Using the phrase Rome wasn't built in a day, is usually the biggest cop-out phrase to justify something that's a failure. Just like the opioid crisis. That crisis is coming to a halt. They've been fighting that for years. The last two years when the opioid crisis was in the news heavy, bill got FDA approval and in those same two years sale diminished. Proving acti crap wasn't a viable solution to that crisis whatsoever. All that is left now, is a 25 billion share structure and a 20 billion float. And Bill will not crack the two-million-dollar mark this past year, further proving a stock price of 6 or 7 is way too overpriced.

This company and stock is a mess.
