Bound to happen, IMHO
It's ok. I and others have contacted the company and will post responses here if/when they are received.
Their excuse for the photoshop:
FutureWorld Corp We don't make containers, we buy them so does almost everyone doing what we do. We make to order our pods. We don't keep inventory. We use many sources for containers. That being one of them.

Has anyone contacted the owner of the original image and told them that fwdg is using it as their own?
You've got to be kidding! You really can't make this stuff up. Lmao
RIGHT..there is nothing in the grooves..it isn't even GOOD photoshopping!!! LMAO. Seriously pathetic.
Shareholders in those stocks are left holding a bag on a stock that would never see its paid value again.
He forgot to add FUTL, FWDG, and IFXY to that list.
What I find funny is, that by their own analysis, HEMP shareholders are bagholders:
all Cannabis related stocks have lost up to 90% of value (including FWDG), destroying billions in investor value. That includes well known stocks such as MDBX, CANV, HEMP, MCIG and such. Shareholders in those stocks are left holding a bag on a stock that would never see its paid value again.

So WHY are you in bed with HEMP, FUTL? LOL

You really can't make this stuff up...
If 90% of our holdings fail, that 10% would make up the loss.
This math is faulty... so far 100% of your company's have failed and 0% have made up for any loss..
MORE FB:
we are creating tangible and vast amount of wealth to even those that have done nothing but insulted and assaulted the company.
You are a publicly trading company that has returned ZERO amount of dollars in any of your ventures to shareholders who are sitting with huge losses of VERY REAL and HARD EARNED money in their accounts. We don't pay for everything in shares like talari and this company does.. can I go to the grocery store and buy milk for my kids with some shares of FWDG, IFXY, FUTL? This is reality, join ours. You feel insulted and assaulted? It's called criticism... when you do poorly, and you are a public company... get used to it.
100% failure - until otherwise proven.
My two cents.
Wahhhh.

FutureWorld Corp Matt Galusha Please read the following very carefully; from 2014 and on, all Cannabis related stocks have lost up to 90% of value (including FWDG), destroying billions in investor value. That includes well known stocks such as MDBX, CANV, HEMP, MCIG and such. Shareholders in those stocks are left holding a bag on a stock that would never see its paid value again. We foresaw this event two years ago, So we hedged our bets with multiple companies rather than one hence providing a VC like ROI to our investors. If 90% of our holdings fail, that 10% would make up the loss. So when all the companies are either dying or changing the names and such, we have so far spun out two companies worth tens of millions of dollars that will eventually gets divi out to all shareholder. WE have struggled for two years through insults, theft (by our ex employees) and been assaulted every which way, meanwhile we are creating tangible and vast amount of wealth to even those that have done nothing but insulted and assaulted the company. So we are winning when 99% of other stock shareholders are holding the bag for years to come.

Craig Harley That sounds amazing! Can stockholder get any shares as dividends?

So the point is to buy FWDG and receive untradable dividends? So far they are batting a 1000 on this one.
Michael Summers Why attack shareholders like that? It is a valid question. Those FUTL shares were issued around a year ago. Whats the hold up?

The question on all of our minds.
Oh wait..you mean we're not getting dividends of cbsci? Thank God! ;)

<-------Still silent on this one:
My assumptions are that since HempTech is in business today and Infrax seems to be defunct, HempTech must not be relying on Infrax technology at this point.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=120178772
Then why is why is Hemptech clearly using Infrax tech?
https://hemptechcorp.com/main/our-products
And even in Grow.droid?
-SmartNergy - The smart Energy product line provides controls and sensors for energy related aspects of a plant grow facility. The technology integrates with HVAC systems using industry standard building automation protocols. Modules and intelligent power receptacles provide voltage and current reading of lighting, motors and any equipment that is electrically powered. Automated software programs gather the data and provide real time data views on easy to use dashboards and graphical presentations. Infrax Systems and HempTech Corp has developed smart LED lights that can be remotely controlled and can vary output and frequency based on growth cycles or plant profiles created in computer software.
-SmartSense - SmartSense is a family of sensors and controllers specifically designed and configured for the agriculture and grow industries. Environmental sensors measure common gases such as O2 and CO2 as well as air and soil temperature, humidity, air movement and light intensity. Macro nutrient sensors, such as PH, salinity, dissolved CO2 and O2, for both earthen and hydroponic environments provide automated chemistry sampling. Automated dosing, irrigation and fertilizing can be controlled by the appropriate sensors.
Both clearly Infrax tech, for which a consideration for the development of the current and future Products, the Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor a one-time development fee of $2M was NEVER issued?

HyperSolar Profiled by Leading Online Clean Technology Media Publisher
Company Receives Coverage From Industry Leading Clean Technology Trade Publications as Well as Mainstream Media Coverage
February 10, 2016: 03:45 AM ET
HyperSolar, Inc. (OTCQB: HYSR), the developer of a breakthrough technology to produce renewable hydrogen using sunlight and any source of water, today shared media coverage featuring the Company and the development of its renewable hydrogen fuel producing technology.
An article published by Cleantechnica, a leading clean technology-focused website, chronicles the Company's recent technological breakthroughs. The story entitled "Solar Energy Fuels HyperSolar's Hydrogen Dream" references advancements made by HyperSolar's sponsored research agreement partners the University of Iowa and University of California, Santa Barbara, and as well as the overall growth of the hydrogen fuel industry.
Also, in an editorial for the Huffington Post, HyperSolar CEO Tim Young discussed the state of the hydrogen fuel industry in terms of mainstream adoption. In the article, Young cites the importance of the automotive industry in bringing attention to the massive potential of the hydrogen fuel cell industry by bringing consumer-centric products to market. Young also highlights the industrial applications for hydrogen fuel such as powering material handling equipment (MHE), that have already garnered adoption from prominent companies.
"We are pleased to see not only the media coverage for HyperSolar, but for the coverage of the entire hydrogen fuel cell industry," said Tim Young, CEO of HyperSolar. "We believe this attention for the Company will only continue to intensify as we further develop our proprietary technology that we feel represents a solution for both consumer and industrial hydrogen fuel cell demand."
HyperSolar's research is centered on developing a low-cost and submersible hydrogen production particle that can split water molecules under the sun, emulating the core functions of photosynthesis. Each particle is a complete hydrogen generator that contains a novel high voltage solar cell bonded to chemical catalysts by a proprietary encapsulation coating. A video of an early proof-of-concept prototype can be viewed at hypersolar.com/application.php.
About HyperSolar, Inc.
HyperSolar is developing a breakthrough, low cost technology to make renewable hydrogen using sunlight and any source of water, including seawater and wastewater. Unlike hydrocarbon fuels, such as oil, coal and natural gas, where carbon dioxide and other contaminants are released into the atmosphere when used, hydrogen fuel usage produces pure water as the only byproduct. By optimizing the science of water electrolysis at the nano-level, our low cost nanoparticles mimic photosynthesis to efficiently use sunlight to separate hydrogen from water, to produce environmentally friendly renewable hydrogen. Using our low cost method to produce renewable hydrogen, we intend to enable a world of distributed hydrogen production for renewable electricity and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
