RIGL 3.72 - covid EUA declined, but this obscure biotech was always (and still is) a longshot to receive an FDA EUA for covid?

The afterhours filing looks much more positive, RIGL still has many irons in the fire, pays a decent covered-call premium, and remains a longterm fav stock.
