ADVM 2.38 - BV 3.87 way better biobust-bottom-play than IKT 2.15 - BV 1.88 at this time...imo?
HBP 5.63 - joined in here for reasons you stated:
Earnings of .30/share in seasonally weak Q1 vs a loss last year. Then earnings of .54/share in seasonally stronger Q2 vs .06/share last year.
Yep, spectacular numbers and no one seems to care...
LUMO 9.64 - sold the remainder of my poke in this strength. Also sold a ton of other stuff as I just moved to about 75% cash.
#1. the indexes have NO BUSINESS being this high. NO BUSINESS!
#2. the covered-call-oppurtunities (my breadnbutter for 6 months+) have all but disappeared. An absolute broad market negative imo.
#3. a golden opp to sit back and watch for a bit...
Another fustercluck $$$-loser filing...why don't they raise the damn price making an attempt to show profit?
Negotiated into CEC's Clean Transportation Program – Up to $200 million in potential EVSE funding.
https://docoh.com/news/benzinga/22476976/beam-global-reports-fiscal?fromCompany=1398805
Weeeeeeeeeeee...will they ever make selling product (NOT PAPER) their #1 priority? Guess you can take CEO out of this previous paper-printing-scam but you can't take the paper-printing-scam out the CEO hahaha...

Charles Bradley
Thank you. And probably last but not least and certainly most important in some ways is we certainly care about the stock price is something I didn't mention too much. It has moved up somewhat substantially in the last couple of quarters.
Our goal is still to continue to come up ways to create more shareholder value.
I think our book value today sits at $6.50 per share. Certainly, that's a place to start. But we need to keep doing that.
Now that we have a lot of cash, we're certainly buying shares. We buy the max amount of shares we can buy in the market every day. We'll continue to do that.
I think we bought around 160,000 shares this past quarter.
So we're doing everything we can that way in terms of repurchasing shares.
We will continue to focus on shareholder value and increasing it as we go forward, riding what we'll call very significant progress in terms of the overall operation of the company. With that, we'll look forward to talking to you at the end of next quarter, and thank you all for attending the call.
CPSS 5.25 - just listened to the conference-call...management seemed positively giddy and the overall numbers are striking for a low $5's eps! Intend to hold my small poke into the next earnings report / add on any extreme dip...
Question for the board:
Can a 'seekingalpha-freeby-member' still view cc written transcripts or must they now subscribe to become a pro member? Are there any other places to obtain written transcripts of conference calls?
Anyone winning in this market?
grasshopper, I've heard rumors that listening requires both patience and the ability to zip it?
SKAS 2.80 - avg'ed up a few shares at 2.75 this morning...
O/S = As of August 13, 2021, the registrant had 1,028,863 shares of its common stock, $0.03 par value, issued and outstanding.
B/V = $4.20
EPS = .56 (including a few 'Trump/Biden' corona-kookout-handouts)

LUMO 8.95 - still showing around $12.00 BV (mostly cash) after the recent Q-filing. Flipped out of about 2/3 of my position.
Anyone know of any others trading at a pps well below 'above $10' cash-per-share?

SKAS 2.70 - surprises with a .56 eps for Q2.
RIGL 3.72 - covid EUA declined, but this obscure biotech was always (and still is) a longshot to receive an FDA EUA for covid?
The afterhours filing looks much more positive, RIGL still has many irons in the fire, pays a decent covered-call premium, and remains a longterm fav stock.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=15161574&guid=sxY1kKBvVFOPa3h
...just missed my doubledown bid at $3.15 in this morning's premarket

ARDX 1.60 - https://ritzherald.com/specialty-physicians-weigh-in-with-opinions-about-the-u-s-food-and-drug-administration/
Nephrologists are not far behind in their dismay and disappointment, struggling with recent events that are likely to keep two novel therapeutics, Fibrogen/AstraZeneca’s roxadustat and Ardelyx’s tenapanor, from reaching patients. Sheldon Shore, MD, a practicing nephrologist in Atlanta weighed in, “The FDA needs to work harder to help us get these new drugs approved for use in our patients. I feel it has gotten too political, making it harder and harder for new drugs to get approved.”
APT 10.85 - re-entered on the strength of call premiums...offering 5% in 3-1/2 days for the higher strike...
SKAS 2.25 - 1M O/S. BV 3.50. Those two fundys by themselves make SKAS an attractive stock...and...it's is a long established company in a (should be) post-corona hot sector with a legit chance for surprise earnings.
My shares are currently tucked under the mattress...where are the robinhooligans when you need them? SHEESH!
LUMO 7.60 - haven't seen the cashfat-biobust-sector this weak since the onset of corona...maybe a harbinger of corona's waning? Also the abundance of biotech-IPOs has to be sucking some air out...
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=165211420
tripled down here at 7.50

Do you also consider this boilerplate direct from Pfizer-legaleze just more "fear mongering nonsense"?
“Long-term effects of these novel, genetically engineered products cannot possibly be known at this point. These could include autoimmune disorders, antibody-enhanced disease, infertility, cancer, or birth defects….

Anyone posting here going to argue the above?
IMMR 7.12 - joined for all the reasons you stated with emphasis on the strong Balance Sheet.
You still hanging in here?
https://finance.yahoo.com/video/automakers-t-business-without-infrastructure-165322566.html
I continue to watch closely. I know I've given Desmond a-bit-of razz in previous posts but you've got to give kudos for his intense focus...
Just a bit misleading? VXRT has been working on a "pill" vaccine since the very onset of the corona-kookout...
NWHM - Congrats nelson. I had a small poke too...nice to wake up to an uptick surprise that requires no further decision-making.
SNFCA 8.40 - has anyone received the 5% dividend yet?

Love it....taking "always have a plan" to a higher level...
Not so sure, bb, my crystal ball is showing every other car a Tesla on the interstate highways (which today you see none) as well as in the city?
With EV charging stations at every major Interstate Highway exit?
Recently added EVGO and CHPT to my watchlist along with longtime watch BEEM (previously EVSI)...one or all 3 have solid potential to explode.
Anyone know of other EV-charging plays to watch?
DPW 2.80 - posts whopper preliminary numbers and further boasts their ties to ALZN among various other ventures...
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/ault-global-holdings-reports-preliminary-103000313.html
DPW 2.50 - posts/boasts preliminary MEGA-numbers:
Ault Global Holdings Reports Preliminary Q2 2021 Financial Results
Q2 2021 Revenue of Approximately $62 million, up 1048% From the Prior Year’s Quarter

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/ault-global-holdings-reports-preliminary-103000313.html
Then they go into detail of all their ventures...if one is inclined to believe that money grows on trees...but I couldn't find any reference to any pot-venture which suggests that they missed it and more pr coming very soon lmao.
I've been trading this one for a couple of weeks now on the strength of their Balance Sheet and the high-premium-option callwrite oppurtunities.
FRD 12.95 - thx researcher and everyone for pitching in on this confusing stock. Sounds like they're just a bit completely full-o-shitt in thier over-boasting pr?
Sold 1/2 in this morning's strength (at a loss) and would consider re-buying at the late May $11 downgap...I'll look for some other stock to 'fall on my sword'...
FRD 12.42 (down .65) - SERIOUSLY Clark??
For the quarter ended March 31, 2021 (the “2021 quarter”), the Company recorded net earnings of $10,403,597 ($1.50 diluted earnings per share) on sales of $49,214,204...
OUTLOOK
The Company continued to see margin strength throughout its fiscal 2022 first quarter ended June 30, 2021 with hot-rolled steel prices rising approximately 30%, and expects results for the first quarter to be slightly better than its fourth quarter fiscal 2021 results. That first quarter mentioned is already done (another $1+ upcoming and we all get to wonder if they can go for a triple...wondering-for the next three months!! Sure looks like one of those, "Why didn't I fall on my sword here in the 12's..."?
FRD 14.30 - added to my poke in afterhours...still a knockout Q for this low-floater. Donde esta los robinhooligans?
EARNINGS (LOSS) BEFORE INCOME TAXES $15,221,973
During fiscal 2021, sales and costs of goods sold decreased $15,999,791 and $36,974,654, respectively, and gross profit increased $20,974,863 from the comparable amounts recorded during the year ended March 31, 2020 (“fiscal 2020”). The decrease in sales was related primarily to a decline in sales volume with tons sold decreasing from approximately 210,500 tons in fiscal 2020 to approximately 173,000 tons in fiscal 2021. The decline in sales volume was primarily related to both the impact of COVID-19 and the equipment replacement project at the coil segment's Decatur facility. Discussion of the changes in sales volumes is expanded upon at the segment level in the following paragraphs. The average selling price of the Company's products did increase in fiscal 2021 compared to fiscal 2020 but only to an extent to partially offset the decrease in sales caused by the decline in volume. Discussion of the changes in average selling price is expanded upon at the segment level in the following paragraphs. Gross profit as a percentage of sales increased from approximately 1.8% in fiscal 2020 to approximately 18.7% in fiscal 2021. Gross profit for fiscal 2021 included $6,414,500 in recognized gains related to hedging activities while fiscal 2020 did not have any recognized hedging related gains or losses. Excluding the recognized hedging gains for fiscal 2021, gross profit related to physical material as a percentage of sales was approximately 13.6% for fiscal 2021.
SKAS 2.25 - been buying a few, slowly, in the 2.30's. Oversold here imo with only 1M O/S...
As of May 14, 2021, the registrant had 1,028,863 shares of its common stock, $0.03 par value, issued and outstanding
...and a solid chance to show some real earnings in what should be a lucrative avaition-sector as the corona-kookout wanes...
Are you still in this specific "VERY boring" stock?
BSQR 4.50 - sheesh, boy did I pick a bad day to try and stop sniffing glue...and the premiums are down to around 15% in any double-down strategy of which I'm not intending to partake...sheesh again

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/alzamend-neuro-submits-ind-application-103000785.html
What a gig for DPW's "Milton C. (Todd) Ault III"? Got his fingerprints all over this...from ALZN S-1-filing:
Milton C. (Todd) Ault III, our Founder and current Executive Chairman, and our other directors and executive officers will beneficially own approximately 45.6% of our outstanding common stock after the completion of this offering.

BSQR 6.55 - took a small starter here premarket strictly on the high-option-premiums. The TEASE of 30% juice in 2-1/2 weeks writing covered-calls for the higher (7.50) strike is just too huge...robinhooligans-gamble gamble gamble
