We need report for period ending 6/30/2016. This report is old as it was for period ending 3/31/2016.
VNDM is back. It didn't take long after my post.
In order for us to continue to run, we need bid support and VNDM to stay off the ask. It's still early for VNDM to be active. He normally becomes active when volume comes in regardless of the price going up or down. Bid support seems to be weak this morning.
Who is bidding 6.2M shares at .0004 (triple zero four)? Are you kidding me?
Without bid support, VNDM coupled with profit takers will take us down further.
Agreed that we need to see the 10-Q to see where things are in terms of revenues and issued shares. What I'm afraid today is that new people who just bought in couple days ago will sell on the bid once they see buy on the ask dry up.
The last few weeks has been just VNDM selling shares. Today we have profit takers competing with VNDM in selling shares together. For the first time in awhile I have a feeling we might not be able to hold our gain today.
We need bid support to fend off the profit takers.
Looks like people are cashing out today.
As soon as VNDM is taken out, this will jump to over a penny in a heartbeat. Watch as heavy volume comes in.
Testing Labs and Consulting Services are where the money is. SGBY offers both:
Signal Bay has two subsidiaries:
EVIO LABS
Soon, nearly all Cannabis and Cannabis products sold in a retail store or medical dispensary in the United States will be tested by an accredited laboratory for potency and contaminants such as pesticides. While the need for testing is just emerging, EVIO Labs has already brought together three labs across Oregon, and we are planning for continued expansion in strategic locations in the Northwest and beyond. Our testing services include cannabinoid profiling, pesticide testing, residual solvent detection, terpenoid analysis, microbiological analyses, plant inspections, and more. We also offer educational courses, research, and technical, on-site consulting for growers and processors.
Our labs are strategically located to serve the entire state of Oregon, and each lab has unique areas of expertise that afford complimentary services and powerful synergies. The companies growth plans involve continuing to add complimentary labs and to serve the heart of what could be the world’s epicenter for Cannabis production. As Federal Cannabis laws loosen, EVIO Labs will be positioned to serve the heart of the nation’s Cannabis supply.
EVIO Labs Bend – Co-located with our corporate headquarters in beautiful Bend, Oregon, EVIO Labs Bend, formerly known as CannAlytical Research provides testing services to hundreds of Central Oregon’s Cannabis growers, producers, and retailers. EVIO Labs Bend specializes in cannabinoid profiling, and are amassing and analyzing large data-sets that may help growers with their cultivation operations for years to come.
Oregon Analytical Services – Located in downtown Eugene, Oregon, Oregon Analytical Services serves one of the most densely populated areas of Cannabis producers and processors in the United States. With over 4,000 licensed medical Cannabis cultivation sites in Lane County alone, Oregon Analytical Services is a hub of high volume testing services. OAS also specializes in terpene and residual solvent analysis.
Kenevir Research – Located in Southern Oregon, the heart of outdoor Cannabis growing, Kenevir Research serves Jackson and Josephine counties with analytical, consulting, research, and education services, where already 33 new recreational producers have been licensed for production of Cannabis – and hundreds more are expected. Kenevir Research is also home to our Chief Science Officer, Dr. Anthony Smith, as well as technical director Dr. Kimberly Ross, who with their highly qualified team provide technical and quality assurance oversight to the entire EVIO Labs team. Kenevir Research also work to provide a variety of educational opportunities to the region including workshops, intensive courses, and free educational seminars.

Why the latest PR hasn't been posted on Ihub?
Can we break .007s today?
CFGN is back after disappearing for 3 weeks. Last time he took us down to .002 before disappearing. Let's see how far he will take us down this time.
Hi Adipaola,
Can you ask the CEO when the 10-Q will be released?
Thanks,
Win
Hope nobody whack it.
Looks like impatient traders are pounding the bids. Once they let go of their shares, this will spring back up.

This means SGBY is in a great position to add more clients as it currently owns 3 Testing Labs.
What does the Cannabis Industry say about Testing Labs?
Note: As of last month, SGBY surpassed 700 accounts with average over $1000 per account per year. That's $700,000 in annual revenues.
Is that all for SGBY?
No. There are plans for rapid expansion:
Signal Bay Announces Major Expansion
Bend, OR -- July 19, 2016 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Signal Bay, Inc. (OTC PINK: SGBY) a leading provider of cannabis consulting, operations, and laboratory services announced today an aggressive move into the Portland Oregon market.
CEO William Waldrop stated, The last few months have been a whirlwind of activity. Recently, we surpassed the 700 account milestone and due to an increase in additional services being requested, our average annual revenue per account has jumped considerably. A cursory review suggests that we should average well over one thousand dollars per account on an annual basis. We were happy to see this uptick because it weighed heavily on our decision to expand our operations into the Portland market.
Signal Bay operates state-of-the-art testing facilities and offers reliable testing methodologies that ensure the safety and potency of the nations cannabis supply. As the legalization of medical and recreational marijuana continues across the country, demand for reliable cannabis testing facilities is increasing.
Mr. Waldrop went on to say, We will enter the Portland market with a huge advantage. A key player in the cannabis industry who has managed dispensaries and has been directly involved in purchasing products from growers and manufacturers has agreed to join our team. Based on his network of connections in the Portland area, we feel confident in our ability to expand operations in that market quickly. Further expansion options could increase our growth exponentially.
Mr. Waldrop said, With our move into the Portland market, realistically we can now serve 95% of the states 4 million residents. Currently there are over 400 dispensaries in the state, with 155 of those in Portland alone. There are also over 26,000 registered medical growers in the state who serve over 66,000 patients. As of today, there are over 1,000 pending applications on file with the state of Oregon for recreational retailers, processors and producers combined. Nearly half of those applications were submitted for the greater Portland area and heres the most favorable stat of all: Anyone who wishes to sell marijuana, whether medical or recreational will need to have every batch tested by an authorized laboratory beginning October 1st. With our current infrastructure, we are aggressively pursuing a considerable percentage of the Oregon market share.
Mr. Waldrop also stated, We always want to have one eye on current operations and the other on potential expansion and that leads us to our current thoughts on the Northern California cannabis market. This particular area of the state is the fastest growing market in the cannabis industry. Geographically, Northern California and Humboldt County in particular are fertile ground so to speak for future expansion. We will be looking closely at our options in that market as well over the coming months.
Mr. Waldrop finished up by stating, Our reputation for excellence is spreading. We offer reliable and trusted testing and consulting services that are a requirement in the cannabis industry. A quick turnaround time is critical in our business and we get that. In fact, it is an essential component of our business model. Combine that with accurate, detailed results and you can see why were quickly becoming the go-to option. We want to thank everyone for their support and we look forward to continuing our conversation with shareholders through a series of up-coming press releases.

We're one news update away from multi pennies run.
SGBY has been taking Aleve everyday. "All day trong all day long"
Big buys are coming in. Can she enter the James Bond territory today? We'll find out in 20 minutes.
2 million share block bought at .006. VNDM moved to .007s. Smooth sailing now.
That took out VNDM. Some buying pressure in the last 25 minutes will take us to .006s today.
The other thing is the CEO + COO + other insiders currently own about 300 million shares. If the share price decreases so is their holding value. Therefore, it's in management's best interest to raise the share price with controlled dilution.
The share price has been moving up steadily (from .002 to .005 today) with some dilution. This is what it's called "Controlled dilution".
Where do you think the company get their money to acquire the LABS?. The answer is they paid some of the Lab acquisitions with shares. Hence, the increase in O/S.
I'm not worry about the dilution as the company uses their shares to build assets.
SGBY had submitted their applications for all 3 labs. Approval of these applications can come anytime between now and October 1.

Pot growers show wares at inaugural cannabis fair in Oregon
Pot growers show wares at inaugural cannabis fair in Oregon
Associated Press Published 3:14 pm, Saturday, August 13, 2016
SALEM, Ore. — People flocked to Oregon’s first marijuana growers fair Saturday where a competition for best pot plants was held, with the winning entries to be displayed at the Oregon State Fair.
The inaugural two-day event being held in an exhibition hall on the Oregon State Fairgrounds underscores how the once-illicit marijuana industry is starting to go mainstream in Oregon, one of four states to have legalized recreational marijuana use, along with Washington, D.C.
Reggae music thumped from Savant Plant Technologies’ display as owner James Knox, 38, of Corvallis set up his do-it-yourself grow package, including peat and microorganisms to stimulate plant growth, among more than 80 exhibitors registered for the two-day fair.
“It’s nice for us to be stepping across the line and say, ‘Here we are, and we’re ready to do business,’” he said. “For those of us who have been doing this a long time, this is a breath of fresh air because we’re able to work openly and in the light.”
Winning entries of a pot-plant competition at the fair will be displayed in two weeks at the Oregon State Fair, the first time cannabis will be exhibited at a state fair anywhere in the United States, organizers said.
“It is an historic event. It’s a great opportunity to meet these growers that typically were underground,” said fair organizer Mary Lou Burton. “We’re trying to get people connected up and networking.”
Oregon voters legalized recreational marijuana in a November 2014 ballot initiative, Measure 91. Medical marijuana was legalized years earlier. The Oregon Liquor Control Commission is issuing licenses for recreational marijuana production.
The business is booming. In May, Oregon’s Legislative Revenue Office quadrupled its estimate of net state tax revenues, from $8.4 million to $35 million, expected from recreational marijuana through June 30, 2017.
Donald Morse, executive director of the Oregon Cannabis Business Council and the person who thought up the fair, said it seeks to “demystify” marijuana.
“It’s not to tempt people to use marijuana,” Morse said. “It is to educate. Cannabis is Oregon’s newest farm crop.”

People flocked to Oregon's first-ever marijuana growers' fair on Saturday where a competition for best pot plants was being held, with the winners to be displayed at the Oregon State Fair.
The inaugural two-day Oregon Cannabis Growers' Fair underscores how the once-illicit marijuana industry is starting to go mainstream in Oregon, one of four states to have legalized recreational marijuana use, along with Washington, D.C.
Ed Rosenthal, known in pot circles as the Guru of Ganja, poked, prodded, rubbed and sniffed several dozen marijuana plants — some of which were so big they engulfed him in an exhibition hall on the Oregon State Fairgrounds. He and other judges were picking nine winning plants — three in each of three categories — that will be displayed at the Oregon State Fair for two weeks starting later this month.
Rosenthal, wearing a marijuana-leaf print shirt, scribbled on his clipboard as onlookers snapped photos and gaped at rows of pot plants. None had buds, per contest rules.
"The first thing is health and to make sure they don't have infections and then to make sure they ... don't have nutrient deficiencies. Then, we look at the structure of the plant: Has it been getting as much sun as it should be getting? Is it sunburned?" Rosenthal said.
Danny Grimm, owner of Uplifted, a cannabis farm, entered the competition and said that winning it could spur sales.
"It's great to put it on our portfolio and get publicity here and get our name out there," he said. "That is huge for the cannabis industry, and it's definitely a step in the right direction for us. We've been waiting for this for years."
Donald Morse, a pot grower who came up with the idea of holding the fair, was happy with the strong attendance on opening day Saturday. Segments of the industry, from seed providers all the way to a company offering mechanized bud trimmers, were among more than 80 exhibitors.
Reggae music thumped from Savant Plant Technologies' display on Friday as owner James Knox, 38, of Corvallis, set up his do-it-yourself grow package, including peat and microorganisms to stimulate plant growth.
"It's nice for us to be stepping across the line and say, 'Here we are, and we're ready to do business,' " he said. "For those of us who have been doing this a long time, this is a breath of fresh air because we're able to work openly and in the light."
The winning entries of the pot-plant competition will be displayed at the state fair with more traditional items like tomatoes, hogs and horses, but in a translucent greenhouse guarded by extra security. Only those 21 or older will be allowed to enter. It will be the first time cannabis will be exhibited at a state fair anywhere in the United States, organizers said.
"It is an historic event. It's a great opportunity to meet these growers that typically were underground," fair organizer Mary Lou Burton said. "We're trying to get people connected up and networking."
Oregon voters legalized recreational marijuana in a November 2014 ballot initiative. Medical marijuana was legalized years earlier. The Oregon Liquor Control Commission is in the process of issuing licenses and regulations for recreational marijuana, from seeds to sales.
Business is already booming. Oregon's Legislative Revenue Office in May quadrupled its estimate of net state tax revenues, from $8.4 million to $35 million, expected from recreational marijuana through June 30, 2017.
Morse, who is also executive director of the Oregon Cannabis Business Council, said the growers' fair aims to demystify marijuana.
"It's not to tempt people to use marijuana," Morse said. "It is to educate. Cannabis is Oregon's newest farm crop."

Last I heard, WinFiance is looking to acquire a sizable stake in SGBY.
Hi Mary777,
SGBY's news will be positive and abundant. There are so much great things going for it. I expect a lot of great news between now and the next 6 weeks leading up to October 1. I also expect it will trade in the multi penny range within that time frame.
NITE has been accumulating all the shares today. Looks like big buyers are locking up the float by accumulating slowly and methodically without causing a spike up.
Great post UncleFester. It isn't easy finding a 360M floater that has so much going for it that is currently trading in the sub penny range like SGBY. We are one or two news away from being the talk of the investment community. Once the masses arrive, they can take this to multi pennies easily.

CEO Interview:
At the end of last year, the CEO laid out a plan for this year and he followed it through to the T.
