Why would it be against the law for Dean to do what the FDA is allowing him to do on MTV. If the FDA allows it and it has been reviewed by the attorneys, then I don't see a problem. The only problen is for those who don't believe the DViS works as advertised when he shows it doing exactly what he says it does.
