Thanks V.Thanks all for the well wishes.I'm sure people know I had bladder cancer and recently had robotic neo-bladder surgery where they take the bladder out and replace it with a section of small intestine.
I recovered very quickly to the amazement of the Dr's and medical staff and was discharged a week faster than they expected.
It still took a toll though and left me quite weak and susceptible to "bugs" and infections because of the Chemo prior to the surgery.
Now it is all about rebuilding my stamina and strength as I "crawl back into the Land of the Living".

I am never far from the CTIX board and all you "old timers" here have been a great support for both my medical issue and the ongoing DD with CTIX.All your posting has been a great encouragement including BK's "pumping" (Pump away BK,you're preaching to the choir :)

I hope we do have a "CTIX" party at some point so I can still have a Guinness/Balvenie with all of you somewhere down the road.

I'll try to be more "visible" from here on.

Not to change the subject,Van,but can you shed any light on why Chardan hasn't adjusted their price target at this point?
With all the doom and gloom here it's interesting that they haven't budged.
It appears also that TD has this stock as a Hold right now.
I see the holiday season and EOY as a slow down for news at this point also.How do you see the news flow potential as we approach the end of the year?

Thanks.Today's news was just a benign release not positive (enough) nor negative actually.Not worth wasting it on a Mon.or Tues.
I am really surprised that they have released as many as they have on Wed.or Thurs.though.

If it was going to be "crumby",like most companies they would want to post it on a Friday,not a Monday.
Holding off till Monday would normally be a sign of good news,not bad news.

I used to be a merchandising manager in the North East.It takes sales and volume and incentives and politics to get facings of product into a planogram. Planograms are designed for service area size,demographics of the service area and department size needs in the store. Service area demographics will include how many coupon responsive shoppers are in the area,ages,family sizes and their ages.Cash vs credit / debit card users.Income levels are also calculated in.(Yes they know if you smoke too)
These are just a few of the calculations that go into the design of planograms.Plano's dictate where (or if) a product is represented in the store,what shelf,eye level?/bottom shelf?,how many facings,1?3?,left side? right side?
There is a lot of psychology involved in shelf positioning.
Almost all retail stores are organized through the use of plano's from cosmetics to beer.All products and inventory have been calculated and predetermined.

I don't see where the time frame has changed with JP's removal."Nationally" or (US) sales weren't expected until then anyway.That also has nothing to do with the "slip" on shipping leaf to Asia or China this month.

1)Chardan has not changed their $9 target price , but,,,
2)28 trading days till Thanksgiving
3)38 trading days till Dec.15
I mention Txgiving & Dec.15 because after TxG,things tend to slow with the holidays looming.After TxG,maybe till mid Dec.things could still do ok but as experience shows,tax selling and attention(s) focused on Xmas,it becomes like summer sales again until after Jan 1st.
If we are to hit close to $9,IMHO , news and SP must appreciate substantially before TxG.
That , in turn ,may alter the tax selling strategies of many and not slow or depress the SP at that point.
If SP grows more slowly,Options exp.dates of 11/22 and 12/20 may come into play (if options have exp.dates in Nov./Dec.) also as traders depress the SP to avoid options being exercised.
Also,if ANY starts to ramp up,before XXII does ,will people sell XXII to buy more ANY ??

IMHO,between now and TxG,it is "now or never" if we are to hit that target price.

Always open to other thoughts and ideas.

These are shorts driving the price down to cover.As I told a friend,there are two squeezes possible when short interest is high.Short squeezes and in this case,"Long Squeezes".We,folks are the ones getting squeezed.Remember this next time you are in a company and the "landscape" looks similar.Short Squeezes are rare,expect the "Long Squeeze".I've seen this with C ix,N VC,I co,BTX and here as well as some others.

I'm not a Sub (would if I could though).I do belong to another newsletter and I would say that people don't subscribe to get "Inside Info".They subscribe for the extensive DD and professional insights from those who have great reputations in the field.Many times the research provides backgrounds and "public info" that totally escapes the average members here on the boards.They know what to look for and where.The really good ones rely on their track records and reputations for their lively-hoods and cost justifications.When they do interviews,they know how to "read" the one being interviewed,unspoken gestures,atmosphere,etc.and convey that to their Subs.

People pay for that service from WF.It won't be found except through their membership site.If HTFBS has it,it was probably shared with them by XXII (unless HTFBS also subscribes to the WF service).They don't DO this stuff for nothing.

I call it "Baiting".Sometimes it's a positive sign but most times it seems that people are being "Baited" to buy (like today) or sell (if the SP is dropped).Seems to happen a lot on Mondays as traders start their week.Let the SP climb for a bit , then cut it down again.Usually on low volume.

No concerns (yet) but there is a sow with 2 cubs close by.I do keep my 45acp holstered in the springtime as that is when they are most likely to make an appearance as they did this last June.Cub ran through my back yard and mother chased it and brought it back.Just don't leave trash or food around and they won't bother you.Cubs are curious though and that's where they can be an issue in the spring.Never had a problem though but always be prepared.

Although I hate the price of heating oil I wouldn't trade the lifestyle here.I wouldn't mind a few weeks in the warmer climates but I like the 4 seasons we have here.So many things to do if one likes the outdoors.I barbecue all year long so if I stock up on oak wood it'l be for the smoker and the grill :)
