The purpose of today’s newsletter is to inform our shareholders of new policies and initiatives we are implementing in order to better inform our investors regarding the progress of the company, the FDA approval process and our Dominion Volumetric Imaging Scanner (DViS) technology.”
The Letter to Shareholders can be found at this link www.imaging3.com/news/newsletters/news_may4_11.html.

• May 2011
Dear Shareholder,
I understand the current environment and situation of Imaging3 seems frustrating as the share price has eroded over the last year and a half. There has been a great deal of speculation and discontent regarding this company, its product and myself personally. This situation may seem more frustrating as the company has had to pull back from its Investor Relations communications efforts. This is due in large part to a very aggressive negative element that seem to be determined to corrupt any attempt by Imaging3 to communicate directly with its shareholder base. This effort has been so successful it has literally tied our hands in how and what we can communicate with our shareholders. Management’s naivety in this regard may have fostered this current environment of insatiable entitlement of information. As every attempt to provide more information in the form of forums, conference calls and access to Investor Relations via phone or email has created an increasing demand of information. This increase has created an environment where our Investor Relations contact, Mike Nessen, has become overwhelmed and unable to perform any other duties within the company.
Effective immediately I have removed Mike Nessen from the responsibility and position of Investor Relations contact. Though he has done a remarkable job, he is needed to assist myself and our consultants with preparing our FDA submission. I ask you to be patient as we work to hire an Investor Relations/Public Relations firm to assist us with our corporate communications. In the meantime all communications from the company will be in the form of a press release, newsletter, Money TV appearances or SEC filings. Once we have found a suitable company to assist us with our corporate communications we will announce this via press release and newsletter.
I want to assure you that management here at Imaging3 is still very committed to getting our product FDA approved. We recently announced a change in legal representation, in an 8K filing with the SEC, which actually occurred back in February and early March. This was only recently communicated as directed by our formal consultants desire to correct the public record. Nothing has changed as we have hired replacement FDA legal counsel as well as FDA technical consultants with a potential third consulting group being considered to assist the company with performing the imaging review. These consultants all have extensive experience and depth of knowledge to assist Imaging3 with our strategy and goal of achieving FDA approval.
Imaging3 along with our consultants are working very hard to file our re-submission 510(k) with the FDA as soon as possible. As I addressed in a Money TV appearance on April 8th, 2011 we have broken down this process into three milestones. First we will prepare for a meeting with the FDA to address our protocols and our 510(k) submission to agree on protocols for acquiring and reviewing comparative imagery. Secondly we will meet with the FDA to discuss and come to an agreement on protocols to acquire and review these images. Lastly we will acquire and review these images using the agreed upon protocols and include them with our submission and file. We are currently working to complete our preparations to meet with the FDA and will report once we have completed that meeting.
I am currently working on creating a video demonstration of the “proof of concept” of 3D real time imaging to be aired on Money TV. This is scheduled for taping during an interview on Money TV on Thursday May 12, 2011, which will be available for viewing via the internet on Friday May 13, 2011 and aired on local channels sometime afterwards. We are working with our consulting groups to create a video demonstration that will not negatively impact our 510(k) submission or create any issues with the FDA in general.
In closing I’d like to each of you to use caution when receiving information from outside sources, specifically the internet. I ask that you first and foremost consider the source. It’s easy to have an opinion after the fact, especially when you can maintain anonymity. Ask yourself or more importantly ask the person providing the opinion, rumor or speculation, what experience and qualifications do they have to make such a claim. What is their agenda and back ground. I think you will find that most if not all will continue to hide in anonymity than be scrutinized.
It has been a long road towards FDA approval and I appreciate those of you who have continued to support Imaging3. Though I can never “guarantee” approval, we are working very hard towards that end. Success is the best way to silence our critics.
Sincerely,
Dean Janes

KF, the 20/20 investigation was mentioned a "Dr." on this forum. He was going to call 20/20 and insist on an investigation by their team. We haven't heard anything from him since that post regarding 20/20. He also said he was going to contact the FDA to find out if it was legal for Dean to demo the DViS on MTV. There has been no update on this statement either.
Many others have mentioned contacting 20/20, the FDA and SEC. No updates have been posted regarding any of this. I suggested getting a name, title and contact information for their sources so it can be confirmed.
Mugs, Its only a simple image viewer you are talking about. Whats to approve. It does not take images, they are sent from the collection device to the ipad or iphone. Thats like saying they approve my computer to view pictures from my camera LOL.
A little DD shows this is not Real-Time 3D, the itunes app is for viewing 3d images previously taken and sent to the device, not generating them. Therefore it is not real-time 3D.
www.fiercemobilehealthcare.com/story/mobile-mim-first-radiology-application-earn-fda-clearance/2011-02-04
Any CT, MRI or PET images taken by a hospital or at a provider's office are sent to the appropriate portable device after being compressed for a secure network transfer through the Mobile MIM software, according to the FDA's press release. The software allows providers to measure both distance and intensity values for the images.
I believe the problem is live demonstration of the DViS on TV would not be allowed by the FDA. This needs to be performed in a controlled environment that is shielded from (even low dose) radiation, etc. Maybe they will put Don on the table and do a 3D image of his head LOL.
Any word from the FDA or SEC yet? Many of us are waiting for their response to the claims of criminal actions by the Penny Stock CEO. I personally think nothing will come out of this if there is even a response.
Has anyone contacted them yet and advised them of the allegations of lying, cheating and stealing by IMGG's CEO, Dean Janes?
That is a good read although it is a little techie and over my head at some points (as I would expect). I'm sure others can get the jest of the technology of the DViS from reading the article. Its a great start and I would like to see the final version after Dean's demo!
The FDA complaint will be a non event as Deano is complying with the FDA guidelines and has counsil to review prior to release of the video.
Dean Janes has counsel and the FDA advising him on what can and can't be done regarding demoing the DViS on MTV. I believe you are incorrect on the legal battle with the SEC. Perhaps you can provide some documentation as to the legality (or lack thereof) if I am incorrect on this one.
Dean's motive is to get the DViS approved by the FDA and make a difference in the lives of so many people. The truth about the DVIS real-time 3D tecnololgy will come out soon and we will find out if Dean is legit or if he is a carnival barker, huckster, liar, girl scout cookie stealer, second grade math test cheater or not.
I hope you're right Vibe. I have been waiting for so long to see the video and it seems like we are almost there. I want to see an end to this all either way. I hope they give us a video that shows the DViS working so we can move on. Its all or nothing for me and I would prefer to walk away with it ALL!
Please let us know what the FDA said. I believe Dean is going by their rules, so they will probably just tell you everything is OK. Be sure to get a name, title and phone number so we can confirm the conversation.
You are both right. Deano has not been effective as a CEO. He is a good PR man and looks good in a suit. If he can be honest and has a good working product, then let him do the PR and get someone with business sense come in and be CEO to get the finances straight and get the filings right the first (or at least second) time. Its total nonsense that the paperwork takes so many times to get right. I agree we need a CEO with a smaller ego.
20/20 was contacted by a person on this board. What ever happened to that? I haven't heard an update from the FBI or CIA yet either. Please post updates to those situations as nothing has come forward yet. I'm interested to see what they found out about the Penny Stock CEO, huckster, carnival barker, Dean Janes.
Why would it be against the law for Dean to do what the FDA is allowing him to do on MTV. If the FDA allows it and it has been reviewed by the attorneys, then I don't see a problem. The only problen is for those who don't believe the DViS works as advertised when he shows it doing exactly what he says it does.
I cant wait to see the video - at least what the FDA will net Dean show. I too was excited when I saw the moon landing on live B/W TV. This presentation by Dean will show a historical breakthrough product in action, but I still think the moon landing is a little more significant. BWHAHAHAHAHA!!!! FYI, I think Biggie and Tupac are in Roswell, but I dont have any proof of that.
Thanks Dr. Thats just what we've been waiting for. A few more weeks wont hurt. I'm sure he has to be careful to do things exactly the way ght FDA will allow and not get into trouble in the process. I cant wait to see what you have seen and know what you have known.
Dr, I know you know what you know and you've seen what you've seen but I haven't seen what you've seen and I don't know what you know. So my question about Dean, the DViS and Imaging3 is when will we know what you know and see what you've seen? I would love to be in those shoes right now while I am watching my losses fluctuate on a daily basis.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a demonstration of the DViS with a respected expert is worth a kings randsome. This is what should be coming forward from the great and powerful Dean Janes, the CEO of Imaging3!
Thats interesting because MWE does not give out that information over the phone. You must talk to James Cohen directly.
The pic was taken when everyone was getting their free lunch! No wonder there was nobody at the booth. Did you get a pic of the other booths as well?
Agreed. The biggest problem IMGG seems to keep running into is Dean's huge ego. He needs to get help (which he has done to a certain extent). Perhaps a partnership is the best way out now unless he will pony up some of his personal cash that he has been siphoning off the company for years. Maybe stop charging IMGG for rent on his building for starters. IMO IMGG is all about dean and his huge mensa ego.
