The manipulation taking place this morning is pretty incredible. There's either going to be a massive short squeeze, or we're going to get news we're out of business (which I would find hard to believe)...
Thanks Roag. If we can get a re-count of our shares, and hopefully they go over the 43.5M we need to gain control of the company, we can actually start having some teeth to our discussions with these idiots.
And I say idiots, because they obviously think they can screw us...
And what is nice about this is...
Time. It works in our favor. Opportunity in this sector dwindles as innovation continues. They can hold off a few months, but nothing more. If the business can't fulfill its purpose to an aquirer, then the acquirer will look elsewhere. Eventually, they have to move on their plan on miss their opportunity.
Good old stand-off...
Do we both win? Or both lose?
Another greaf example of Wall St sticking it up investors keesters...
I just read an article about revenue growth projections being calculated at over 20%, when standard earnings growth in the tech sector is 10.1%
FB cant figure out how to drive ad revenue, unless, of course, they buy ARTN...
Unfortunately, that litigation could last YEARS, if true...
WOW! Interesting take...
So, you think ATRN is accumulating shares on the cheap prior to announcement, which would make sense because:
1. We know they hate us.
2. They never planned on us getting involved.
3. That was a bogus PR that immediately tanked something like 2M shares.
Your thought is a shot in the dark, but does hold water. The issue remains that:
1. This may backfire miserably on them, as the chart holds up and people accumulate.
2. That PR was a cheapshot on their part if that's the case.
Which further throws the 'please back off and let us finish our work' theory right out the window. Cheap move to gain shares so they don't have to pay by releasing a PR and not acknowledging it on their website.
Interesting...very interesting theory, and I wouldn't put it past these punks. Make no mistake, they are acting like punks.
Let's close at the HOD...
I know...This could be at .20 in a flash, and then people will go WTF???
I'm telling you now...ATRN is getting minor repairs at the station before this thing blows her top!
The weekly chart is primed for a violent move upward...
Yes, I'm saying this because of the chart.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=ATRN&p=W&yr=0&mn=6&dy=0&id=p20363926192&a=258669044
Nearly every indicator is oversold, but, all are starting to point up / cross. Full, Fast and Slo Sto look good, MACD has been increasing for weeks, and the money flow and accumulation indicators are all positive. Shouldn't be long now for a quick move to the teens...at least.
I'll take $0.50 so I can get on with my life...
Did you mean...
Goo Goo, Gaa Gaa, Goo Goo, Gaa Gaa at the end of your post?
I recommend everyone pulling up a weekly chart and review what is taking place with those candles and indicators. A VERY, VERY STRONG MOVE is coming in the next 2 weeks - IMHO.
IF they are acquiring ATRN, I would love to know how they plan to do it without diluting the hell out of shareholders. Minimum value in a hyper growth industry is 1.5x plus revenues. More like 2-6x, depending upon growth projections.
Dig back into the last quarterly, and you see that affiliate revenue hit roughly 13M in that quarter, I believe, without going back and pulling the exact number.
Now, wheel into Christmas time, online shopping up roughly 25% last year, and my bet is, they BLEW OUT transactional revenue from 3Q. My father owns a jewelry store, and their revenues between Black Friday and Christmas time account for over 45% of the annual take. Think about this...Christmas time is a retail maker, or breaker. As retail goes online...so goes ATRN revenue IMO.
So how in the world is a company like SNRY, who conducted a R/S already, is trading now at around .03, and has no cash, is going to be able to pay 30M (1x revenues, roughly) to 180M (6x revenues) for ATRN.
In short, NO WAY this happens between these two companies, with Dyne on the BOD, Musci having shares at an average of $2+
I think it's a ridiculous notion to think this company would buy ATRN with virtually NO ASSETS in cash.
What could possibly be "nice" about a company with no cash, and conducting a r/s, buying ATRN? I think this would be a HUGE disappointment.
I'd like to punch CSTI in the face.
Like my post from yesterday...FB analysts are concerned that they CANNOT drive advertising revenue in a free service space.
What are they going to do...stock is tanking today!
I know...why not buy someone with 550 high end consumer clients?
I remain hopeful right now, unless they speak otherwise.
3M first hour, this is like the "glory days"...
I think we hear something before the end of this month, and I also think we'll be back at the mid .30s before that announcement is made. MMs are playing and loading some more right now...
AMHO again...but this action is undeniable.
Bit of a battle ground here at .069 on level 2
.07s are coming...and they won't last long...
We very well could be back at .10 EOD given the volume of interest here...
That PR gave a tid bit of news about the company, but is not officially acknowledged as ATRN is the source...
Let's get a real PR, will ya? As in, Merger with Kenshoo for $100M?
THERE IT IS!
IT'S COMING!
Watch and learn rudyboy...
This isn't kindergarten...
She should run later today...
Yeah, a scam with, oh, I don't know...over 25M in revenues with its affiliate network.
Nothing to see here...move along.
Yeah, some BS pumper penny crap.
Just saw the news, and one analyst indicated that facebook will be able to be bought at a lower price soon. Why? FB has not demonstrated an ability to effectively advertise, and Coke is terminating a 10M contract.
Who can effectively drive measurable revenues?
Nobody wins when the lawyers are involved. But, if these greedy bastards wanna go there. F them.
If that's the design, it's criminal.
Would be impossible to prove, as if a sale occurs next week, they can hide behind the fact that they told the truth...omitting important info...
See, that behavior will lead them to emptying their pockets on a personal level...
They violate their fiduciary duty to shareholders and BAM, Sarbanes Oxley steps in and starts raking it from your personal accounts.
F them...I hope they fry!
I've never seen a 40M company BOTCH their PPS royally like these clowns have done! And they are clowns.
Anyone like these guys who are 'Accredited Investors' with hedgefund capabilities and the like, especially Dyne, should have known what happens in penny land. A 30M company drops to .008, and WTF did he think the retail sector would do?
It's amazing...really!
Hope these BODs have some wealth in their pockets, because when the lawyers that DrP is in discussions with get a hold of this, name both Atrinsic the company AND the BODs individually, especially Dyne for his role in the Kazaa fiasco, they're going to need to pony up.
And uhhhhhhhhh, the $1M D&O limit, or hell, $5M D&O limit is NOT going to go very far!
What is over is my respect for any of these BODs as solid business people. This whole thing, from 3/29 till this PR using a crappy service, is totally BUSH LEAGUE!
Anger is definitely being directed in the wrong direction...
It should be at the BOD for their actions since 3/29...period.
Holy cow....
It helped them incur more DEBT!!!!!!!!!! How doesn't that impact ATRN?
Would you buy a car for 50k, cash, only to relinquish it back to the dealer for basically nothing?
That's my point.
I'm so pissed.
Why agree to BUY Kazaa, but only a few months later, can the deal? Dyne's BD is greased...ATRN left with losses.
What a BONEHEAD move!
