Maybe the key word is "update". I understand he did not say there will be a partner in the coming year but we would be updated.
Unfortunately it seems there is nothing to update us about.
Anyway my take is SK's words should not be taken as math formulas, where precision is key, if the "year" is 15 months no worries
Yeah! Social Security is big in this country and I am impressed so many Hospitals in so many cities are opened for the trial.
I also suspect that the fact that trials being sponsored has helped a great deal.
I also know that Hospitals Staff were taken to London for training...
That's a lot people, traveling, tuition...
Just a tiny example of why they need $60M for the trial
Thx BCS. Wish you are right.
To be honest I am quite impressed with your certainty... No IMO or anything of the sort. Do you have some acquitance who works at PPHM?
Interesting parragraph indeed...! Though it could just be some normal protective measures that are not necessarily linked to a possible CALICO deal.
There you go...

Let's say that "they" happened to find her there but that does NOT mean that another corrupt person could have been found at the cream of the CRO world.
My point being not necessarily because they chose the cheapest Co. (in case they did) that that corruption happened
If the sbotage theory is true then it doesnt matter which company they chose (including the most expensive)... label switching would have still taken place
Thanks Karin. I will listen to it
CP, I agree wih you. Clear as a bell!!
Anyway, this is to be expected from Motfley Fool. MF is THE most non-rigorous and manipulative blog in the web... I always find a clear agenda behind any article...
Actually I dont read them any more. And if I do I usually take it as a contrarian indicator. So in this case they clearly misrepresent PPHM.... Well good!!! We are on the right path
Not so important, but nonetheless on the news

HNY to you too. Do you care to explain why do you believe the list was generated by a computer? Dont you think that most of the true longs here (who BTW are not computers) would have included PPHM in that list?
Sunstar, why only in the oncology space?... When I heard that I also thought viral, etc IMO
Maybe we are going too far... The trial is PPHM vs CSM.
Was there a label switching? yes... crystal clear.
Unless CSM can prove that it was PPHM's fault... it doesnt matter if there is a JB or not... unless PPHM payed JB for doing that... it is quite obvious that CSM should pay for the damages...
Question is what value to put to those damages
I dont think they are lying either, and preclinical results are there and to some extent clinical are there too. We just need some sort of rubber stamp from Sunrise but if I were a BP I would follow PPHM closely.
My brother is a medical doctor and he says that nowdays BPs' main concern is finding new drugs from their rather empty pipelines... so for me Patience is golden with this stock, specially now
I just listened to the webcast from Morgan Stanley. I just loved it. Very encouraged by BM's address

If the infringement scenario you mention would happen I suppose PPHM would accept a low ball offer from one of the many BPs that would be happy to spend a couple of $ billions and defend the IP... Then the astronomical pps would never happen BUT I wouldnt mind a buyout in the teens. So that could be bad news but not so bad
That is good for us retail investors... Right?
Corp, I'd be interested in knowing what answers you have for your questions. At least you agree that JB did it.. or whoever did it... So for someone very scheptical about PPHM possibilities, what explanation can there be for someone acting in such a way that ended up in those events / facts?
TIA for your reply
A cheap buyout is my main concern regarding PPHM. Me, just like some of you , have also suffered a "cheap" buyout of anothe Co. I was a shareholder. The buyout was terrible for shareholders but I suppose great for the BoD. This is a point that we shareholders should focus on and take the necessary steps for that not to happen. Which ones? I dont know
Still that is better than nothing (and 1/3%). And let's not forget that the main focus is OS... those 6 were the ones who accepted a biopsy... Not bad and promising
Of course, nobody should expect a placebo drug to deal with animals, much less with humans... Strange that the PHIII was aproved, it was so unpected for some... Now the next one is the 600 patients for that trial. Some say they will never make it... but they have been wrong.... so (intentionally?) wrong before!!! Yes LOL
Agree, that form of partnership would be benefitial to both parties and why not. There is no reason for that not to happen. IMO.
Funny you are afraid to refer to someone's name in particular. That seems to be a problem around here. While I find sarcasm and mockery (concerning PPHM and related posts) a form of disrespect for the poster, yet confronting the poster (even in respectful terms) sometimes is a no-no... that is something I do not understand
Sorry DD, but I do not fully understand your opinion on Bavi by your sentence "That says it all" to the comment "Bavituximab…is far superior than any other immunotherapy drug pipeline."
Would you please care to explain more explicitely which is your current opinion on the subject?
You used to state that "Bavi is a placebo". Have you gone now to the other extreme? Or your reply was rather sarcastic? Just curious
TIA for your reply
<<there are many in there that are with Brokers that do not forward the proxy information. >>
CP, that is exactly my case, Got two brokers, in one it is almost impossible and for the other one soooo complicated. However 97 millions is a big figure
Specially if unanimity is required EOM
Thx CBob very colorful post. EOM
DG,glad to see you are still around... Insiders buying is always good news. May be time for averaginf down?
Interesting and frightening video. I got it from techstockguru_2000 at Investor Village.

should Bavi's sabotage be an addition to this film?
New article.

What if the contact with the Gvmt. is already on... Waiting by the phone is just a matter of speaking... It would be very strange and irresponsible if the Administration had not already contacted PP as one of the many Bios that can help. The threat is there... And a lot of research with Bavi already took place
IMO
Good color, thx EOM
HF thanks for your effort EOM
Thanks Karin, EOM
Great post Golho, though I am not that sure about your comments about sabotage. It may not have been a BP but HedgeFunds or whatever... I wish it had been a BP, as you said that would mean Bavi is so valuable that they are ready to commit a crime...
For those attending the ASM next week this would be a great point to get any hint about. Of course all gathered info would be non official but nonetheless a great info.
Kumar is a very common name in Southern India-Tamil area (I had some co-workers with that name). I still remember Monty Pyton's movie where every Indian's name was Pattel ... and I guess that Harish is also very common... therefore I find it possible that it could be two people with the same name
Great post, thank you EOM
Very informative post CP thx... The fact that THE patent is not so much drug oriented but linked to a particular scientific concept is very important for PPHM
thx Dia for your efforts... I think your list can be useful for some people... For me, it is a sweet reminder of POSSIBLE events when pessimism takes over the board... And of course, those who dont like it dont need to read it... I dont read many posts here because the posters are religiously ignored
Well maybe one goes with the other
Please correct me if i am wrong, but from approval perspective isn't safety of the drug suffucient to move to a higher phase?
