Hope these BODs have some wealth in their pockets, because when the lawyers that DrP is in discussions with get a hold of this, name both Atrinsic the company AND the BODs individually, especially Dyne for his role in the Kazaa fiasco, they're going to need to pony up.

And uhhhhhhhhh, the $1M D&O limit, or hell, $5M D&O limit is NOT going to go very far!

It's my money tree. It's watered with hours of painstaking study and constant learning. Occasionally, I'll give it a good shake, continue watering, and more will grow back.
